In the figure, the left side is a top view of the distribution system, wherein the black rectangle is the unmanned distribution equipment 101, the rectangle is shaded with the movable carrier 203, and the object enclosed by the gray rectangle is the distribution cabinet 100. The unmanned distribution facility 101 may remove the mobile carrier 203 from the distribution cabinet 100 and distribute the mobile carrier 203. The right side is a three-dimensional block diagram of the cabinet 100, and it can be seen that the cabinet 100 includes a storage mechanism.
The step of taking out the movable carrier 203 from the distribution cabinet 100 by the unmanned distribution equipment 101 may adopt various ways such as setting a hand grip in the unmanned distribution equipment 101, a taking and placing unit (e.g., a cart) for carrying the movable carrier 203, and the like, and specifically how the unmanned distribution equipment 101 takes out the movable carrier 203 from the storage mechanism 200 of the distribution cabinet 100 may be set as required, which is not limited in this specification.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned illustrations of the distribution cabinet 100 and the unmanned distribution facility 101 are only schematic diagrams after simplification, and specific structures, shapes, how to combine and perform distribution, and the like of the distribution cabinet 100 and the unmanned distribution facility 101 may be set as needed, and the present specification does not limit the present invention.
The above-mentioned distribution cabinet may also be applied to a scenario in which a distribution worker places a distribution in a storage mechanism of the distribution cabinet, and a user takes the distribution from the storage mechanism of the storage cabinet, and of course, the distribution cabinet may also be a scenario in which a distribution is placed at a specified position by an unmanned aerial vehicle, an unmanned vehicle, or the like, and a movable carrier carrying the distribution is placed in the storage mechanism by the distribution cabinet through a carrying mechanism, and a specific application scenario of the distribution cabinet may be set as required, which is not limited in this specification.
The present disclosure provides a dispensing cabinet 100 including a storage mechanism 200 and a carrying mechanism 202, as shown in fig. 2A.
Fig. 2A is a schematic diagram of a distribution cabinet provided herein, in which a rear view of the distribution cabinet 100 is shown. It can be seen that the cabinet 100 includes a plurality of storage mechanisms 200, and the storage mechanisms 200 are used for storing mobile carriers 203. In the rear view, the trolley-shaped object is the carrying mechanism 202, the white drawer-shaped object placed on the carrying mechanism 202 is the movable carrier 203, the trolley under the carrying mechanism 202 is the base of the carrying mechanism 202, the carrying mechanism 202 can move left and right in the distribution cabinet 100 through the base, and the carrying mechanism 202 can drive the movable carrier 203 carried by itself to move towards the storage mechanism 202 when moving to the storage mechanism 202. Or may be for mobile carriers 203 stored in storage mechanism 202 to be removed and loaded. It can be seen that the height of the carrying mechanism 202 and the height of the storage mechanism 200 can be the same, so that the carrying mechanism 202 can move directly to the storage mechanism 202 to carry the mobile carrier 203.
The transportation mechanism 202 moves to the storage mechanism 200, and the transportation mechanism 202 can move to a passage of the storage mechanism 200 for transporting the mobile carrier 203. The carrying mechanism 202 may further include a moving unit 2024 for carrying the carrying mechanism 202 to move up and down and/or move left and right in the distribution cabinet 100, the moving unit 2024 may carry the carrying mechanism 202 to move left and right in the distribution cabinet 100 through various manners such as rollers and pulleys, and the base may further include a jacking assembly, so that the carrying mechanism 202 may carry the carrying mechanism 202 to move up and down in the distribution cabinet 100 through the jacking assembly disposed on the base.
Of course, the storage mechanism 200 may be an independent storage mechanism surrounded by mechanical structures such as columns, beams, and floors, or may be a cargo space located in a container, and the above illustration is only an example of the storage mechanism 200 and the carrying mechanism 202, and the specific structures of the storage mechanism 200 and the carrying mechanism 202 may be set as required, which is not limited in this specification.
Furthermore, compared with an independent storage mechanism formed by each upright post, each beam, each laminate, each mechanical mechanism and the like, the stability of the storage mechanism arranged in the container is higher. Thus, the storage mechanism may also be disposed in a container, and the distribution cabinet may include a container and a handling mechanism.
Based on the dispensing cabinet shown in fig. 2A, the present specification further provides a dispensing cabinet 100 comprising a storage mechanism 200, a moving mechanism 201, and a carrying mechanism 202, as shown in fig. 2B.
Fig. 2B is a schematic diagram of the structure of the distribution cabinet provided in the present specification, in which a rear view of the distribution cabinet 100 is shown. It can be seen that the cabinet 100 includes a plurality of storage mechanisms 200, and the storage mechanisms 200 are used for storing mobile carriers 203. In the rear view, a gray rectangular parallelepiped is the conveying mechanism 202, and an "i" shaped structure connecting the conveying mechanism 202 is the moving mechanism 201. The moving mechanism 201 can move with the carrying mechanism 202 from another location to the storage mechanism 200 or from the location of the storage mechanism 200 to another location.
The above drawings are only examples of the storage mechanism 200, the moving mechanism 201, and the conveying mechanism 202, and specific structures of the storage mechanism 200, the moving mechanism 201, and the conveying mechanism 202 may be provided as needed, which is not limited in the present specification.
