And (6): the controller controls the feeding device to feed the wire stripping and controls the rolling device to roll the stripped sheath 19 until the wire stripping is finished.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
step (1): the cable to be stripped is clamped in the clamping device, and the clamping device is controlled by the controller to clamp the cable. Step (2): the cutter is adjusted to a certain depth. The step setting adjustment tool adjusts the minimum diameter tool located at the forefront to feed the sheath 19 by a small depth, and then the step increasing setting feed depth is performed in sequence according to the increase of the diameter.
And (3): the feeding device is controlled by the controller to feed the wire stripping. The controller controls the four motor boxes 17 to drive the speed reducer to drive the second gear 18 to drive the intermediate gear 21, further drive the first gear 16 to synchronously rotate, and then drive the roller row 14 to synchronously rotate, so that the feeding and stripping are realized.
And (4): after stripping the wire for a certain distance, the controller controls the traction device to pull the stripped sheath 19 to the coiling device. The controller controls the electric telescopic rod 3 to extend to the stripped sheath 19, and the controller controls the manipulator 5 to grasp the sheath 19 and then pull the sheath to the winding device.
And (5): the controller controls the winding device to wind the peeled sheath 19. The controller controls the second motor to rotate so as to drive the winding roller 4 to rotate and further realize winding of the sheath 19.
And (6): the controller controls the feeding device to feed the wire stripping at the same time, and controls the rolling device to roll the stripped sheath 19 at the same time until the wire stripping is finished.
The working principle is as follows:
the control system controls the clamping part to clamp the cable, controls the feeding part to feed relative to the axis direction of the sheath 19, controls the traction part to pull the stripped sheath 19 to the rolling part, controls the rolling part to roll the stripped sheath 19, and further rolls the sheath 19 while stripping the cable. The stripping knives 20 with different diameters are arranged in a front-back arrangement mode, the feeding depth is set in a stepped mode, the stripping knife 20 with the small diameter in the front can firstly cut the sheath 19, the stripping knife 20 in the next position can be further cut, the sheath 19 can be sequentially and progressively stripped layer by layer, the stripping effect and efficiency are improved, the phenomenon that the sheath 19 is torn, extruded and stacked, and the smooth cutting-in cannot be achieved is avoided.
The technical effects are as follows:
the cable to be stripped is inserted into the clamping device, and the clamping device is controlled by the controller to clamp the cable. The cutter is adjusted to a certain depth. The feeding device is controlled by the controller to feed the wire stripping. After stripping the wire for a certain distance, the controller controls the traction device to pull the stripped sheath 19 to the coiling device. the clamping components are symmetrically arranged on the clamping component and comprise clamping bodies, the clamping bodies are connected with the power component, and the peeling knives are inserted on the clamping components;
the feeding component is arranged on the clamping component and is provided with a rolling piece, and the rolling piece is connected with the power component;
the traction part comprises an electric telescopic rod, and a manipulator is arranged at the end part of the electric telescopic rod;
the winding part comprises a winding roller, and the winding roller is connected with a motor;
the controller respectively controls the clamping component, the feeding component, the winding component and the traction component;
the control system controls the clamping component to clamp the cable, controls the feeding component to feed relative to the axial direction of the sheath, controls the traction component to pull the stripped sheath to the rolling component, controls the rolling component to roll the stripped sheath, and further rolls the sheath while stripping the cable.
2. The cable stripping device of claim 1, wherein one end of the upper and lower engaging bodies is provided with a snap-gauge, and the snap-gauge is provided with a snap-gauge.

The cable stripping device of claim 1, wherein the clamp body is a V-shaped block, a threaded tube is disposed on the clamp body, a threaded rod is disposed on the threaded tube through thread fit, the threaded rod is connected to the first motor, the clamp body is sleeved on the guide rod, and the guide rod and the threaded rod tube are fixed on the frame body.
4. The cable stripping device of claim 1, wherein the clamping body is provided with cutter insertion holes, and the diameters of the cutter insertion holes are increased in a stepped manner, so that stepped cutting and stripping are realized.

8. The cable stripping device of claim 1, wherein a positioning sensor is provided on said wind-up roll, said positioning sensor being connected to a controller, said controller being a PLC controller.
9. The cable stripping apparatus of claim 1, wherein the stripping knife is threadably engaged with the clamp body, and the depth of cut of the stripping knife is adjusted by overhung the stripping knife.
10. A method of using a cable stripping device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
step (1): the cable to be stripped is clamped in the clamping device, and the clamping device is controlled by the controller to clamp the cable;
step (2): adjusting the cutter to a certain depth;
and (3): controlling a feeding device to feed and strip wires through a controller;
and (4): after stripping the wire for a certain distance, the controller controls the traction device to pull the stripped sheath to the coiling device;
and (5): the controller controls the winding device to wind the peeled sheath;
and (6): the controller controls the feeding device to feed and strip the wire, and controls the rolling device to roll the stripped sheath until the wire stripping is finished.
