According to the preparation method of the black sesame freeze-dried block with the hair nourishing function and the grinding equipment thereof, the grinding mechanism and the adjusting mechanism are added on the basis of the existing grinding equipment, so that when the grinding equipment works, the grinding mechanism can be used for pre-grinding materials, the subsequent grinding efficiency and quality of the materials are ensured, and in the grinding process, the distance between grinding can be changed through the work of the adjusting mechanism, so that the grinding efficiency is further improved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a method for preparing black sesame lyophilized blocks with hair nourishing function includes the following steps:
s1: baking: baking 20-40 parts of weighed black sesame in an oven to increase the aroma;
s2: boiling: pouring baked black sesame, 20-40 parts of black beans, 10-20 parts of black rice, 5-10 parts of walnut kernels, 3-5 parts of dried mulberries and 3-10 parts of medlar into a pot, adding water and boiling for 1 hour;
s3: mixing: adding 2-3 parts of freeze-drying protective agent and 0.01-0.16 part of sweetening agent into the cooked material, and uniformly mixing;
s4: pulping: repeatedly grinding the mixture into slurry by using a colloid mill; it should be noted that the colloid mill is composed of stainless steel and semi-stainless steel colloid mills, and the basic principle is that the colloid mill is driven by the fixed teeth and the movable teeth which are relatively linked at high speed. Except for the motor and partial parts, all parts of the colloid mill product which are contacted with materials are made of high-strength stainless steel, and particularly, the key movable and static millstones are subjected to strengthening treatment, so that the colloid mill product has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and the processed materials are pollution-free, sanitary and pure;
s5: homogeneous embedding: adding 0.1-1.2 parts of thickening agent into the mixed homogenate, homogenizing by a homogenizer, wherein the continuous correlation type high-pressure homogenizer is adopted for homogenization, the pressure is 1-200 MPa, the temperature is 30-50 ℃, and the time is 10-120 min;
s6: paving a tray: weighing a certain amount of mixed homogenate into a mould and strickling, and adopting a manual or multi-head numerical control magnetic pump liquid filling machine for spreading;
s7: quick-freezing: placing the paved moulds into a tray, transferring all the paved moulds into a cold storage through a slide rail for quick freezing, wherein the temperature of the quick-freezing cold storage is-30 to-55 ℃, and the freezing time is 12 to 24 hours;
s8: and (3) vacuum drying: after freezing, transferring the frozen blocks into a vacuum freeze dryer through a slide rail for drying, pushing the frozen blocks into a drying bin by using a railcar, controlling the vacuum degree to be 30-100 pa, and carrying out freeze drying according to a parameter program of 30-45 ℃, 120-200 min, 55-60 ℃, 120-200 min, 60-65 ℃, 300-420 min, 45-50 ℃, 240-300min, 35-45 ℃ and 500-650min, wherein the central temperature of a cold trap is controlled to be-30 ℃ to-40 ℃;
the cold trap is a trap for collecting gas by condensation on a cooled surface, and is a device for adsorbing gas or collecting oil vapor, which is placed between a vacuum container and a pump. A device for reducing the partial pressure of harmful components in a gas and steam mixture by a physical or chemical method is called a trap (or a catcher), a common refrigerant comprises brine containing ice, liquid nitrogen, ethylene glycol and the like, in the nuclear chemical industry, a cold trap (also called a condenser) refers to a device for condensing and collecting uranium hexafluoride from mixed gas containing uranium hexafluoride, fluorine gas, nitrogen gas and oxygen gas in the production process of the uranium hexafluoride and separating the uranium hexafluoride from non-condensable gas (fluorine gas, nitrogen gas and the like), the cold trap has two types of internal cooling and external cooling, generally is operated intermittently, and the temperature of-30 ℃ to-40 ℃ is the temperature of the center of the cold trap and is not the temperature in a drying chamber;
s9: demolding and packaging: demoulding the dried blocks, adding nitrogen for bagging, and after freeze drying and demoulding, feeding and filling certain nitrogen into the blocks by using a horizontal transmission feeding packaging machine for packaging;
through the steps, essential substances of fatty acid, amino acid and various trace elements for hair growth can be well preserved by using the black sesame, the mulberry and the black soybean, so that the hair can be blackened and bright, the alopecia can be effectively prevented, the generation of the black hair can be promoted, the hair can be blackened and bright, and the black sesame freeze-drying has obvious curative effects on treating white hair, alopecia and hairdressing.
A black sesame freeze-dried block preparation and grinding device with a hair nourishing function comprises:
the grinding machine comprises a base 1, wherein one end of the top of the base 1 is fixedly connected with a grinding machine body 2, the outer side wall of the grinding machine body 2 is fixedly connected with a discharge pipe 3, a reflux pump 4 is installed on the discharge pipe 3, a reflux pipe 5 is installed at the top of the reflux pump 4, and a feed hopper 6 is fixedly connected to the top of the grinding machine body 2;
the driving mechanism 7 is arranged at one end of the top of the base 1, which is far away from the grinding machine body 2;

