Abstract
其目的是提供一种成本低、安全性好、而且美观要素好,变化更有趣、唤起注意的效果好的绝热容器。在大致矩形的层叠体A的宽贴合部(4)上设置切缝线(2)和分别与该切缝线(2)的两端相连接、横切的切缝线(3),大致成I字形。使热收缩率大的热收缩薄片(11)为内侧,使热收缩率小的硬纸(12)为外侧,在固定部(50)、(51)这2处沿薄壁容器的母线,用耐热粘接剂在层叠体A的上下方向上大致整幅地将上述层叠体A固定在薄壁容器(1)筒部的外壁面上。上述2处固定部(50)、(51)最好在大致与窄贴合部(5)、(6)相对应的位置固定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注入茶、咖啡、肉羹汁(ス-プ)等热水饮用的绝热容器。
背景技术
众所周知,以往这种绝热容器,如图4(a)所示,是日本专利公报特开平7-40961号所公开的、将层叠体固定在筒部外面的绝热显象容器。
固定有层叠体的绝热显象容器,是将热收缩率不同的基材21、22,在留有间隔的贴合处23、24、25、26、27、27、29贴合在薄壁容器20的外周壁筒部上,以构成层叠体B,在贴合该层叠体B的各处之间,将热收缩率大的一方作为内侧,固定或安装在薄壁容器20的外壁面上。当热水注入到该薄壁容器20等、加上了高温的热时,该热传到固定或安装的层叠体B上。其结果是,该层叠体B在贴合处之间,以热收缩率大的一方为内侧,进行弯曲,出现风道状的结构体,该风道状的空间成为绝热层。这是一种握持该风道状的结构体的凸起部分的绝热容器。
但是,绝热显象后的风道状结构体的外观单调,缺少美观要素,希望将其改善成更具变化的一种容器。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种成本低、美观要素好、变化更加有趣的唤起注意能力强的绝热容器。
发明内容
为了达到上述目的,本绝热容器采用的结构其特征是:由薄壁容器和层叠体构成,层叠体在留有间隔的若干贴合部粘接热收缩率不同的基材,同时在这若干贴合部中,在至少1处贴合部上设置大致I字形的切缝线,使在层叠体上的热收缩率大的基材为内侧,为了使该内侧的基材热收缩,将其安装在薄壁容器的外面。
本发明的一种容器,由以下部分构成:薄壁容器;在留有间隔的多个贴合部粘接热收缩率相异的基材,同时在这若干贴合部中,在至少1处贴合部上设置基本呈I字形的切缝线的层叠体,使在层叠体上的热收缩率大的基材为内侧,为了使该内侧的基材热收缩,将其安装在薄壁容器的外面,当该薄壁容器装满热的物质时,该内侧的基材热收缩,该层叠体沿该I字形的切缝线被分割。
本发明的绝热容器,当注入高温的热水等、热穿过薄壁容器的外面传到层叠体上时,虽然是与现有例子一样,出现风道状结构体,但存在很大的不同的是:由设置在层叠体的贴合部上的大致为I字形的切缝线分割的层叠体的部分,象对开一样,一边打开,一边显现风道状结构体,同时在外观上,从对开的窗口能露出薄壁容器的外面。
因此,其变化的样子为以往所没有的变化,很有趣,而且,绝热显象结束后的形状为富有变化的形状,美观的要素进一步提高。另外,其对开的风道状结构体的凸起部分,与现有的一样,能用手握持,也不会恶化绝热功能。

具体实施方式
以下依据附图对本发明的绝热显象容器的实施形式进行说明。
如图1(a)至(c)所示,本发明的绝热容器,在嵌合、固定有形成开口处理部的筒部和底部的薄壁容器1上,象是相互对置、夹着筒部1一样,向其筒部的壁面外侧安装有大致是矩形形状的层叠体A。
上述层叠体A,如图1(c)和图2(a)所示,由2层基材构成,一个基材是单向拉伸聚苯乙烯薄片,是厚度为25μ的热收缩薄片11,具有向箭头方向收缩的特性。另一基材是优质纸,由一坪(1坪=3.30582m2)64g的硬纸12构成。
上述2张基材,其两端边缘贴合部9、10和在中央的宽贴合部4以及在其左右是大致5~6mm的间距的窄贴合部5、7及6、8,由分别经过层叠体A的上下、涂成带状的耐热粘接剂粘合,制成一体。
再有,在上述层叠体A的宽贴合部4上,切制仅留层叠体A的上下边缘、将宽贴合部4左右分成带状的切缝线2,和分别与该切缝线2的两端连接且横切的切缝线3,切到大致与宽贴合部4相邻的窄贴合部5、6相连接的位置,大致成I字形。
