Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of C09D133/00, in particular to a sealing primer for a water-based wood product and a wood product prepared from the sealing primer.
Background
Because the wood contains water, after the water-based paint is coated, the water of a coating film permeates into the wood, the water balance of the wood is damaged, the guide pipe and the wood thorn of the wood are expanded, the original flat surface of the whole wood is damaged, and the rib expansion phenomenon is caused. In the prior art, the research on the anti-swelling rib of the water-based wood coating is more, the patent CN109206993A utilizes nano water-based acrylic resin to seal wood, the patent CN110305545A and the patent CN109135483A adopt water-based resin with better alcohol compatibility as a film forming material, and more alcohol is added into a formula to prepare a quick-drying system, so that the anti-swelling rib and the sealing performance of a paint film are improved, but the anti-swelling rib and the sealing performance of the paint film are not greatly different from those of the alcohol-soluble coating, and the VOC is higher.
In addition to the swelling, the hydrophilic pigments of wood, such as tannic acid, also migrate to the paint film with the penetration of moisture, causing yellowing of the paint film, which is more severe especially when aqueous white bases are applied. Patent CN104403568A forms the hydrogen bond through cation resin's amino and timber's hydroxyl, produces better adhesive force, plays certain effect that prevents moisture to get into the timber fibre, avoids timber to rise the muscle, but this kind of resin is not very obvious to the more serious pine and the rubber wood effect that rises the muscle, and seals water-soluble pigment such as tannic acid and have better effect, but cation resin also can have a lot of problems when using with anion resin is supporting. The two-component coating of the isocyanate system basically matches the nano particles to play a better role in preventing the expansion and the tannin, but the long-term use of the isocyanate has a serious harm to human bodies. Non-isocyanate systems such as patent CN107858078A use aqueous epoxy curing agent to prepare the coating with good anti-swelling and anti-bleeding effects by matching with epoxy acrylic emulsion, but the coating is troublesome to use, and the coating is hard and difficult to polish.
Therefore, aiming at the defects, the invention provides the sealing primer for the water-based woodware and the woodware prepared from the sealing primer, which have the advantages of excellent rib expansion prevention effect, good tannin prevention, certain odor sealing effect, convenience in operation, environmental friendliness and effectiveness.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sealing primer for a water-based woodware, which at least comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of aqueous single-component resin emulsion, 2-5 parts of film-forming additive, 1-4 parts of grinding additive, 0.3-0.8 part of thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 3-7 parts of functional additive and 4-10 parts of solvent.
Preferably, the solid content of the aqueous one-component resin emulsion is 34 to 50wt%. Preferably, the solid content of the aqueous one-component resin emulsion is 34 to 45wt%.
As a preferable technical scheme, the aqueous single-component resin emulsion is one or a combination of more of self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion, self-crosslinking styrene-acrylic emulsion, pure acrylic emulsion and polyurethane dispersoid. Preferably, the aqueous single-component resin emulsion is a self-crosslinking styrene-acrylic emulsion and/or a polyurethane dispersion; further preferably, the aqueous single-component resin emulsion is a self-crosslinking styrene-acrylic emulsion and a polyurethane dispersion, and the mass ratio of the self-crosslinking styrene-acrylic emulsion to the polyurethane dispersion is (65-75): (10-20). The inventor finds out in the process of exploration that by adopting the combination of the self-crosslinking styrene-acrylic emulsion and the polyurethane dispersion, the mass ratio of the self-crosslinking styrene-acrylic emulsion to the polyurethane dispersion is controlled to be (65-75): (10-20), while ensuring that the primer product has excellent rib expansion prevention effect, the flatness of the board surface is effectively improved, which is probably because the introduction of a certain amount of polyurethane dispersion improves the wetting permeability of the primer product to wood, and further improves the closed conduit effect of the product, thereby effectively improving the flatness of the board surface.
The model of the self-crosslinking styrene-acrylic emulsion is Guanzhi PA-4852.
As a preferred technical solution, the polyurethane dispersion is an alkyd-modified polyurethane dispersion. The alkyd modified polyurethane dispersion is named as PU-7205, can be oxidized and self-crosslinked under the room-temperature drying condition, and does not contain APEO, NMP and organic tin.
As a preferred technical solution, the solvent is a combination of ethanol and water; preferably, the mass ratio of the ethanol to the water is 1: (1-1.2).
As a preferred technical scheme, the film-forming assistant is at least one of dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether; preferably, the film-forming assistant is a combination of dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether and dipropylene glycol methyl ether; preferably, the mass ratio of the dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether to the dipropylene glycol methyl ether is (1-2): (2-3). The inventor finds that based on the aqueous single-component resin emulsion in the system, the weight ratio of (1-2): the dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether and the dipropylene glycol methyl ether film-forming aid in the step (2-3) are combined, so that a good film-forming effect and a high drying speed are realized, and the safety and the environmental protection are realized while the stability of a primer product is ensured.
As a preferred technical scheme, the grinding aid is at least one of 1097A, HS-2000, YZS-04 and TM1098A, DZ-123; preferably, the grinding aid is HS-2000, so that the grinding property is improved, and meanwhile, the grinding aid has good compatibility with a water-based single-component resin emulsion system, and is helpful for improving the stability and the blocking resistance of the system.
As a preferred technical scheme, the thickening agent is an associative thickening agent; preferably, the associative thickener is PUR44.
As a preferred embodiment, the wetting agent is a nonionic wetting agent. Preferably, the nonionic wetting agent is AD 01.
As a preferred technical scheme, the functional auxiliary is an anti-tannin auxiliary. Preferably, the anti-tannin auxiliary agent is Halox L-44.
As a preferable technical scheme, the preparation raw material of the sealing primer for the water-based woodware further comprises 0-3 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent; the cross-linking agent is added at the time of use. Preferably, the crosslinking agent is at least one of polycarbodiimide, aziridine and silane coupling agent; preferably, the cross-linking agent is polycarbodiimide, and the model of the polycarbodiimide is Town OS-8000. The inventor discovers in the research that on the basis of the system, the polycarbodiimide is introduced, so that the flatness, the tannin-proof effect, the smell sealing property and the water resistance of a paint film of a product are effectively improved, and the overall performance of the paint film is improved, probably because the polycarbodiimide reacts with carboxyl of the aqueous single-component resin emulsion, the crosslinking density of the paint film is effectively improved, and the overall performance of the paint film is improved.
The preparation method of the seal primer for the water-based woodware at least comprises the following steps:
adding the aqueous single-component resin emulsion into a container according to the parts by weight, controlling the rotating speed to be 800-1000r/min, sequentially adding the film-forming aid, the solvent, the grinding aid, the thickening agent, the wetting agent and the functional aid, and then stirring for 10-20min to obtain the aqueous single-component resin emulsion.