For each storage mechanism 200, the material of the mobile carrier 203 stored in the storage mechanism 200 at least comprises soft magnetic material, and the storage mechanism 200 can adjust the strength of the magnetic force in the storage mechanism 200, and fix or release the mobile carrier 203 based on the strength of the magnetic force. As shown in fig. 3A and 3B.
Fig. 3A is a cross-sectional view of the mobile carrier stored in the storage mechanism provided in the present specification, and it can be seen that the storage mechanism 200 is a rectangular parallelepiped space surrounded by a bottom surface and side surfaces, and the mobile carrier 203 is a drawer-like implement including a bottom surface and side plates. The material of the mobile carrier 203 comprises soft magnetic material. And the storage mechanism 200 can adjust the strength of the magnetic force. The stocker 200 may adjust the intensity of the magnetic force in the stocker 200, and when the carrying mechanism 202 moves to the stocker 200, the mobile carrier 203 stored in itself is released, so that the mobile carrier 203 is moved out of the stocker 200 by the carrying mechanism 202. Or when the carrying mechanism 202 carries the movable carrier 203 to move to the storage mechanism 200, the intensity of the magnetic force is adjusted to fix the movable carrier 203 moving to the storage mechanism 200.
Among them, the soft magnetic material is a material that is easily magnetized and also easily demagnetized. The materials including ferromagnetic metal, soft magnetic ferrite, amorphous soft magnetic alloy, etc. the specific types and corresponding properties of the soft magnetic materials are already well known at present, and are not described in detail herein.
The soft magnetic material may be present in the material of the mobile carrier 203 by percentage. For example, in the material constituting the mobile carrier 203, the iron content is 60% or the like. Of course, different materials may be provided for different structures of the mobile carrier 203, as shown in fig. 3B.
Fig. 3B is a schematic structural diagram of the mobile carrier provided in the present specification, wherein the mobile carrier 203 is composed of a base 2031 and a side plate 2032, the gray cube is the base 2031, and the white rectangle is the side plate 2032. Different materials may be provided for the base 2031 and the side plates 2032. For example, the base 2031 is made of iron alloy and the side plates 2032 are made of plastic. The specific configuration of the mobile carrier 203, which is made of soft magnetic material, can be set according to the requirement, and the present specification does not limit this.
Of course, the mobile carrier in this specification can also be a pallet rack, that is, the mobile carrier 203 at least includes a base 2031.
It should be noted that the above illustration of the stocker 200 and the mobile carrier 203 is only a simplified schematic diagram, and the specific structure, shape, etc. of the stocker 200 and the mobile carrier 203 may be set as required, which is not limited in this specification.
The cabinet 100 further includes a moving mechanism 201, wherein the moving mechanism 201 moves up and down or left and right within the cabinet 100. As shown in figure 4 of the drawings,
fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a moving mechanism and a conveying mechanism provided in the present specification. It can be seen that the moving mechanism 201 is connected by a first rail and a second rail that are perpendicular to each other and slidably connected, and the second rail moves along the first rail. Wherein, the quantity of first guide rail is two.
The handling mechanism 202 is slidably connected to the second rail. And the handling mechanism 202 is movable along a second rail. Thus, the carrying mechanism can move up and down or left and right in the cabinet 100 along with the second rail.
The black straight lines are respectively the tracks when the moving mechanism 201 moves up and down or moves left and right. The rail is provided in a guide rail, and a white rectangular object connected to the moving mechanism 201 is the conveying mechanism 202. The moving mechanism 201 can move up and down or left and right within the distribution cabinet 100 with the carrying mechanism 202.
Of course, the moving mechanism 201 may also be a trolley with a preset track, or a device that can move on a horizontal plane and a vertical plane, for example, a trolley with a track disposed on the upper surface of the distribution cabinet 100, when the movable carrier 203 needs to be accessed, the moving mechanism 201 can be moved to a designated position corresponding to the storage mechanism 200, and then moved to the storage mechanism 200 through a telescopic mechanism, etc., and then the carrying mechanism 202 can complete the access to the movable carrier 203.
Of course, the number of the first guide rails may also be one, that is, the carrying mechanism 202 may also include only one first guide rail and one second guide rail that are perpendicular to each other and slidably connected, and the corresponding shape of the carrying mechanism may be a "seam".
It should be noted that the above-mentioned illustrations of the moving mechanism 201 and the conveying mechanism 202 are only simplified schematic diagrams, and specifically, the structure of the moving mechanism 201 and how to move to the storage mechanism 200 may be set as required, which is not limited in this specification.
In one or more embodiments provided herein, the moving mechanism 201 can move up and down or side to side within the distribution cabinet 100 to carry the handling mechanism 202 to the storage mechanism 200 when access to the mobile carrier 203 is required.
The storage mechanism 200 is a storage mechanism 200 for storing a mobile carrier 203, or a storage mechanism 200 for placing a mobile carrier 203. The storage mechanisms 200 are openings in the storage mechanisms 200 that are close to the plane of the carrier mechanism 202, as shown by the white rectangles formed by the openings of the respective storage mechanisms in the rear view of the dispensing cabinet in fig. 2.
The handling mechanism 202 may handle mobile carrier 203, move the self-contained mobile carrier 203 into the storage mechanism 200, or remove and load the mobile carrier 203 from the storage mechanism while moving to the storage mechanism 200.