In the invention, the influence of baking at different temperatures and time on the flavor of black sesame is tested by a variable control method.
The method comprises the following steps:
step 1: removing impurities in the sesame, spreading the sesame on a baking tray, putting the baking tray into an oven, and baking at various temperatures and times in the table 1.

Step 2: sensory evaluation
The sensory quality evaluation of the smell and taste of the parched black sesame was carried out by an evaluation group consisting of 10 healthy adults in 10 cents at different powers and times. Sensory evaluation criteria are shown in table 2.

Sensory evaluation results:
combining the sensory evaluation results of the black sesame in different stir-frying processes shown in the table 3, the best baking process of the black sesame is 100 ℃, the baking time is 8min, and the flavor of the black sesame is the best at the moment.

2. Taste test of freeze-dried blocks with different base material ratios
Step 1: according to the ingredient ratio in Table 4, the black sesame is baked in an oven at 100 ℃ for 8min, and then the baked black sesame, the black soybean, the black rice, the dried mulberry, the walnut kernel and the medlar are poured into a pot and added with 2L of water to be boiled for 1h. Adding fructo-oligosaccharide and sucralose into the cooked material and mixing uniformly; repeatedly grinding the mixture into slurry by using a colloid mill; adding an emulsifier into the mixed homogenate, and homogenizing by using a homogenizer; weighing a certain amount of mixed homogenate into a mould, strickling off, freezing the mixed solution in the mould, and transferring the frozen mixed solution into a vacuum freeze dryer for freeze drying, wherein the specific parameter setting of the vacuum freeze dryer is shown in Table 5. And (4) demolding after freeze-drying and discharging, and then filling nitrogen for packaging by using a horizontal packaging machine.

Step 2: sensory evaluation
The evaluation group consisting of 10 healthy adults respectively evaluates the color, shape, texture, taste and sensory quality of the freeze-dried block prepared by different material proportions by adopting 10 minutes, uses a clean white vessel to hold a proper amount of a product to be evaluated, and evaluates the taste of the product after observing the color, luster and shape under natural light. Sensory evaluation criteria are shown in table 6.

Sensory evaluation results:
combining the sensory evaluation results of the freeze-dried blocks prepared from different material ratios in table 7, along with the improvement of the proportion of the black beans, the freeze-dried blocks are looser in texture, do not stick to teeth in mouth feel and are fragile, so that the shape of the freeze-dried blocks after demoulding is incomplete. Therefore, the most suitable base material ratio of the black sesame freeze-dried block is determined as scheme 1.

