Example 1 is shown in fig. 1 to 8.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment includes a fixed frame 1, a translation frame 2, a first vehicle carrying board 31 and a second vehicle carrying board 32.
Referring to fig. 2, the fixing frame 1 of the present embodiment includes two fixing frame guide posts 11 on the left and right sides fixed on the ground, and the top, middle and bottom of the fixing frame guide posts 11 are rigidly connected to each other by a fixing frame upper cross beam 121, a fixing frame middle cross beam 122 and a fixing frame bottom cross beam 123, respectively.
Four dashed boxes in fig. 2 represent a bottom range schematic line 61 of the ground parking space, a bottom range schematic line 62 of the overhead parking space, a bottom range schematic line 71 of the road surface transfer space, and a bottom range schematic line 72 of the air transfer space, respectively. The fixed frame 1 is located on the rear side of a bottom range indicating line 61 of the floor parking space and a bottom range indicating line 62 of the overhead parking space.
Bottom fixed guide rails 41 are provided along both sides of the ground parking space and the road surface transfer space.
The translational frame 2 of the present embodiment includes, as shown in fig. 3, two left and right translational frame guide posts 21 having guide grooves on inner sides thereof, top portions of the two translational frame guide posts 21 are rigidly connected by a translational frame upper cross beam 221, and bottom ends of the translational frame guide posts 21 are rigidly connected to rear ends of two translational frame bottom longitudinal beams 23. And two ends of the translational frame bottom longitudinal beam 23 are provided with translational frame bottom wheels 24. A translational frame bottom connecting plate 223 which plays a role in strengthening is arranged between the bottoms of the two translational frame bottom longitudinal beams 23. The driving mechanism arranged in the upper cross beam 221 of the translation frame drives the bottom wheel 23 of the translation frame to rotate according to instructions through a rope chain transmission system arranged in the guide post 21 of the translation frame and the bottom longitudinal beam 23 of the translation frame.
Referring to fig. 4, the rear ends of the left and right side beams 312 of the first vehicle-carrying board 31 are rigidly connected to the left and right first vehicle-carrying board sliding columns 311, and the rear ends of the left and right side beams 322 of the second vehicle-carrying board 32 are rigidly connected to the left and right second vehicle-carrying board sliding columns 321. The tops of the left and right first vehicle carrying board sliding columns 311 are rigidly connected through a first vehicle carrying board sliding column top beam 313, and the tops of the left and right second vehicle carrying board sliding columns 321 are rigidly connected through a second vehicle carrying board sliding column top beam 323. The upper and lower parts of the inner side of the first vehicle carrying board sliding column 311 and the upper and lower parts of the outer side of the second vehicle carrying board sliding column 321 are respectively provided with a vehicle carrying board sliding column guide wheel 33.
Referring to fig. 5, the first vehicle-carrying board sliding column 311 is driven by a vehicle-carrying board lifting mechanism including a sling chain or a sling rope and disposed in the upper cross beam 121 of the fixing frame, and can move up and down along the guide groove at the outer side of the guide column 11 of the fixing frame according to an instruction. The second vehicle-carrying board sliding column 321 is driven by a vehicle-carrying board lifting mechanism containing a chain or a lifting rope and arranged in the upper cross beam 221 of the translation frame, and can move up and down along the guide groove on the inner side of the guide column 21 of the translation frame according to an instruction.
When the system commands the second vehicle carrying plate located in the overhead parking space and the first vehicle carrying plate located in the ground parking space to perform the vertical transposition operation, the first vehicle carrying plate 31 needs to be lifted by several centimeters first to avoid a sufficient space for the forward movement of the bottom connecting plate 223 of the translation frame. Subsequently, the pan carriage 2 starts to translate from the parking space to the transfer space by means of the pan carriage bottom wheels 24 operating on command along the bottom fixed rails 41.
Referring to fig. 6, when the translational frame 2 moves to the road surface transfer space, the second vehicle carrying board 32 on the translational frame 2 descends into the road surface transfer space from the air transfer space and stops at a ground-approaching height of several centimeters from the ground. In the descending time period of the second vehicle carrying board 32, the first vehicle carrying board 31 on the fixed frame 1 also ascends for about 2 meters along the fixed frame guide post 11 according to the system instruction and enters the overhead parking space.
Referring to fig. 7, next, the translating frame 2 carries the second vehicle carrying board 32 lowered to the ground level to move from the transfer space into the parking space, so that the up-and-down transposition operation of the two vehicle carrying boards is completed, and the parking state as shown in fig. 8 is formed. As can be seen from fig. 7, the left and right side beams 312 of the first car loading plate are located between the left and right two translation frame guide posts 21, and a collision avoidance gap is reserved.
Obviously, the above process is reversible. When the second vehicle carrying plates 32 are located in the ground vehicle parking space, after the translation frame 2 carrying the vehicle carrying plate transposition program carries the second vehicle carrying plates 32 to move forward to the road surface transfer space, the second vehicle carrying plates 32 need to ascend 2 meters in the road surface transfer space, and meanwhile, the first vehicle carrying plates 31 located in the overhead vehicle parking space descend to a position a few centimeters away from the ground. Note that in order to make sufficient space for the backward movement of the translation frame bottom connecting plate 223, the first car carrying plate 31 in this period cannot fall to the ground.
