The method and the device solve the problems of data island management and mass data desensitization, realize authority and responsibility separation on different data sources, prevent data from being excessively concentrated, shield sensitive data at the source, and avoid the high time cost of establishing integrity desensitization rules and desensitizing mass data.
In some embodiments, each industry use unit obtains access authority of the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model belonging to the industry use unit, each industry use unit is limited by a corresponding buffer area range, only the limited model is displayed, non-industry use units access industry asset part model information, and the model is subjected to public cloud service setting buffer area conversion and the industry use unit setting buffer area range is shielded.
As a specific implementation manner, it can be understood that each industry unit can obtain the access authority of the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model of each industry unit, but different industry units can only access or view, and cannot edit and update the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model of other industry units. For example, although the water conservancy department can see the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model to which the electric power department belongs, the water conservancy department can only obtain the information and cannot edit and update the information. Only the power department can acquire the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model of the power department and combine and display the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model with the industry pipeline asset three-dimensional information model of the power department stored in the power department, so that the power of the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model of the power pipeline and the change part of the pipeline asset three-dimensional information model are updated, the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model of the power pipeline is stored in the public cloud server after the updating is completed, and the power pipeline asset three-dimensional information model is stored in the power private cloud server.
The embodiment of the application provides a city underground pipeline asset management system, the city underground pipeline asset management system comprises a public cloud server and a private cloud server which are provided by any one of the embodiments, wherein the public cloud server provides a cloud server computing and storing platform for government service operation, and the private cloud server provides a server for computing and storing data for each industry use unit.
In summary, the present invention provides a method for managing urban underground pipeline assets, which is applied to an urban underground pipeline asset management system, wherein the urban underground pipeline asset management system comprises a public cloud server and a private cloud server, wherein the public cloud server provides a cloud server computing platform for supporting government service operations, and the private cloud server is a private server for storing data for each industry use unit; the method comprises the steps of constructing an underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model based on point cloud and panoramic images, and storing the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model in a public cloud server; an industry using unit acquires a civil engineering space three-dimensional model of an urban underground pipeline according to a preset requirement, constructs an industry asset component model in the underground three-dimensional model according to the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional model, and stores the industry asset component model in a private cloud server; the underground three-dimensional space model comprises an underground three-dimensional space model structure and a position relation between models, and the industry asset component model comprises a relation between an industry asset component attribute and a component in the underground three-dimensional space model, an industry asset component relation between different underground three-dimensional space models and an approach point of the industry asset component; when the urban underground pipelines need to be subjected to data sharing, an industry using unit sends access authority to the public cloud server through the private cloud server, acquires the underground three-dimensional space model after the access authority passes, and correspondingly combines and calls the underground three-dimensional space model and the industry asset component model. The underground pipeline data acquisition system has the advantages that the underground space is integrally separated from the collected data of the respective industry use units, so that the data can be combined to call and display according to the authority range, and the whole model is subjected to random position, scale deviation transformation and information shielding through a buffer area mechanism, so that the exposure of sensitive information such as space-time information, right information, ground characteristic information and the like is effectively solved, and accurate and efficient sharing of underground pipeline data is realized on the premise that different personnel do not influence the use of the data.
It is to be understood that the method embodiments provided above correspond to the apparatus embodiments, and the corresponding specific contents may be referred to each other, which is not described herein again.

