the inner sampling needle comprises a cutting needle core (25) and a thin-wall inner needle (29), the thin-wall inner needle (29) is sleeved on the outer side of the cutting needle core (25), one end of the cutting needle core (25) is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the transmission needle core (23) far away from the fixed shell (3), the other end of the cutting needle core (25) is fixedly connected with a cutting blade (30), the cutting blade (30) is close to the puncturing end, a thread groove (31) is formed in the side wall of the cutting needle core (25), the cutting needle core (25) forms a hollow sheet thread-shaped structure through the thread groove (31), the cutting blade (30) is located at one end of the thread groove (31) far away from the transmission needle core (23), one end of the thin-wall inner needle (29) far away from the cutting blade (30) is coaxially and fixedly connected onto the cutting needle core (25), and the wall thickness of the thin-wall inner needle (29) is smaller than that of the transmission needle core (23); the driving unit comprises a motor (11) fixedly connected in the first cavity (10), a rotating shaft of the motor (11) is coaxially and fixedly connected with a threaded rod (19), a transmission support assembly is sleeved on the outer side of the threaded rod (19), the transmission support assembly is slidably connected in the first cavity (10) along the sampling direction, a gap is formed between one end, away from the motor (11), of the transmission support assembly and one end of the threaded rod (19), one end, away from the transmission needle core (23), of the sliding rod assembly penetrates through the transmission support assembly and also stretches into the threaded rod (19), the transmission support assembly is in transmission connection with the sliding rod assembly and the transmission needle core (23), and the threaded rod (19) and the transmission support assembly drive the transmission needle core (23) to stretch and sample through the sliding rod assembly;