The storage mechanism 200 can adjust the intensity of the magnetic force to fix the mobile carrier moving into the storage mechanism or release the mobile carrier 203 in the storage mechanism, and the mobile carrier 203 is moved out of the storage mechanism by the carrying mechanism.
Of course, the handling mechanism 202 may employ a gripper configuration to perform the process while moving the mobile carrier 203 into the storage mechanism 200 or moving the mobile carrier 203 out of the storage mechanism 200.
It should be noted that the present disclosure is described by taking the process of moving the mobile carrier to the storage mechanism and/or moving the mobile carrier out of the storage mechanism as an example. In the process, the distribution cabinet needs to determine a mobile carrier to be carried or taken and placed, a storage mechanism where the mobile carrier exists, or a storage mechanism where the mobile carrier needs to be placed.
It is known to determine the mobile carrier that needs to be carried or taken or put, and the storage mechanism for storing the mobile carrier or the mobile carrier that needs to be placed, and the details thereof are not repeated herein.
Further, when the access of the mobile carrier 203 from the storage mechanism 200 is performed using the hand grip, the requirement for the gap between the side plate 2032 of the mobile carrier 203 and the side plate of the storage mechanism 200 may be high. In the process of accessing the mobile carrier 203, if the difference between the position of the mobile carrier 203 and the preset position is large, the hand may touch the mobile carrier 203, and the position of the mobile carrier 203 may change.
In order to solve the above problem, a transfer unit 2001 may be provided in the bottom surface of the storage mechanism 200, and the movable carrier 203 may be carried or placed based on the transfer unit 2001.
Specifically, the storage mechanism may include a transfer unit 2001 and a fixing unit 2002 for each storage mechanism 200. As shown in fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a bottom structure of a storage mechanism provided in the present specification. Here, a white rectangle including a double-headed arrow is the transfer unit 2001, and a gray rectangle is composed as the fixing unit 2002. The double-headed arrow indicates that the transfer unit 2001 can move the mobile carrier in two directions.
When the moving mechanism 201 moves to the storing mechanism 200 during the process of placing the mobile carrier 203 in the storing mechanism 200, the carrying mechanism 202 can bring the mobile carrier 203 to move the mobile carrier 203 loaded by itself into the storing mechanism 200. The transfer unit 2001 may move the mobile carrier 203 from outside the storage mechanism 200 to inside the storage mechanism 200.
When the mobile carrier 203 moves into the storage mechanism 200, the fixing unit 2002 can adjust the magnetic strength in the storage mechanism 200 to fix the mobile carrier 203.
In the process of taking out the mobile carrier 203 from the stocker mechanism 200, when the moving mechanism 201 moves to the stocker mechanism 200, the fixing unit 2002 can adjust the intensity of the magnetic force in the stocker mechanism 200 to release the mobile carrier 203 stored in the stocker mechanism.
The transfer unit 2001 may bring the mobile carrier 203 from inside the storage mechanism 200 to outside the storage mechanism 200. The mobile carrier 203 is then moved from the storage mechanism 200 to the handling mechanism 202 by the handling mechanism 202, completing the step of moving the mobile carrier 203 out of the storage mechanism and loading.
Of course, the above illustration of the transfer unit 2001 and the fixing unit 2002 is only a simplified schematic diagram, and the transfer unit 2001 may be located on the fixing unit 2002 to shield the fixing unit 2002. Specifically, the shape, positional relationship, structure, and the like of the transfer unit 2001 and the fixing unit 2002 may be set as necessary, and this specification does not limit this.
Further, the conveying mechanism 202 and the conveying unit 2001 are both configured as a conveying structure, and may be specifically configured as a conveyor belt.
In addition, for each stocker 200, when the stocker 200 is a stocker that needs to place the mobile carrier 203 or a stocker that needs to take out the mobile carrier 203 from the stocker 200, the stocker 200 needs to release the mobile carrier 203 stored therein or fix the mobile carrier 203 moved therein. Therefore, the fixing unit 2002 in the stocker can be triggered when the stocker 200 is a stocker for transporting or picking up and placing the mobile carrier 203.
Specifically, the conveying mechanism 202 may include a telescopic unit 2021. When the moving mechanism 201 moves to the storage mechanism 200, the retractable unit 2021 can adjust the retractable length, so that the retractable unit 2021 contacts the fixing unit 2002 to trigger the fixing unit 2002. The fixing unit 2002 may be turned down when it is triggered.
When the handling mechanism 202 moves the mobile carrier 203 into the storage mechanism 200 or moves the mobile carrier in the storage mechanism 200 out and loads the mobile carrier, the retractable unit 2021 can adjust the retractable length to stop triggering the fixing unit 2002. The fixing unit 2002 can increase the magnetic force intensity when the triggering is stopped.
The expansion unit 2021 may be activated by the contact fixing unit 2002 or the switch module 2003 of the contact fixing unit 2002 when the fixing unit 2002 is activated. Specifically, how the telescopic unit 2021 triggers the fixing unit 2002 can be set as required, which is not limited in this specification.
Of course, in order to ensure that the fixing unit 2002 can be triggered at the telescopic unit 2021, the position of the telescopic unit 2021 may be set to a position corresponding to the position of the fixing unit 2002, that is, the telescopic unit 2021 can ensure that the fixing unit 2002 can be triggered or the triggering of the fixing unit 2002 can be stopped after the telescopic length is adjusted. And in order to avoid that the telescopic unit 2021 cannot be triggered even if it contacts the fixing unit 2002 or even if it contacts the switch assembly 2003 of the fixing unit 2002, the telescopic unit 2021 may be made of a rigid material.
