Referring to fig. 3-4, the absorption and smoke elimination assembly 2 is screwed to the upper end of the first cylinder 11 of the water mist and smoke elimination assembly 1 through the second cylinder 21, the upper end of the second cylinder 21 is rotatably provided with the upper end of the rotating rod 5 through a bearing, and the lower end of the first cylinder 11 is provided with a sewage discharge outlet 18.
In the embodiment, as the smoke flows upwards, the upper end of the water mist eliminating component 1 is screwed with an absorption and smoke eliminating component 2 for performing supplementary treatment on the smoke which is not completely absorbed and dissipated by the water mist eliminating component 1 so as to ensure that all the smoke is treated. The upper end of the rotating rod 5 is fixed on the second cylinder 21 through a bearing, so that a supporting point is provided for the rotation of the rotating rod 5, and the supporting is provided for each part installed on the rotating rod 5. And a sewage discharge port 18 at the lower end of the first cylinder 11 is used for carrying out centralized outward discharge treatment on the dirt in the water mist smoke elimination component 1 and the absorption smoke elimination component 2.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: after the device is installed, smoke enters the flue 15 of the first cylinder 11 through the smoke inlet 17, then enters each smoke discharge head 16 from the flue 15, and is guided into the first cylinder 11 through each smoke discharge head 16, meanwhile, the water supply device is started to supply water to the water inlet pipe 14, the water inlet pipe 14 guides water into the water supply loop 12, and is guided into each spray head 13 through the water supply loop 12 to be sprayed, water flow is jetted to each inclined blade 51 on the rotating rod 5 from each spray head 13, on one hand, the rotating rod 5 is pushed to rotate, on the other hand, water columns are jetted to form water mist to carry out water mist treatment on the smoke in the first cylinder 11, water drops forming mixed dust are discharged from the lower end sewage outlet 18 of the first cylinder 11, meanwhile, the smoke which is not treated by water enters the second cylinder 21 along the upper end opening of the first cylinder 11, after being subjected to preliminary absorption of harmful substances by the first group smoke suction member 22 in the second cylinder 21, the smoke enters between the first group smoke suction member 22 and the second group smoke suction member 22, and then enters the second group smoke discharge member 21, and the second cylinder 21 further absorbs harmful substances, and the second group of smoke discharge 21 has no harmful substances, and the smoke discharge 21.

Meanwhile, the blades 51 of the rotating rod 5 are impacted by water columns ejected by the nozzles 13 to rotate, so that the rotating rod 5 rotates along with the rotation, the upper half section of the rotating rod 5 rotates to drive the brush part 31 of the '7' to rotate, the brush part 31 cleans the inner walls of the first group of smoking parts 22 and the second group of smoking parts 22 through bristles on the outer wall, the adhered smoke dust is cleaned, the falling dust in the first smoking part 22 falls into the first cylinder 11 along the lower end opening of the second cylinder 21, and is finally discharged from the dirt discharge port 18 at the lower end of the first cylinder 11, the dust on the second smoking part 22 falls into the space between the first smoking part 22 and the second smoking part 22, because the bottom surface of the second cylinder 21 is obliquely arranged, the dust is discharged into the second cylinder 21 along the dust discharge hole 25 on the bottom surface supporting ring 24 of the first smoking part 22, and then falls into the first cylinder 11 along the lower end opening of the second cylinder 21, and is finally discharged from the dirt discharge port 18 at the lower end of the first cylinder 11.

A smoke abatement device of a diesel generator is characterized in that: the smoke-eliminating device comprises a water mist smoke-eliminating component (1) and an absorption smoke-eliminating component (2) which are sequentially arranged along the smoke from bottom to top in a floating mode, wherein a second cleaning component (4) and a first cleaning component (3) are respectively arranged in the water mist smoke-eliminating component (1) and the absorption smoke-eliminating component (2), the first cleaning component (3) and the second cleaning component (4) are driven by a same rotating rod (5), and the rotating rod (5) drives the water mist smoke-eliminating component (1) to rotate through impact of spray heads (13) in all directions.

The smoke abatement apparatus for a diesel generator as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the water mist smoke elimination assembly (1) comprises a first barrel (11), a water supply ring pipe (12) is arranged at the inner part of the first barrel (11) close to the upper end, a plurality of spray heads (13) are annularly and equidistantly arranged along the outer wall of the water supply ring pipe (12), a water inlet pipe (14) communicated with the water supply ring pipe (12) is arranged on the outer side of the first barrel (11), and the water inlet pipe (14) is communicated with a water supply device.

The smoke abatement apparatus for a diesel generator as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the rotating rod (5) is provided with inclined blades (51) which are corresponding to the spray heads (13) in number one by one at the position below the water supply circular pipe (12), and the spray heads (13) are obliquely provided with the blades (51) with the spraying directions facing the corresponding directions and used for pushing the rotating rod (5) to rotate.
