Description

Disinfection cabinet with circulating air duct
Technical Field
The invention relates to a disinfection device, in particular to a disinfection cabinet. Can be applied to the disinfection of tableware.
Background
The existing disinfection cabinet generally uses ultraviolet and ozone combination for sterilization, most of the sterilization lamp tubes simultaneously generate ultraviolet rays and ozone, the ozone diffuses everywhere in the cabinet, and uneven concentration everywhere often exists to influence the sterilization effect.
The washed tableware is placed in the cabinet, needs to be heated and dried, and heating components are generally arranged at the inner bottom of the cabinet to dry the tableware, so that the temperature of each place in the cabinet is uneven, and the drying effect of the tableware is affected.
Some existing disinfection cabinets are not provided with an exhaust fan or are provided with an internal circulation exhaust fan, water on tableware cannot be discharged out of the cabinet after being heated into water vapor, after the heating end temperature is reduced, the water is condensed in the cabinet, and bacteria are easily bred in the cabinet. Some exhaust fans are arranged to exhaust water vapor, so that the cabinet is wet and moldy after a long time.
The existing front exhaust disinfection cabinet is generally provided with an exhaust port at the front part, the exhaust stage is generally a gas with larger humidity and certain heat, and exhausted water vapor directly blows to a human body, so that the exhaust temperature is too high to be scalded or clothes are blown wet.
Kitchen air quality is generally poor, and there is often a smoke smell or off-flavor. The sterilizer is generally arranged below the kitchen range, greasy dirt can be splashed on the ground in front of the sterilizer in the cooking process, so that the sterilizer is greasy and slippery, and peculiar smell can be generated. The negative ions can purify air and remove peculiar smell, but have limited diffusion range, and can realize rapid large-range diffusion by virtue of the action of wind force.