Further, the handling mechanism 202 needs to perform the steps of taking and placing the mobile carrier 203 from the storage mechanism 200, and moving up and down or left and right in the distribution cabinet 100 along with the moving mechanism 201. Therefore, a gap is provided between the carrying mechanism 202 and the storage mechanism 200 to avoid collision or friction between the moving mechanism 201 and the storage mechanism 200.
In the case where there is a gap between the stocker mechanism 200 and the transport mechanism 202, the mobile carrier 203 may fall out of the gap between the stocker mechanism 200 and the transport mechanism 202. To avoid this, the telescopic unit 2021 may be supported by the fixing unit 2002 when the mobile carrier 203 is transported.
Specifically, the storage mechanism 200 is provided with a socket in a plane adjacent to the handling mechanism 202. The telescoping unit 2021 can adjust the telescoping speed when the moving mechanism 201 moves to the storage mechanism 200, extend into the socket of the storage mechanism 200, and support on the lower surface of the socket. As shown in fig. 6A.
Fig. 6A is a schematic diagram illustrating a structural change of the mobile carrier supported by the telescopic unit according to the present disclosure. The left side in the figure is a schematic view of a scene that the telescopic unit 2021 extends into the socket in the storage mechanism 200 without adjusting the telescopic length, and the right side in the figure is a schematic view of a scene that the telescopic unit 2021 adjusts the telescopic length and extends into the socket in the storage mechanism 200. Wherein, the upper side is a carrying mechanism 202, the lower side is a storage mechanism 200, the rectangle enclosed by the dotted lines is a socket, the gray rectangle is a fixed unit 2002, and the black convex polygon is a telescopic unit 2021, when the moving mechanism 201 moves to the storage mechanism 200, the telescopic unit 2021 can adjust the telescopic length, extend into the socket of the storage mechanism 200, and is supported on the lower surface of the socket, so as to support the movement of the mobile carrier 203 between the storage mechanism 200 and the carrying mechanism 202.
Of course, the shape of the telescopic unit 2021 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, or a structure composed of a small cube whose front end cross section is smaller than that of the socket, and a large cube whose rear end cross section is larger than that of the socket, and the socket may be located at the center of the side surface of the bottom of the storage mechanism, or the upper surface of the socket may coincide with the upper surface of the bottom of the storage mechanism, and specifically, the shape, volume, and the like of the telescopic unit 2021, and the position of the socket, and the like may be set as required, which is not limited in this specification.
Further, the fixing unit 2002 may be an electromagnet. When the transport mechanism 202 reaches the storage mechanism 200, the expansion unit 2021 can adjust the expansion length to activate the fixing unit 2002. The fixing unit 2002 can adjust the intensity of the magnetic force in the stocker 200 by an electromagnet, reduce the intensity of the magnetic force in the stocker 200 to release the movable carrier 203 stored in the stocker 200, or reduce the intensity of the magnetic force to reduce resistance when the movable carrier 203 is transported during the process of moving the movable carrier 203 to the stocker by the transporting mechanism 202.
Of course, the fixing unit may also be a circuit or the like including an electromagnet, and the fixing unit 2002 may adjust the strength of the magnetic force of the electromagnet, that is, the strength of the magnetic force in the storage mechanism 200, by adjusting the load in the branch including the electromagnet, and the voltage and current supplied to the branch including the electromagnet.
Further, since the strength of the magnetic force of the electromagnet is used as the strength of the magnetic force of the stocker 200, it is necessary to energize the electromagnet in each stocker 200 when the mobile carrier 203 is stored in each stocker 200 of the distribution cabinet 100, which is a large resource requirement. In order to solve the above problem, a power-off electromagnet 2004 may be provided in the fixing unit 2002 to fix each mobile carrier 203. As shown in fig. 6B.
Fig. 6B is a schematic view of a scenario in which the telescoping unit triggers the fixing unit, similar to fig. 6A, a left side in the figure is a schematic view of a scenario in which the telescoping unit 2021 is not adjusted in telescoping length and extends into the socket in the storage mechanism 200, and a right side in the figure is a schematic view of a scenario in which the telescoping unit 2021 is adjusted in telescoping length and extends into the socket in the storage mechanism 200. The upper side is a conveying mechanism 202, the lower side is a storage mechanism 200, a rectangle enclosed by dotted lines is a socket, in the conveying mechanism 2002, white rectangles on two sides are conveying units 2001, a white rectangle in the middle is a fixing unit 2002, and a rectangle located in the center of the fixing unit is shaded by a power-off electromagnet 2004. The conveyance mechanism 202 may be provided with a power supply for supplying power, the expansion unit 2021 may be provided with an electric circuit connected to the power supply, and the fixed unit 2002 may be provided with the deenergized electromagnet 2004 and an electric circuit connected to the deenergized electromagnet.
It can be seen that before the retractable unit 2021 is connected to the fixing unit 2002, the fixing unit 2002 is not powered by a power source, and the de-energized electromagnet 2004 may be in a de-energized state, and at this time, the de-energized electromagnet 2004 in the de-energized state may provide magnetic force to fix the mobile carrier 203 placed in the storage mechanism 200.
