3. the invention adopts the mode of combining laser and rotary file for disinfection, so that the laser can be emitted towards the inner wall direction of the root canal, thereby not only utilizing the rapid disinfection function of the laser, but also ensuring the thorough disinfection of the interior of the root canal;
4. the rotary file and the control ring are connected through threads, the descending distance of each rotary circle of the rotary file is controlled, and the disinfection area can be ensured to uniformly cover the whole root canal by 360 degrees.

Claims (10)
1. An endodontic file, comprising: a rotary file (4) and a light guide body;
the light guide body is arranged in the rotary file (4) and is synchronously connected with the rotary file in a rotating mode, and the light guide body is used for conducting laser.
2. The file according to claim 1, wherein the rotary file (4) is provided with a through hole (41), wherein the light exit end face of the light guide is directed to the through hole (41), is located in the through hole (41) or protrudes outside the through hole (41);
the light guide body is arranged in the light emergent direction, the axial direction of the rotary file (4) faces the direction of the tip of the rotary file (4), and an included angle between the light emergent direction and the direction is alpha, wherein the alpha is more than or equal to 0 degree and less than or equal to 90 degrees.
3. The file according to claim 2, wherein the light-exiting end of the light guide is provided with a bending head (71);
the tail end side wall of the rotary file (4) is provided with a notch (42), the bending head (71) is installed in the notch (42) in an aligning mode, and the included angle alpha is an acute angle.
4. The file according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said light guide is an optical fiber (7).
5. The file according to claim 1, further comprising: a control loop (6);
the control ring (6) is sleeved at the preset mounting position of the rotary file (4), and the distance between the preset safety position and the tail end of the rotary file (4) is a preset safety distance.
6. The file according to claim 1, further comprising: a marking block (5);
the marking block (5) is sleeved on the preset reminding position of the rotary file (4), and the preset reminding position is arranged at a preset reminding distance between the tail ends of the rotary file (4).
7. The file according to claim 6, wherein said marking block (5) is closer to the head end of the rotary file (4) than said control ring (6), said preset alerting distance being greater than said preset safety distance.
8. An endodontic instrument comprising a laser generating device, a root canal file and a bender (1) for mounting said file, said file being as defined in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The endodontic instrument of claim 8, further comprising: the laser light guide device (2) is detachably arranged on the curved mobile phone (1);
the laser light guide device (2) comprises: a light guide fiber (21), a light guide handle (22), a light condensing handle (23) and a light condensing lens (24);
one end of the light guide optical fiber (21) is used for connecting the laser emission device, and the other end of the light guide optical fiber is inserted into the light guide handle (22); the light guide handle (22) is connected with the light gathering handle (23) through threads, and the light gathering lens (24) is arranged in the light gathering handle (23); one end of the condenser lens (24) is matched with the light guide optical fiber (21), and the other end of the condenser lens is matched with the light inlet end of the light guide body.
10. The endodontic instrument of claim 9, further comprising: a fixed rear cover (3);
an annular groove is formed in the outer wall of the joint of the light guide handle (22) and the light gathering handle (23), the inner wall of the fixed rear cover (3) is clamped in the annular groove, and the fixed rear cover (3) is fixedly connected to the curved mobile phone (1); the light-gathering handle (23) is inserted into a back cover (11) of the bending mobile phone (1).
