Abstract
The invention discloses a biological product for slowing down the neutralization aging rate of body skin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight, 1000-4000 g of pancreas, 1000-4000 g of thymus, 10-300 g of papain and 10-100 g of sodium alginate; the invention makes animal pancreas, animal thymus, papain and sodium alginate into paste, freeze-dried powder or other forms. The biological product is independently used for body skin, can deeply clean three metabolism barrier garbage of the skin, permeate the skin, smooth the three metabolism, hydrate and moisten the skin, improve the skin lipoid metabolism level and slow down the rate of body skin neutralization and aging.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of human skin aging resistance, and particularly relates to a biological product for slowing down the rate of neutralization and aging of body skin.
Background
At present, some products such as cleaning products, skin care products, moisturizing products and the like exist in the cosmetic categories at home and abroad, but the products only play a role in beautifying the life of the skin and do not slow down the skin neutralization rate outside the body.
At present, the problems that the skin is seriously polluted repeatedly in the deep layer, three metabolism (gas metabolism, liquid metabolism and solid metabolism) passages of the skin are seriously blocked, the skin is neutralized in advance and the like cannot be solved for the skin outside the body at home and abroad, and the skin appearance damage mainly comes from three aspects, one is the influence of the reproductive system in the body; secondly, the influence of three major metabolism of the body skin; and the third is the influence of pollution or damage caused by the natural environment. All three factors directly contribute to accelerating the skin towards neutrality.
Although the skin cleaning products, the skin nursing products and the skin moisturizing products sold on the market at present and various medicines related to the skin have the functions, no product can be used for clearing the three skin metabolisms, ensuring the three skin metabolisms to be smooth and leading the skin to be transparent, and further the problem of slowing down the skin neutralization process is solved. Therefore, the development of a natural biological cosmetic product which can effectively clean the skin, promote three metabolism of the skin outside the body to be smooth and slow down the skin neutralization and aging rate is particularly necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The biological product has the biological effects of deeply cleaning barrier garbage of three major metabolisms of the skin, enabling the skin to be permeable and smooth, enabling skin cells to be hydrated and moist, improving the skin lipoid metabolism level and slowing down the rate of neutralization of the natural aging of the body skin.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is that the biological product for slowing down the neutralization aging rate of body skin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000-4000 g of pancreas, 1000-4000 g of thymus, 10-300 g of papain and 10-150 g of sodium alginate.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
firstly, crushing pancreas and thymus gland slices by a meat grinder, adding an ethanol solution of 3% peracetic acid by mass, and soaking for 10 hours at room temperature;
step two, adding purified water with the mass of 2.5 times of that of the mixture treated in the step one, and pulping by using a colloid mill; adding polylysine, potassium sorbate, calcium propionate and sodium propionate, stirring uniformly, slowly heating to 20-25 ℃, heating for 8 hours, and removing connective tissues by using an 80-mesh screen to obtain pancreas and thymus mixed feed liquid;
step three, adding papain into the mixture liquid obtained in the step two, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed liquid;
step four, preparing sodium alginate into a solution with the content of 1.5% by using purified water, adding the solution into the mixed feed liquid obtained in the step three, and uniformly stirring to obtain an ointment, namely the biological product for slowing down the body skin neutralization aging.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the present invention features that animal's pancreas and thymus are used as material and the product is prepared through soaking, grinding and low temperature preparation, and contains pancreatin, thymus peptide, polypeptide, polysaccharide, lipopolysaccharide, lipoprotein, etc.
2. The second characteristic of the invention is that the ingredients contained in the product have biodegradability.
3 the use observations of the inventive article show that: the pancreatin in the product can degrade the stratum corneum metabolized by the skin and die the cast-off cells, plays a biological role in cleaning and permeating the skin, and promotes smooth metabolism of the three parts of the skin; meanwhile, the thymosin, various polypeptides, polysaccharides, lipopolysaccharides and lipoprotein have the biological effects of moisturizing the skin, and the phenomenon of neutralization of the body skin is obviously slowed down after long-term use.

Example 5
The product paste prepared in the examples 1-3 is subjected to a skin water metabolism influence test, and the test method adopts a comparison method: one hand and the small arm are cleaned by 3g of the product paste prepared in the examples 1 to 3 in a way that the product paste is mixed with a proper amount of water, the product paste is smeared and massaged for 8 to 10 minutes and then is washed clean by clear water, the cleaned and dried hand and the small arm and the uncleaned other hand and the small arm are respectively sleeved by two plastic sleeves, 2g of water-absorbing color-changing silica gel is respectively put into the sleeves, and the sleeves are sealed by sealing glue. The test conditions were controlled to be constant at room temperature of 30 ℃, the timing was started when the color-changing silica gel was placed, the color-changing time was accurately observed and recorded, and the results are shown in table 2. The interval of 12 months was again determined as described above (the subjects involved in the experiment used this product on average 2 times per week between 12 months).
Table 2: examples 1-3 skin cleaning test of preparations
Remarking: the measuring environment temperature is 30 ℃, the color change time is 5 average time values, the number of people in each age group is 5, the color change time 1 is the determined age, and the color change time 2 is the measuring result after the color change time 1 is separated by 12 months.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention with excellent effect and expression, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
