Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method, system, device, and storage medium for establishing a direct link.
Background
802.11be networks, also known as Extreme High Throughput (EHT) networks, are enhanced by a range of system features and a variety of mechanisms to achieve very High Throughput. As the use of Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) continues to grow, it becomes increasingly important to provide wireless data services in many environments, such as homes, businesses, and hot spots. In particular, video traffic will continue to be the dominant type of traffic in many WLAN deployments. With the advent of 4k and 8k video (uncompressed rates of 20 Gbps), the throughput requirements for these applications are constantly evolving. New high throughput, low latency applications such as virtual reality or augmented reality, gaming, remote offices, and cloud computing will proliferate (e.g., latency for real-time gaming below 5 milliseconds).
In view of the high throughput and stringent real-time latency requirements of these applications, users expect higher throughput, higher reliability, less latency and jitter, and higher power efficiency when supporting their applications over a WLAN. Users desire improved integration with Time Sensitive Networks (TSNs) to support applications on heterogeneous ethernet and wireless LANs. 802.11be networks aim to ensure the competitiveness of WLANs by further increasing overall throughput and reducing latency, while ensuring backward compatibility and coexistence with legacy technology standards. 802.11 compatible devices operating in the 2.4GHz,5GHz and 6GHz bands.

Wherein, the Link Identifier parameter and the Multi Link Element are set to be the same as the TDLS discovery response message, and the list is not repeated here.
S1005. After receiving the TDLS setup response message, the Non-AP MLD1 sends a TDLS setup confirm message to the Non-AP MLD2 through the AP MLD1 on the link confirmed to be directly connected according to the link information confirmed to be directly connected in the message, wherein the sending mode and the setting of the address parameter of the TDLS setup confirm message are the same as those of the TDLS setup request message, and the key point is that when the TDLS setup confirm message is sent to the AP MLD1, the DA is set as the address of the peer terminal device, so that the MLD1 can forward the message on any link connected with the peer terminal.
And S1006, after receiving the TDLS setup confirm message, the Non-AP MLD2 starts to directly transmit and receive data with the Non-AP MLD1 on the confirmed link, wherein the data are not transmitted and received through the AP MLD1. In some embodiments, the Non-AP MLD2 and Non-AP MLD1 directly transmitting and receiving data on the acknowledged link comprises:
if the confirmed link information contains NSTR info, data is limitedly transmitted and received on the links according to the parameter indication, that is, when data is transmitted on one link, the other link does not receive data, or when data is received on one link, the other link does not transmit data.
S1007, when a plurality of links are currently established on the Non-AP MLD1 and the Mon-AP MLD2, the Non-AP MLD1 or the Non-AP MLD2 can cancel one or more of the direct links through the direct link reconfiguration request, or can confirm that a direct link can be established according to the capabilities and operation links of both parties, the one or more direct links are added through the direct link reconfiguration request, wherein the direct link reconfiguration request and the response message do not pass through the AP MLD1, are directly transmitted on the existing direct links of the Non-AP MLD1 and the Mon-AP MLD2, and take the Non-AP MLD1 as an initiator of canceling or adding links as an example, and the specific process comprises the following steps:
7.1Non-AP MLD1 sends ML reconfiguration request message to Non-AP MLD2, and sends the message to a peer-to-peer logical terminal (STA 4) which is subordinate to Non-AP MLD2 through a logical terminal (assumed as STA 1) which is subordinate to Non-AP MLD1, wherein the logical terminal sending the message can not be a logical terminal which requests to cancel the direct Link, for example, if the Link2 Link is requested to be canceled as the direct Link, the message can be sent through STA1, if the Link1 Link is requested to be canceled as the direct Link, the message can not be sent through STA1, the peer-to-peer logical terminal refers to a logical terminal which carries out data transceiving on the same Link, and STA1 and STA4 carry out data transceiving on Link1, and then the peer-to-peer logical terminals are mutually. Here, the ML reconfiguration request message setting is shown as table 23.