Evaluation of stability test
The sample prepared in the above step was subjected to accelerated stability test for 3 months.
The experimental conditions are as follows: a stabilizing box with the temperature of 37 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃ and the humidity of RH 75 percent plus or minus 5 percent
The experimental results are as follows: after 3 months of accelerated stability experiments, the result is qualified, and the product prepared by the process has good quality stability.
When the pulping equipment works, firstly, the motor 71 is driven to rotate the rotating shaft 72, the driven wheel 75 is driven to rotate through the driving wheel 73 and the belt 74, and then the rotating rod 81 is driven to rotate, so that the first grinding wheel 82, the second grinding wheel 83 and the third grinding wheel 84 rotate simultaneously, the rotation of the rotating rod 81 can drive the crushing mechanism 10 to rotate, and then materials can be added into the grinding machine body 2 through the feed hopper 6;
when materials enter the grinding machine body 2, the materials are pre-ground by the grinding mechanism 10, the steps are as follows, the rotation of the rotating rod 81 drives the grinding shaft 101 to rotate, the rotation of the grinding shaft 101 drives the fixing frame 102 to rotate, so that the grinding roller 103 revolves, when the grinding roller 103 revolves, the grinding roller 103 rotates through the arrangement of the gear 104 and the gear ring 105, so that the pre-grinding treatment of the materials is realized through the rotation of the grinding shaft 101 and the grinding roller 103, and the treated materials can enter between the grinding wheel and the grinding ring 92;
and the rotation of bull stick 81, will make link 91 set up to reciprocating screw form's position along bull stick 81 lateral wall and reciprocate, and then drive grinding ring 92 and slide from top to bottom under the limiting displacement of slider 93, make the interval between grinding ring 92's inside wall and the emery wheel be in the change state, and through circulation groove 94's setting, prevented that the material from piling up in grinding ring 92, the material that grinds once will fall into the inside wall bottom of grinding fuselage 2, then alright start in the material that backwash pump 4 will grind 2 inside wall bottom of fuselage through in return pipe 5 re-suction feeder hopper 6, get into grinding fuselage 2 in, grind up to reaching the colloid that requires with the material.

1. A freeze-drying preparation method of black sesame with a hair nourishing function is characterized by comprising the following steps:
baking: baking the weighed black sesame in an oven to increase the aroma;
boiling: pouring the baked black sesame, the black beans, the black rice, the dried mulberries, the walnut kernels and the barbary wolfberry fruits into a pot, and adding water to cook for 1 hour;
mixing: adding a freeze-drying protective agent and a sweetening agent into the cooked material, and uniformly mixing;
grinding: repeatedly grinding the mixture into slurry by using a colloid mill;
homogeneous embedding: adding a thickening agent to the mixed homogenate to embed the wall material, and homogenizing by using a homogenizer;
paving a tray: weighing a certain amount of mixed homogenate into a mould and strickling;
quick-freezing: placing the paved moulds into a tray, and transferring all the paved moulds into a refrigeration house through a slide rail for quick freezing;
and (3) vacuum drying: transferring the frozen product into a vacuum freeze dryer for drying through a slide rail;
demolding and packaging: and (4) demolding the dried blocks, adding nitrogen and bagging.
2. The preparation method of the black sesame freeze-dried block with the hair nourishing function according to claim 1, wherein the black sesame is 20 to 40 parts by weight, the black soybean is 20 to 40 parts by weight, the black rice is 10 to 20 parts by weight, the walnut kernel is 5 to 10 parts by weight, the dried mulberry is 3 to 5 parts by weight, the wolfberry fruit is 3 to 10 parts by weight, the freeze-drying protective agent is 2 to 3 parts by weight, the thickening agent is 0.1 to 1.2 parts by weight, and the sweetening agent is 0.01 to 0.16 part by weight.

