and when the job hunting intention and skill information meet the preset interview conditions, the first outbound call is transferred to a second outbound call, and the second outbound call is the call between the recruiter and the first candidate.
The processor 301 may also implement other steps in the above-mentioned auxiliary recruitment method, and may achieve the same technical effect, and for avoiding repetition, the details are not described here again.
The communication bus mentioned in the electronic device may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic equipment and other equipment.
The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the Integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
It should be noted that the electronic devices in the embodiments of the present application include the mobile electronic devices and the non-mobile electronic devices described above.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the foregoing auxiliary recruitment method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the detailed description is omitted here.
The processor is the processor in the electronic device described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to execute a program or an instruction to implement each process of the foregoing auxiliary recruitment method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.
It should be understood that the chips mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as system-on-chip, system-on-chip or system-on-chip, etc.
The algorithms and displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual machine, or other apparatus. Claims (10)
1. An assisted recruitment method, characterized in that the method comprises:
determining a first candidate resume matched with the recruitment post information from the candidate resumes;
generating a recruitment outbound strategy according to the resume of the first candidate and the information of the recruitment post;
performing a first outbound call to a first candidate according to the recruitment outbound strategy to receive first voice information; the first candidate is a recruitment candidate corresponding to the resume of the first candidate;
determining job hunting intention and skill information of the first candidate according to the first voice information;
and when the job hunting intention and skill information meet the preset interview conditions, the first outbound call is transferred to a second outbound call, and the second outbound call is the call between the recruiter and the first candidate.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the first candidate resume from the candidate resumes that matches the recruiting position information comprises:
determining a post label of a post to be recruited according to the information of the recruiting post;
extracting basic attribute labels of the candidate resume from any candidate resume to construct a portrait;
and determining a first candidate resume matched with the recruitment position information from the candidate resumes according to the position tags and the character images.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the first candidate resume from the candidate resumes for matching the recruiting position information based on the position tags and the portrait comprises:
acquiring a second figure portrait of the second candidate resume aiming at each second candidate resume in the candidate resumes;
comparing each basic attribute label of the second portrait with the post label;
and under the condition that the basic attribute tags of the second person portrait are matched with the post tags, determining the second candidate resume as a first candidate resume matched with the recruitment post information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after transferring the first outbound call to a second outbound call, the method further comprises:
receiving second voice information of the first candidate;
identifying recommendation information related to a keyword of the second voice information;
and displaying the recommendation information to the recruiter.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
determining the related information of the position of the first candidate according to the second voice information;
and updating the figure portrait corresponding to the first candidate according to the related information of the post.
6. The method of any of claims 2 to 5, further comprising:
and after the second outbound call is finished, submitting an interview result to a human resource system, wherein the interview result comprises the portrait and the evaluation of the recruiter on the first candidate.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining job-seeking intent and skill information for the first candidate based on the first voice information, the method further comprises:
in an instance in which it is determined that the recipient of the first outbound call is not the first candidate, the first candidate is not willing to switch to work, the first candidate is not interested in the recruiting position, or the first candidate does not meet the skill requirement of the recruiting position, ending the first outbound call.
8. An assisted recruitment device, comprising:
the screening module is used for determining a first candidate resume matched with the recruitment post information from all candidate resumes;
the strategy generating module is used for generating a recruitment outbound strategy according to the resume of the first candidate and the information of the recruitment post;
the calling-out module is used for carrying out a first calling-out conversation to a first candidate according to the recruitment calling-out strategy so as to receive first voice information; the first candidate is a recruitment candidate corresponding to the resume of the first candidate;
the first determining module is used for determining job hunting intention and skill information of the first candidate according to the first voice information;
and the switching module is used for switching the first outbound call to a second outbound call when the job hunting intention and the skill information accord with preset interview conditions, wherein the second outbound call is a call between a recruiter and the first candidate.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a communication interface, a memory, and a communication bus; the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through a communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the assisted recruitment method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program stored in the memory.
10. A readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores thereon a program or instructions which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the assisted recruitment method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