向薄壁容器1上安装上述层叠体A的方法,如图1(a)所示,使热收缩率大的热收缩薄片11为内侧,使热收缩率小的硬纸12为外侧,在固定部50、51这2处沿薄壁容器1的母线,用耐热粘接剂,在层叠体A的上下方向上大致整幅地、以带状宽约3mm固定在薄壁容器1的筒部的外壁面上。而且,在本实施例,上述2处层叠体A的固定部50、51,在大致与窄贴合部5、6相对应的位置固定,窄贴合部5、6设置在层叠体A的大致为I字形的切缝线2的两侧。
当将高温的饮料等注入到象以上那样构成的本绝热容器时,其热通过薄壁容器1的筒部传到层叠体A,热收缩薄片11开始收缩。
层叠体A的宽贴合部4右侧的层叠部象以下那样变化:窄贴合部5右侧的层叠体的非贴合部30、31,象是向窄贴合部5一侧靠近一样,一边滑动,一边出现2个风道状结构体。
另一方面,由窄贴合部5和切缝线3及切缝线2分割的层叠体的非贴合部60,以切缝线2为起点,一边向窄贴合部5靠近,一边出现1个风道状结构体。
层叠体A的宽贴合部4左侧的层叠部的变化也与上述右侧部的一样变化,出现3个风道状结构体。其结果是:由切缝线2、切缝线3、窄贴合部5分割的层叠部60,和切缝线2、切缝线3、窄贴合部6分割的层叠部61以切缝线2为起点,以对开状向左右滑动,出现风道状结构体,如图2(a)所示,在层叠体A的中央部出现从外侧能看见薄壁容器1的外壁的窗口13。这样一来,出现风道状结构体同时出现窗口13的样子看上去很愉快、有趣。
再有,若在与窗口13对应的位置的薄壁容器1的外壁上设置色彩、文字、记号等的话,在收缩变化前,被层叠体A覆盖而看不见的上述色彩、文字、记号等,与风道状结构体的出现同时露出来,强调进一步变化的情况,为一种在视觉上唤起注意的效果好的绝热容器。另外,在本实施例,由于能将固定部设为2处,所以,即使在固定部的一处出现固定不佳的现象,也能防止层叠体从薄壁容器1的筒部剥落下来。
而且,只要与本目的相吻合,上述基材即使是其它的材质、原材料也没关系。在本实施例,虽然使从层叠体上下端到切缝线2的上下端的非切入部为3mm左右,但,只要对功能没影响就可以是任意的,而且,虽然切缝线3是在切缝线2的两端横切的,但也可以在切缝线2的两端内侧附近横切。再有,在本实施例的固定部50、51这2处中,虽然即使是任意1处也没关系,但,由于在2处固定能出现漂亮的窗口13,所以较理想。再有,在上述层叠体A的宽贴合部4上设置的切缝线2,即使不是直线,是S状或锯齿状也没关系。
在上述实施例,如图1(b)所示,二层基材的贴合部5、6及7、8的宽度尺寸与两端边缘贴合部9、10的不同,根据目的的不同分别设计成任意的宽度也没关系。但是,设置切缝线2的宽贴合部4考虑到加工切缝线时的误差,最好设计得相当宽。在本实施例,大致3mm的宽度是比较宽的。
图2(b)表示另一实施例,象是相对薄壁容器1的母线倾斜着交叉一样,安装、固定层叠体A的留有间隔的带状贴合部,其它要领与上述实施例相同。在这种场合,由于绝热显象后的风道状结构体也相对母线倾斜着交叉,所以,具有创造结构变化和防止用手握持时滑落的效果。
图3(a)表示另一实施例,是将大致为I字形的切缝线设置在层叠体的贴合部的若干处的实施例,绝热显象后的形状,为更加富有变化的形状。在这种场合下,从使窗口以更加漂亮的形状显象的观点出发,固定在薄壁容器1上的部位,最好是在大致与5、7、8对应的3个位置固定。其它要领与上述实施例相同,作用、效果也相同。而且,象是顺着薄壁容器1的外面一样,将层叠体制成筒状,与上述实施例一样,若将I字形切缝线2、3设置安装在若干处,则也能使绝热部在容器筒部全周显象。
上述实施例,对锥体容器进行了描述,但,筒径是尖的和有底的,即使是在不变的直筒的场合或其它的变形体,其作用和效果也一样。
由于本发明的绝热容器具有以上那样的结构,所以,能获得绝热显象时的行进状态富于变化,而且,绝热显象后的层叠体形状的美观要素进一步提高,唤起注意的效果好、成本低的容器。
Claims (1)
1.一种容器,由以下部分构成:
薄壁容器;
在留有间隔的多个贴合部粘接热收缩率相异的基材,同时在这若干贴合部中,在至少1处贴合部上设置基本呈I字形的切缝线的层叠体,
使在层叠体上的热收缩率大的基材为内侧,为了使该内侧的基材热收缩,将其安装在薄壁容器的外面,当该薄壁容器装满热的物质时,该内侧的基材热收缩,该层叠体沿该I字形的切缝线被分割。