The freeze-drying preparation method of black sesame with hair nourishing function according to claim 1, wherein the homogenization is performed by a continuous correlation type high-pressure homogenizer, the pressure is 1-200 MPa, the temperature is 30-50 ℃, and the time is 10-120 min; the laying tray adopts a manual or multi-head numerical control magnetic pump liquid filling machine; the temperature of the cold storage for quick freezing is-30 to-55 ℃, and the freezing time is 12 to 24 hours; the vacuum drying adopts a vacuum freeze dryer, after the frozen blocks are pushed into a drying bin by a rail car, the vacuum degree is controlled to be 30-100 pa, and freeze drying is carried out according to the parameter program of 30-45 ℃, 120-200 min, 55-60 ℃, 120-200 min, 60-65 ℃, 300-420 min, 45-50 ℃, 240-300min, 35-45 ℃, 500-650min and the central temperature of a cold trap controlled to be-30 ℃ to-40 ℃; after freeze drying and demoulding, a horizontal transmission feeding packaging machine is used for feeding and filling certain nitrogen for packaging.
4. A grinding device for grinding step of black sesame freeze-dried block with hair nourishing function is characterized by comprising:
the grinding machine comprises a base (1), wherein one end of the top of the base (1) is fixedly connected with a grinding machine body (2), the outer side wall of the grinding machine body (2) is fixedly connected with a discharging pipe (3), a reflux pump (4) is installed on the discharging pipe (3), a reflux pipe (5) is installed at the top of the reflux pump (4), and the top of the grinding machine body (2) is fixedly connected with a feeding hopper (6);
the driving mechanism (7), the said driving mechanism (7) is installed in the top of the base (1) and far away from one end of the grinding fuselage (2);
the pulping mechanism (8), the pulping mechanism (8) is installed inside the grinding machine body (2), and the pulping mechanism (8) is driven by the driving mechanism (7);
the adjusting mechanism (9), the adjusting mechanism (9) is installed inside the grinding machine body (2), and the adjusting mechanism (9) is used for adjusting the grinding distance;
the grinding mechanism (10) is installed at the top of the pulp grinding mechanism (8), and the grinding mechanism (10) is used for grinding materials.

The black sesame freeze-dried block preparing and grinding equipment with the hair nourishing function is characterized in that the driving mechanism (7) comprises a motor (71), a rotating shaft (72), a driving wheel (73), a belt (74) and a driven wheel (75); the top fixed connection of the output shaft of motor (71) and pivot (72), the bottom of motor (71) and the top fixed connection of base (1), the bottom of pivot (72) is connected with the inside rotation of base (1), the inside wall of action wheel (73) and the lateral wall fixed connection of pivot (72), the lateral wall of action wheel (73) is laminated mutually with the inside wall of belt (74), the inside wall of belt (74) is laminated mutually with the outside wall of following driving wheel (75).

The black sesame frozen-dried block preparation and grinding device with the hair nourishing function is characterized in that the grinding mechanism (8) comprises a rotating rod (81), a first grinding wheel (82), a second grinding wheel (83) and a third grinding wheel (84); the outer side wall of the rotating rod (81) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of a first grinding wheel (82), the first grinding wheel (82) is arranged at the top of a second grinding wheel (83), the inner side wall of the second grinding wheel (83) is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the rotating rod (81), a third grinding wheel (84) is arranged at the top of the second grinding wheel (83), and the inner side wall of the third grinding wheel (84) is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the rotating rod (81).

The black sesame freeze-dried block preparation and grinding equipment with the hair nourishing function is characterized in that the adjusting mechanism (9) comprises a connecting frame (91), a grinding ring (92), a slide block (93) and a circulating groove (94); the top of the connecting frame (91) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the grinding ring (92), the outer side wall of the grinding ring (92) is fixedly connected with the opposite end of the sliding block (93), and the circulation groove (94) is formed in the inner side wall of the grinding ring (92).

The black sesame freeze-dried block preparation and grinding equipment with the hair nourishing function is characterized in that the crushing mechanism (10) comprises a crushing shaft (101), a fixing frame (102), a crushing roller (103), a gear (104) and a gear ring (105); the outer side wall of the crushing shaft (101) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the fixing frame (102), the fixing frame (102) is rotatably connected with the outer side wall of the crushing roller (103), the outer side wall of the crushing roller (103) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the gear (104), and the outer side wall of the gear (104) is meshed with the inner side wall of the gear ring (105).