Therefore, when the transporting mechanism 202 needs to move out and load the mobile carrier 203 in the storage mechanism 200, or needs to transport the mobile carrier 203 loaded by itself into the storage mechanism 200, the retractable unit 2021 can adjust the retractable length to extend into the socket of the storage mechanism 200, so that the circuit in the retractable unit 2021 is connected with the circuit in the fixed unit 2002 to form a closed loop, and further the power-off type electromagnet 2004 in the fixed unit 2002 is in a power-on state.
When the carrying mechanism 202 moves the mobile carrier 203 loaded by itself into the storage mechanism 200, or moves out and loads the mobile carrier 203 in the storage mechanism 200, the retractable unit 2021 can adjust the retractable length, and is disconnected from the fixed unit 2002, the circuit in the fixed unit and the circuit in the retractable unit are also disconnected, so that a closed circuit cannot be formed, and the power-off electromagnet 2004 is in a power-off state again. At this time, the power-off electromagnet 2004 in the power-off state can provide magnetic force to fix the movable carrier 203 placed in the stocker mechanism 200.
Of course, a circuit provided in the fixed unit 2002 may be used as the first circuit, a circuit provided in the telescopic unit 2021 may be used as the second circuit, and a power supply dedicated to supplying power to the fixed unit 2002 may be provided in the telescopic unit 2021. That is, a first circuit and a second circuit including a power supply for supplying power to a closed circuit when the first and second circuits are connected to form the closed circuit may be provided.
The first circuit may be provided with a power supply, a power-off type electromagnet 2004, and a circuit for connecting the power supply and the power-off type electromagnet 2004, and the second circuit may be provided with only a circuit for forming a closed circuit by connecting to the first circuit. The specific first circuit and how the circuit is arranged, the types of electronic elements included in the first circuit and the second circuit, and the like can be arranged as required, and the description is not limited thereto.
In addition, placing the de-energized electromagnet 2004 in the energized state may be done by adjusting the current and voltage supplied to the branch including the de-energized electromagnet 2004 to place the de-energized electromagnet 2004 in the energized state. Of course, the fixing unit 2002 may be an electric circuit or the like including the loss-of-power type electromagnet 2004, and the fixing unit 2002 may adjust the strength of the magnetic force of the loss-of-power type electromagnet 2004, that is, the strength of the magnetic force in the storage mechanism 200, by adjusting the load in the branch including the loss-of-power type electromagnet 2004, and the voltage and current supplied to the branch including the loss-of-power type electromagnet 2004.
Further, for each storage mechanism 200, only when the storage mechanism 200 needs to take or place the mobile carrier 203, the transmission unit 2001 in the storage mechanism 200 needs to bring the mobile carrier 203 to move, and the fixing unit 2002 needs to be adjusted. Therefore, in order to save resources and ensure resource utilization, when the storage mechanism 200 needs to take or place the mobile carrier 203 from it, the transfer unit 2001 and the fixing unit 2002 in the storage mechanism 200 may be powered.
In particular, the switch assembly 2003 of the stationary unit 2002 may be used to connect whether the control power source powers the transmission unit 2001 and the stationary unit 2002. Thus, when the retractable unit activates the switch assembly 2003 of the fixed unit 2002, the fixed unit 2002 and the transmission unit 2001 are respectively connected to a power source (e.g., a power source, a battery, etc.), and the fixed unit 2002 and the transmission unit 2001 are respectively powered by the power source.
The fixing unit 2002 may be adjusted to reduce the magnetic force strength, and the transferring unit 2001 may bring the mobile carrier 203, move the mobile carrier 203 into the storage mechanism 200, or move the mobile carrier 203 out of the storage mechanism 200.
When the expansion unit stops triggering the switch assembly 2003 of the fixing unit, the fixing unit 2002, the transmission unit 2001 and the energy source are disconnected, and the energy source cannot supply energy to the fixing unit 2002 and the transmission unit 2001. The fixing unit 2002 can increase the magnetic force, and the transferring unit 2001 can stop moving the mobile carrier 203.
Of course, similar to the above-mentioned triggering of the fixing unit 2002, the telescopic unit 2021 may trigger the fixing unit 2002, and may be in contact with the switch assembly 2003 of the fixing unit 2002, or may be in contact with the fixing unit 2002 itself, and how to trigger the fixing unit 2002 may be set according to needs, which is not limited in this specification.
Furthermore, since the telescopic unit 2021 needs to be in contact with the fixing unit 2002 to activate the fixing unit 2002, energy can be provided in the conveyance mechanism and an electric circuit can be provided in the telescopic unit 2021.
Specifically, the fixing unit 2002 may include a first circuit, the first circuit includes the deenergized electromagnet 2004, and the expansion unit 2021 includes a second circuit, so that when the expansion unit 2021 contacts the fixing unit 2002, the first circuit in the fixing unit 2002 and the second circuit in the expansion unit 2021 form a loop, and the deenergized electromagnet 2004 in the fixing unit is in an energized state, and the strength of the magnetic force is reduced. When the telescopic unit 2021 and the fixing unit 2002 are no longer in contact, the circuit is disconnected, the power-off type electromagnet 2004 in the fixing unit is in a power-off state, and the strength of the magnetic force is increased.