Claims (8)

1. An urban underground pipeline asset management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
constructing an underground civil construction space three-dimensional information model based on the measured data, and storing the model in a public cloud server;
the method comprises the steps that an industry using unit obtains an underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model of the urban underground pipeline on line according to a preset requirement, and according to position, form and topological resource attribute information data of an industry pipeline asset in the underground civil engineering space, which are recorded and presented by measured data, the industry pipeline asset three-dimensional information model is built in the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model, and the industry pipeline asset three-dimensional information model is stored in a private cloud server of each industry using unit; the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model comprises an underground working well three-dimensional information model and an inter-well channel three-dimensional information model, wherein the underground working well three-dimensional information model comprises the structure and the direction of a working well, and the inter-well channel three-dimensional information model is formed by communicating three-dimensional section components corresponding to adjacent working wells as start and stop sections; the industry pipeline asset three-dimensional information model comprises a civil engineering space three-dimensional information model and a three-dimensional information model, wherein the industry pipeline asset part and the three-dimensional information model are in a space topological connection relation;
when the three-dimensional information model data of the urban underground civil engineering space needs to be accessed, an industry using unit requests an access authority to the public cloud server, acquires the access authority of the three-dimensional information model of the underground civil engineering space after the request is passed, and performs combined display and application on the three-dimensional information model of the underground civil engineering space and the three-dimensional information model of the industry pipeline asset on the private cloud server.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein a certain range of extended regions outside the boundary of the underground civil space three-dimensional information model is predicted to calculate a corresponding spatial data structure buffer region, and the range represented by the data structure of the buffer region extends outwards for a certain distance in the direction of the surface normal of the civil space three-dimensional information model; the real space range corresponding to the buffer zone is set according to the corresponding regulations of the underground civil engineering space ownership unit, and the extending distances of the buffer zone are different in different normal directions.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining access rights to the three-dimensional information model of the underground civil space after the request for access rights passes comprises:
after the access permission request is determined to pass, accessing, editing and updating the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model and the buffer area according to the access permission of the user;
the method comprises the steps that an access right of an underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model with a buffer area is opened to an industry using unit, the industry using unit can carry out visual combined display on the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model and an industry pipeline asset three-dimensional information model, when the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model needs to be updated, an authorized user uploads the updated underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model to a public cloud server, updated data are confirmed by a worker authorized by the public cloud server and then stored in the public cloud server, when the pipeline asset three-dimensional information model needs to be updated, a changed part of the pipeline asset three-dimensional model is updated by a private cloud server based on the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional model obtained from the public cloud server on line, and then the updated part is stored in the private cloud server.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the access rights include user identity information and a range of data desired to be accessed;
the public cloud server is internally provided with a user identity verification strategy and an access authority strategy which are specified by a legally authorized worker to the public cloud server, and the user identity verification strategy and the access authority strategy are used for carrying out user identity authentication and determining access authority when the public cloud server is communicated with the private cloud server;
wherein the access right policy comprises an access right classification, the access right classification comprising: accessing a buffer zone, accessing a three-dimensional information model of an underground civil engineering space, editing the three-dimensional information model of the underground civil engineering space, editing a three-dimensional information model of a pipeline asset and performing combined setting on the authority according to the ownership relation between the user identity and the underground civil engineering space.
5. The method of claim 4,
when the public cloud server fails to authenticate the user identity of the private cloud server, access is denied;
and when the public cloud server successfully authenticates the user identity of the private cloud server, verifying the access authority of the industry use unit, if the verification fails, refusing the access, if the verification succeeds, establishing a safety protocol, and opening the access authority of the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model data to the industry use unit.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein constructing the three-dimensional information model of the subsurface civil space based on the measured data comprises:
acquiring point cloud data scanned by three-dimensional laser, and generating a panoramic image by taking the center of a scanner as a viewpoint and the gray level of the scanned point cloud as a pixel;
and constructing an underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model and a pipeline asset three-dimensional information model based on the space coordinates and the panoramic image of the laser point cloud.
7. The method of claim 1,
and each industry use unit obtains the access authority of the underground civil engineering space three-dimensional information model of the ownership of the industry use unit, different industry use units are limited by the range of the corresponding buffer area, only the limited model is displayed, non-industry use units access the model information of the industry asset part, and the model is changed by the public cloud service setting buffer area and the range of the industry use unit setting buffer area is shielded.
8. An urban underground pipeline asset management system, which comprises the public cloud server and the private cloud server of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the public cloud server provides a cloud server computing and storage platform for government service operation, and the private cloud server provides a server for computing and storing data for each industry use unit.
