The phosphorescent ink on the right side area of the anti-counterfeiting information layer is prepared by adopting a magnetic stirring method, wherein 3, 6-diaminoacridine and 9H-3-carbazole carboxylic acid are mixed according to the molar ratio of 1:1000, adding hydroxyethyl cellulose with the mass ratio of 10 percent to the polyvinyl alcohol, and fully stirring for 0.5h in a magnetic stirrer under the condition of controlling the stirring temperature to obtain the room-temperature phosphorescent anti-counterfeiting material with timeliness. The room temperature phosphorescence anti-counterfeiting material shows yellow green fluorescence under an ultraviolet lamp, and long-life green phosphorescence can be generated after the lamp is turned off.
(2) Preparation of anti-counterfeiting label combined with digital anti-counterfeiting
After the novel room-temperature phosphorescent anti-counterfeiting materials of different systems are prepared, the anti-counterfeiting label main body is prepared in a mode of screen printing and gravure groove filling. And drying the anti-counterfeiting label main body, scanning a code under a multifunctional ultraviolet analyzer for inspection, selectively adding a pasting film layer, and finally vacuumizing and sealing for packaging to obtain the anti-counterfeiting label based on the combination of the novel room-temperature phosphorescent anti-counterfeiting material and the digital anti-counterfeiting.

The application condition is as follows: the novel room-temperature phosphorescent anti-counterfeiting material replaces printing ink, anti-counterfeiting codes and patterns are combined on a base material to form a label main body by using a water-based printing and intaglio filling mode while high optical encryption is realized, the label main body is isolated from the external environment through a protective film, then in the using process, after an ultraviolet lamp is excited, a visible trademark and codes are formed on an anti-counterfeiting information layer, a mobile phone scans a two-dimensional code, and a product detail page is successfully jumped to, so that multiple anti-counterfeiting and multi-layer anti-counterfeiting are realized; after the anti-counterfeiting information layer is excited by white light, the product mark can be seen by naked eyes, so that preliminary anti-counterfeiting is realized while the use is convenient; after the anti-counterfeiting mark layer is irradiated by a specific light source, phosphorescence with a certain color can be seen by naked eyes, the pattern is clear after the light-emitting time is long, and further anti-counterfeiting is realized.