In addition, as mentioned above, further, for each storage mechanism 200, only when the storage mechanism 200 needs to take or place the mobile carrier 203 from it, the transmission unit 2001 in the storage mechanism 200 needs to bring the mobile carrier 203 to move, and the fixing unit 2002 needs to be adjusted. Therefore, in order to save resources and ensure resource utilization, when the storage mechanism 200 needs to take or place the mobile carrier 203 from it, the transfer unit 2001 and the fixing unit 2002 in the storage mechanism 200 may be powered.
And the transfer unit 2001 includes a first transfer belt 2005 and a first motor 2006. The first motor 2006 is connected to the first conveyor belt 2005, that is, the first motor 2006 is used to control a conveying direction and a conveying speed of the first conveyor belt 2005. Then, the first circuit in the fixing unit 2002 may be further connected to the first motor 2006, and when the first circuit and the second circuit are connected to form a closed circuit, the second circuit supplies power to the first motor 2006, so that the second motor 2006 is in an energized state to drive the movable carrier 203 to move. As shown in fig. 6C.
Fig. 6C is a schematic view of a scenario in which the telescoping unit triggers the fixing unit, similar to fig. 6A and 6B, a left side in the figure is a schematic view of a scenario in which the telescoping unit 2021 is not adjusted in telescoping length and extends into the socket in the storage mechanism 200, and a right side in the figure is a schematic view of a scenario in which the telescoping unit 2021 is adjusted in telescoping length and extends into the socket in the storage mechanism 200. The upper side is a conveying mechanism 202, the lower side is a storage mechanism 200, a rectangle enclosed by dotted lines is a socket, in the conveying mechanism 2002, white rectangles on two sides are conveying units 2001, a white rectangle in the middle is a fixing unit 2002, a rectangle-shaped shadow in the center of the fixing unit is a power-off electromagnet 2004, a rectangle-shaped shadow in the conveying unit 2001 is a first motor 2006, and the first motor 2006 is used for driving the first conveyor belt 2005 to move.
A power supply for supplying power may be provided in the conveyance mechanism 202, an electric circuit connected to the power supply may be provided in the expansion unit 2021, and the deenergized electromagnet 2004, an electric circuit connected to the deenergized electromagnet 2004, and an electric circuit connected to the first motor 2006 may be provided in the fixed unit 2002.
Therefore, when the carrying mechanism 202 needs to move out and load the movable carrier 203 in the storage mechanism 200, or needs to carry the movable carrier 203 loaded by itself into the storage mechanism 200, the expansion unit 2021 can adjust the expansion length to extend into the socket of the storage mechanism 200, so that the circuit in the expansion unit 2021 is connected with the circuit in the fixed unit 2002 to form a closed circuit, and further the first circuit in the fixed unit 2002 supplies power to the first motor 2006 in the transmission unit 2001, and the first motor 2006 drives the first transmission belt 2005 to move.
In one or more embodiments provided herein, the transporting mechanism 202 may further include a monitoring unit 2022, which monitors the state of the mobile carrier 203, and controls the transporting mechanism 202 based on the state of the mobile carrier 203, so as to further save the resource requirement of the distribution cabinet 100 and avoid the occurrence of a situation where the mobile carrier 203 falls off due to excessive transportation by the transporting mechanism 202.
Specifically, the monitoring unit 2022 can monitor the state of the movable carrier 203 when the moving mechanism 201 carries the carrying mechanism 202 to move to the storage mechanism 200. The monitoring unit 2022 can control the handling mechanism 202 to stop transferring when it is detected that the mobile carrier 203 moves to the handling mechanism 202 or moves to the storage mechanism 200.
Of course, the monitoring unit 2022 may also control the transmission unit 2001 to stop transmission, or in the case of the telescopic unit 2021, the monitoring unit 2022 may control the telescopic unit 2021 to adjust the telescopic length so that the telescopic unit 2021 stops triggering the fixing unit 2002. Specifically, how the monitoring unit 2022 controls each mechanism and each unit stops operating can be set according to the needs, which is not limited in this specification.
The monitoring unit 2022 may include a pressure sensor, which may be located in the conveying mechanism. The monitoring unit 2022 may monitor the pressure in the transporting mechanism 202, and when the monitored pressure is 0 or less than a first predetermined threshold, the monitoring unit 2022 may determine that the mobile carrier 203 has moved into the storage mechanism 200. When the detected pressure is greater than the second predetermined threshold, the monitoring unit 2022 may determine that the mobile carrier 203 has moved into the transporting mechanism 202.
Of course, when the carrying mechanism 202 is a gripper, the monitoring unit 2022 may also monitor the extension length of the gripper, etc. to determine the state of the mobile carrier 203.
Further, according to the preamble, there is a gap between the storage mechanism 200 and the handling mechanism 202. The gap is blocked by the mobile carrier 203 during the movement of the mobile carrier 203, and the state of the mobile carrier 203 can be monitored based on whether the gap is blocked or not, because the gap is not blocked when the mobile carrier 203 moves to the storing mechanism 200 or moves to the carrying mechanism 202.
Specifically, the monitoring unit 2022 may be a photoelectric monitor, and a path formed by a transmitter and a receiver of the photoelectric monitor is located between the carrying mechanism 202 and the storage mechanism 200, and the path is not in contact with the carrying mechanism 202 and the storage mechanism 200.
