Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet foods, in particular to an NMN/vitamin B group and trace element functional composition with good pet palatability and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cat belongs to absolute carnivorous animals, has extremely high requirements on palatability of cat food, is a technical problem in the world in development of the flavoring agent for the cat, and can be used as a companion animal, the cat has lasting health and prolonged service life, not only can reduce diseases suffered by people, but also can accompany the owner for a long time, and is easy to be favored on the body of the owner and the psychological health.
NAD + levels steadily decline with age, which leads to metabolic changes and increased disease susceptibility. Fluctuations in NAD + can affect: mitochondrial function and metabolism, redox reactions, circadian rhythms, immune responses and inflammation, DNA repair, cell differentiation, protein signaling, chromatin, and epigenetics. Restoration of NAD + levels in older or diseased animals can promote health and prolong life. Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is a biosynthetic precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD +) that promotes cellular NAD + production and counteracts age-related pathologies associated with a decline in tissue NAD + levels. NMN acts mainly by converting it into NAD +, which is also known as coenzyme I, and is known as nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, which is widely distributed in all cells of the human body, participates in thousands of biocatalytic reactions, and is an essential coenzyme in the human body. The decline of NAD + during aging is considered to be a major cause of disease and disability, such as hearing and vision loss, cognitive and motor dysfunction, immune deficiency, arthritis due to autoimmune inflammatory response disorder, metabolic disorders, and cardiovascular disease.
Therefore, NMN supplementation increases the NAD + content in vivo, thereby delaying, ameliorating, and preventing various aging-related manifestations, or age-induced metabolic disorders and geriatric diseases. However, the NMN raw material has an irritating feeling on the digestive system, the taste is poor, dogs and cats cannot take the NMN raw material actively, and the NMN raw material can be taken effectively by supplementing the NMN raw material only by improving the taste through a certain preparation process. In addition, most of NMN similar element B group elements are bitter, and are extremely dislike for dogs and cats.
The tastes of raw materials such as NMN and B group liquid, trace elements and the like are disliked by dogs and cats, active diet for dogs and cats can not be done, dogs and dogs are developed in taste and can taste various tastes such as bitter taste, cats can not eat sweet taste, but cats are particularly sensitive to bitter taste, 12 genes related to bitter taste perception and up to 7 bitter taste receptors can be found through DNA analysis of domestic cats, and cats can recognize harmful substances by means of bitter taste, which means that the risks of poisoning caused by eating poisonous plants and immature fruits by mistake can be avoided in the mode. I.e., NMN, group B liquids and trace elements are not favored by cats and dogs. NMN does not have a market pet product at present, and the existing B group and trace element liquid sold in the market has poor palatability and is difficult to feed.
In patent CN 110463848A, the main phosphate belongs to an acidulant, has strong palatability and fragrant taste, but can cause certain harm to the health of pets after long-term use. Experiments have shown that excessive phosphate consumption aggravates the decline of the renal function and the risk of early death of the rats. Patent CN 111034983A discloses a preparation for chicken flavor using chicken enzymatic hydrolysate and oxidized chicken fat. The product containing the chicken meat enzymolysis liquid and the oxidized chicken fat has short shelf life, generally 12 months, is not used for pets, and is improved aiming at the defects of a phosphate cat phagostimulant and a yeast extract seasoning with chicken meat flavor, the patent CN 109161441A prepares fruit flavor and sweet flavor commonly used for cigarettes through the Maillard reaction of high fructose corn syrup, and the development ideas and the problems of the meat flavor and the pet palatability are two different, and the contrast is completely absent.

TABLE 3
As can be seen from table 3, the higher ratio of NMN/B vitamin and trace element efficacy compositions for dogs and cats fed the pet of the present invention, indicating better palatability of the composition.
3. Mouth resistance test
Preferably, 20 small dogs, 20 medium dogs, 20 large dogs, and 20 cats in a kennel house are selected for oral tolerance testing for 15 days of the NMN/vitamin B group and trace element efficacy composition of example 1 for pet palatability, with results as shown in table 4:
TABLE 4
As can be seen from table 4, the probability that the NMN/vitamin B group and trace element effect composition having good palatability to pets of the invention will be eaten daily by dogs and cats is significantly better than the commercial products (the overall palatability of the marketed B group liquid product, dog and cat, is below 80%), indicating that the composition has better mouth resistance.
4. Hair test
After 10 puppies of 2-3 years old are selected for testing, after the pet eating the NMN/vitamin B group and trace element efficacy composition with good palatability provided by the invention in 1,1-3 months, the pet basically has no hair problem, the hair luster is good, and the fluff Mao Maocheng has no hair loss phenomenon.
5. Accelerated stability test
The NMN/vitamin B group and trace element efficacy composition with good pet palatability in example 1 of the invention is selected for accelerated stability study, and the accelerated condition is a stability test box with 40 ℃ and 75% humidity. The stability test observations were made at 0 day, 15 days, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months, respectively, and the results are shown in table 5:
TABLE 5
As can be seen from Table 5, the NMN/vitamin B group and trace element efficacy composition with good palatability for pets has good stability, and the product performance basically has no change within 0-3 months, which shows that the preparation method and the synergistic effect among the raw material components are beneficial to improving the stability of the composition.
In conclusion: the invention has the following advantages:
1. NMN, vitamin B group and trace element raw materials in the prior art have poor taste, are sour and bitter to some extent, and are unpleasant taste for pet cats and dogs, and the invention improves the bad taste of liquid solution through natural nutrient elements, thereby effectively achieving the effect of attracting cats and dogs to eat actively;
