背景技术
金属面夹芯板是指上下两层为金属薄板,芯材为有一定刚度的保温材料,如岩棉、硬质泡沫塑料等,在专用的自动化生产线上复合而成的具有承载力的结构板材,也称为三明治板。夹心板的表层用材常见的有胶合板、纤维板、塑料板和金属薄板;芯材有轻木、橡胶、醋酸纤维、塑料和经树脂浸渍(或不经浸渍)的纸质或布质以及金属的蜂窝结构材料。
夹心板的表层材料对其物理性能和环境耐受性具有更重要的影响,而芯材则决定着夹芯板的保温、隔音等性能。芯材是具有一定大小的蜂窝状孔格结构材料。通常将牛皮纸逐张用特制的涂胶设备单面滚涂胶料,相邻层纸上涂胶部位错开其距离为两胶条间距的一半,涂胶线宽度为正六角形一边的长度。纸张叠合胶粘成垛,继用铡刀切成一定宽度,然后加热使胶液凝固,将两端拉开,即成六角形蜂窝结构。近年来,以聚氨酯保温材料为芯材的保温板得到了越来越广泛的应用。聚氨酯保温材料是一种性能优良的合成材料,它具有比强度高、导热系数小等优点。然而,目前常规聚氨酯芯材的环保性仍不理想,在生产过程中对环境存在一定污染,而且长时间使用过程中会产生一定的挥发性成分,对人体健康具有潜在影响。

本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,以解决常规金属面夹芯板的芯材环保性有待改善的技术问题。

一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,包括芯材和位于芯材顶面及底面的金属板,所述芯材为改性聚氨酯保温材料,其中,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料包括以下重量份的成分:聚己内酯多元醇40~50份,聚碳酸酯二醇20~25份,二羟基聚醚12~22份,3-乙基苯基异氰酸酯25~30份,2,2'-亚甲基二苯基二异氰酸酯16~20份,四氯对苯二甲酸8~10份,羧甲基纤维素钠6~8份,甲基环糊精3~5份,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠1~2份,N-邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸0.6~0.8份,巯基丙酸0.2~0.6份,磷酸二丁酯0.3~0.5份,乙烯基胍胺0.1~0.3份,二苯基硅二醇0.5~1份,N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺0.6~1份,邻苯二甲酸二环己酯0.1~0.9份。

1.一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,包括芯材和位于芯材顶面及底面的金属板,所述芯材为改性聚氨酯保温材料,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料包括以下重量份的成分:聚己内酯多元醇40~50份,聚碳酸酯二醇20~25份,二羟基聚醚12~22份,3-乙基苯基异氰酸酯25~30份,2,2'-亚甲基二苯基二异氰酸酯16~20份,四氯对苯二甲酸8~10份,羧甲基纤维素钠6~8份,甲基环糊精3~5份,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠1~2份,N-邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸0.6~0.8份,巯基丙酸0.2~0.6份,磷酸二丁酯0.3~0.5份,乙烯基胍胺0.1~0.3份,二苯基硅二醇0.5~1份,N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺0.6~1份,邻苯二甲酸二环己酯0.1~0.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料还包括2~4重量份的4-(氯甲基)苯乙酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料还包括0.2~0.7重量份的三羟甲基丙烷三辛酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料还包括1~2重量份的亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料还包括4~6重量份的对羟基苯甲醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料还包括1.6~2重量份的甲基乙醇胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料还包括0.3~0.9重量份的二丙酮丙烯酰胺。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料还包括1~1.8重量份的聚乙烯醇。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于改性聚氨酯的环保型金属面夹芯板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯保温材料由以下重量份的成分组成:聚己内酯多元醇45份,聚碳酸酯二醇23份,二羟基聚醚17份,3-乙基苯基异氰酸酯27份,2,2'-亚甲基二苯基二异氰酸酯18份,四氯对苯二甲酸9份,羧甲基纤维素钠7份,甲基环糊精4份,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠1.5份,N-邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸0.7份,巯基丙酸0.4份,磷酸二丁酯0.4份,乙烯基胍胺0.2份,二苯基硅二醇0.7份,N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺0.8份,邻苯二甲酸二环己酯0.5份。