The monitoring unit 2022 may monitor the state of the passage when the moving mechanism 201 moves to the storage mechanism 200, and the monitoring unit 2022 may determine that the movable tool 203 is moving when the state of the passage is monitored to change from the unobstructed state to the obstructed state. Upon detecting that the state of the passage has changed from the blocked state to the unblocked state, the monitoring unit 2022 can determine that the mobile carrier 203 has reached the storage mechanism 200 or has reached the handling mechanism 202. The monitoring unit 2022 can control the conveying mechanism 202 to stop conveying. As shown in fig. 7.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a state change of a mobile carrier taken from a storage mechanism provided in the present specification. The gray rectangles represent the movable carrier 203, the black dotted lines represent laser paths, the black rectangles connected with the laser paths are respectively a laser emitter and a laser receiver, the left side is the storage mechanism 200, the right side is the carrying mechanism 202, and the arrow direction is the moving direction when the conveying unit 2001 and the carrying mechanism 202 drive the movable carrier 203 to move. The access is open when mobile carrier 203 is stored in storage mechanism 200. The path changes from the clear state to the blocked state when the mobile carrier 203 moves between the storage mechanism 200 and the handling mechanism 202, and the path changes from the blocked state to the clear state again when the mobile carrier 203 moves to the handling mechanism 202.
In the drawings, the laser transmitter is disposed above the distribution cabinet, and the laser receiver is disposed below the distribution cabinet for illustration, but the laser transmitter and the laser receiver may be disposed on the second guide rail and move along with the movement of the carrying mechanism 202, or the laser transmitter and the laser receiver may be disposed on two opposite sides of the distribution cabinet, such as upper and lower sides, left and right sides, and the like, and the position of the laser transmitter may be disposed below the distribution cabinet, and the position of the laser receiver may be disposed above the distribution cabinet, and the like, specifically, the number of the passages, the position of the monitoring unit 2022, and the like, may be set as needed, and this specification does not limit this.
The monitoring unit 2022 can send an arrival command indicating that the mobile carrier 203 has been transported to the transporting mechanism 202 when controlling the transporting mechanism 202 to stop transporting, and the transporting mechanism 202 can control itself to stop transporting after receiving the arrival command.
Of course, the distribution cabinet may also be provided with a control mechanism 205, and the monitoring unit 2022 may send an arrival message to the control mechanism 205 when determining that the mobile carrier 203 has arrived at the storage mechanism 200 or has arrived at the handling mechanism 202. The control means 205 can receive the arrival information and, upon receiving the arrival information, send a stop instruction to the conveying means 202 for stopping the conveyance by the conveying means 202. The transportation mechanism 202 can receive the stop command and control itself to stop transmitting according to the stop command.
Meanwhile, the transfer unit 2001 disposed in the stocker 200 may stop moving the mobile carrier 203 when the mobile carrier moves to the stocker 200 or to the carrying mechanism 202.
Therefore, when the monitoring unit 2022 sends the arrival specifying information to the conveying mechanism 203, the conveying mechanism may forward the arrival information to the conveying unit 2001, or the monitoring unit 2022 may send the arrival information to the conveying mechanism 203 and send the arrival information to the conveying unit 2001, and the conveying unit 2001 may control itself to stop moving the mobile carrier 203 according to the received arrival information.
Of course, the monitoring unit 2022 may transmit the arrival information to the control unit 205, and the control unit 205 may transmit the stop instruction to the transmission unit 2001. The transfer unit 2001, after receiving the stop command, controls itself to stop moving the mobile carrier 203.
Alternatively, the stretching unit 2021 in the conveying mechanism 202 may adjust the stretching length according to the stop command received by the conveying mechanism 202, and retract into the conveying mechanism 202, so that the second circuit in the stretching unit 2021 is disconnected from the first circuit in the fixing unit 2002, and the first motor 2006 in the conveying unit 2001 is in a power-off state, and cannot drive the first conveyor belt 2005 to move.
Based on the same idea, the distribution cabinet 100 may be provided with a monitoring mechanism 204 for monitoring the state of the mobile carrier 203, so as to control the carrying mechanism 202 and the storage mechanism 200 based on the state of the mobile carrier 203, thereby further saving the requirement of the distribution cabinet 100 on resources and avoiding the situation that the mobile carrier 203 falls off due to excessive transmission of the carrying mechanism 202. The monitoring means 204 and the monitoring unit 2022 in the conveying means 202 may have the same structure, control flow, and the like.
Furthermore, in order to avoid the situation that the movable carrier 203 is stuck when moving between the carrying mechanism 202 and the storing mechanism 200, a differential transmission mode may be adopted to drive the movable carrier 203 to move.
Specifically, a speed adjusting unit 2023 may be further provided in the conveying mechanism 202. The speed adjusting unit 2023 can adjust the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism 202 to be lower than the conveying speed of the conveying unit 2001 in the storage mechanism 200 when the conveying mechanism 202 drives the mobile carrier 203 to move to the storage mechanism 200. When the transporting mechanism 202 drives the mobile carrier 203 to move to the transporting mechanism 202, the speed adjusting unit 2023 can increase the transporting speed of the transporting mechanism 202 so that the transporting speed of the transporting mechanism 202 is higher than the transporting speed of the transporting unit 2001 of the storing mechanism 200.
The conveying mechanism 202 may be provided with a second conveyor belt 2025 and a second motor 2026, the second conveyor belt 2025 is connected to the second motor 2026, and the second motor 2026 may drive the second conveyor belt 2025 to move.
The speed adjusting unit 2023 is connected to the second motor 2026, and adjusts the operation speed of the second motor 2026, thereby adjusting the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism.
Therefore, when the carrying mechanism 202 drives the movable carrier 203 to move to the storage mechanism 200, the operation speed and the operation direction of the second motor 2026 can be controlled by the speed adjusting unit 2023 disposed in the carrying mechanism 202, so that the carrying mechanism 202 carries the movable carrier 203 to move in the direction of the conveying unit, and the conveying speed in the carrying mechanism 202 is lower than that of the conveying unit 2001.
When the transporting mechanism 202 moves out and loads the mobile carrier 203 in the stocker 200, the operation speed and the operation direction of the second motor 2026 can be controlled by the speed adjusting unit 2023 provided in the transporting mechanism 202, so that the transporting mechanism 202 carries the mobile carrier 203, moves in the direction of the transporting mechanism 202 along the stocker 200, and the transporting speed in the transporting mechanism 202 is higher than the transporting speed of the transporting unit 2001. Thereby achieving differential transmission.
Of course, the above-mentioned embodiment in which the speed adjustment unit is provided only in the carrying mechanism has the purpose that the differential transmission of the carrying mechanism when carrying the mobile carrier from each storage mechanism can be realized by providing the speed adjustment unit only in the carrying mechanism. The requirement for the cost of the distribution cabinet can be reduced while the differential transmission is carried out.
If the cost and resource consumption are not considered, a speed adjusting unit may be provided in each storage mechanism, so that when the transport mechanism 202 moves the mobile carrier 203 to the storage mechanism 200, the transport speed of the transport mechanism 203 and the transport unit 2001 may be adjusted by the speed adjusting unit 2023 provided in the transport mechanism and/or the speed adjusting unit 2003 provided in the storage mechanism, so that the transport speed of the transport mechanism 203 is lower than that of the transport unit 2001. When the carrying mechanism 202 drives the movable carrier 203 to move to the carrying mechanism 202, the conveying speed of the carrying mechanism 203 and the conveying unit 2001 is adjusted by the speed adjusting unit 2023 arranged in the carrying mechanism and/or the speed adjusting unit 2003 arranged in the storage mechanism, so that the conveying speed of the carrying mechanism 202 is higher than the conveying speed of the conveying unit 2001 of the storage mechanism 200.
The speed adjusting unit 2023 controls the transmission speed of the transmission unit 2001, and may send a speed control command to the first motor 2006 in the transmission unit 2001 for the speed adjusting unit 2023, or may adjust the circuit condition in the expansion unit 2021 for the speed adjusting unit 2023, so that when the second circuit in the expansion unit 2021 and the first circuit in the fixed unit 2002 are connected to form a closed circuit, the operation speed and the operation direction of the first motor 2006 are controlled according to the circuit adjusted by the speed adjusting unit 2023. Wherein the operating speed is adjustable based on the load and the operating direction is adjustable based on the direction of current in the circuit.
The speed adjusting unit 2023 may be set as needed, and the setting position and the speed of the conveying mechanism and the conveying unit may be adjusted during the differential speed transmission, which is not limited in the present specification.
In addition, based on the same idea, the present specification provides a distribution cabinet 100, which may include a control mechanism 205, and each mechanism and each unit are controlled by the control mechanism 205.
Specifically, the control mechanism 205 may send a first command to the moving mechanism 201 based on the mobile carrier 203. The first command is used to control the moving mechanism 201 to move to the storage mechanism 200, and the first command may carry an identifier of the storage mechanism 200 or a location identifier of the storage mechanism 200.
The moving mechanism 201 can move up and down or left and right in the distribution cabinet 100 after receiving the first command, and carry the transporting mechanism 202 to the storage mechanism 200, and after arriving at the storage mechanism 200, return second information according to the first command, the second information being used for representing that the moving mechanism 201 carries the transporting mechanism 202 to the storage mechanism 200.
The control mechanism 205, upon receiving the second information, can determine the end position of the mobile carrier 203.
When the mobile carrier 203 needs to be placed in the storage mechanism 200, the control mechanism 205 can send a third command to the carrying mechanism 202, where the third command is used to control the carrying mechanism 202 to drive the mobile carrier 203 to move the mobile carrier 203 into the storage mechanism 200.
When the mobile carrier 203 moves into the storage mechanism 200, the handling mechanism 202 may return fourth information to the control mechanism 205, which is used to ensure that the mobile carrier 203 has been handled into the storage mechanism 200, i.e., that the mobile carrier 203 has been handled completely.
The control mechanism 205 can send a fifth instruction to the storage mechanism 200 after receiving the fourth message, where the fifth instruction is used to control the storage mechanism 200 to fix the mobile carrier 203.
When the mobile carrier 203 needs to be placed on the storage mechanism 200, the control mechanism 205 may send a sixth command to the storage mechanism 200, the sixth command being used to control the storage mechanism 200 to release the mobile carrier 203.
The storage mechanism 200 may return a seventh message to the control mechanism 205 after releasing the mobile carrier 203.

The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program to implement the distribution method described above with reference to fig. 9. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical blocks. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language), AHDL (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, CUPL (core universal Programming Language), HDCal, jhddl (Java Hardware Description Language), lava, lola, HDL, PALASM, rhyd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language (Hardware Description Language), which is currently used in most popular applications. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry for implementing the logical method flows can be readily obtained by a mere need to program the method flows with some of the hardware description languages described above and into an integrated circuit.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