As can be seen from fig. 8, except that the upper and lower positions of the two car carrying boards are exchanged, the overall appearance of the equipment and the positions of the car carrying boards are not changed before the upper and lower positions are exchanged, and the occupied space is not changed. When the apparatus is in the non-operational state shown in fig. 8, the vehicle can freely enter and exit the underlying vehicle carrying board. The process of up-down exchange of the two car carrying plates only comprises three processes of forward movement of the translation frame by 5.5 meters, descending or ascending of the car carrying plates by 2 meters and backward movement of the translation frame by 5.5 meters. If the translation speed is 40 meters per minute and the lifting speed is 9 meters per minute, the accumulated road blocking time of the three processes is less than 30 seconds. This length of time is roughly equivalent to the length of road blockage that occurs when a vehicle backs into place in a ground-based self-propelled parking lot, and is acceptable to users.
If the parking equipment provided by the invention is applied to a large-scale parking lot as shown in fig. 12, a relevant online platform can be utilized to allow a user to remotely reserve and take a car by using the mobile phone APP. After the system receives a vehicle taking request of a user, if the current vehicle carrying plate of the vehicle to be taken by the user is judged to be positioned in the overhead vehicle parking space, the system automatically operates the vehicle carrying plate to shift up and down according to the monitoring of the sensing system on the site environment condition when the equipment of the vehicle to be taken is selected, and lowers the vehicle carrying plate of the vehicle to be taken by the user into the ground vehicle parking space. And then, when the user arrives at the site, the user can directly get on the vehicle by himself to start the vehicle to drive away from the vehicle carrying plate without operating equipment, and the vehicle taking is completed.
When the bottom carries the sweep and has gone into the vehicle, but the upper strata carries the sweep vacant, the system can arrange the transposition from top to bottom of carrying the sweep in the suitable period that can not obstruct the current, makes vacant year sweep fall to the ground in advance, waits for other admission vehicles to stop into at any time by oneself.
If the user remotely reserves the parking, the system can lead an empty vehicle carrying plate positioned in the parking space on the ground to rise by about twenty centimeters to form a locking state that the non-scheduled vehicle can not enter by self, and when the user drives the vehicle to reach the scheduled parking space, the system commands the vehicle carrying plate to fall to the ground to be unlocked.
When more vehicles enter the garage in a centralized mode, the vehicle carrying plates of a plurality of adjacent devices can be changed vertically at the same time interval, and the empty vehicle carrying plates fall to the ground together, so that the road blocking time caused by the operation of the devices is further reduced, and the garage entering efficiency is improved. The same measures can be adopted when the vehicles are taken in a centralized mode, the vehicles on the bottom layer are made to leave the warehouse firstly, then the devices are changed vertically at the same time, and the vehicles on the upper layer fall to the ground together. This feature is particularly suitable for large parking lot environments with peak access hours.
Example 2 is shown in fig. 9 to 12. Referring to fig. 9, the same as embodiment 1, the present embodiment also includes a fixed frame 1, a translation frame 2, a first vehicle carrying board 31, and a second vehicle carrying board 32. And a bottom wheel of the translation frame is also arranged at the lower part inside the bottom longitudinal beam 23 of the translation frame and performs translation operation along the bottom fixed guide rail 41.
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, unlike embodiment 2, the first vehicle carrying board sliding column 311 and the second vehicle carrying board sliding column 321 of the present embodiment are located at a position behind the left and right side beams 312 and 322 of the first and second vehicle carrying boards, which is about 1 meter away from the tail end of the vehicle carrying board.
As can be seen from fig. 11, the vehicle-carrying board sliding column is arranged in the middle, so that the stress position of the guide column is moved inwards, the stress working condition of the translation frame and the fixed frame during operation can be improved, and the stability and the safety are enhanced.
The parallel application scenario shown in fig. 12 can easily double the number of parking spaces in the original plot, and thus, a higher space utilization rate is achieved.
Example 3 is shown in fig. 13 and 14. The translation frame 2 of this embodiment has adopted four translation frame guide pillars 21 to obtain more steady 2 translation operation effects of translation frame. The front end and the rear end of the bottom longitudinal beam 23 of the translation frame are rigidly connected with the bottom ends of the four guide posts 21 of the translation frame. The bottom wheels of the translation frame, which are hidden below the inner part of the bottom longitudinal beam 23 of the translation frame, run along the bottom fixed guide rail 41. The fixed traveling guide ramp 81 preset at the front edge of the ground parking space can be mutually connected with the vehicle carrying plate to form a continuous wheel traveling channel so as to facilitate the vehicle to enter and exit the vehicle carrying plate. The embodiment is more suitable for being applied to the environment with the left and right floor space width not less than 3 meters, such as being combined in a garage and storehouse space with enough door opening height like a villa.
Example 4 is shown in fig. 15 to 20. Fig. 15 shows an appearance of the device of the present embodiment when not in operation.
The fixing frame 1 of the present embodiment is constructed as shown in fig. 16. It includes a high-position fixed guide rail 42 which is positioned at the left and right sides of the overhead parking space and supported by a fixed frame guide post 11. The arched high-level fixed guide rail front end cross beam 421 plays a role of reinforcement. Bottom position fixed guide rails 41 are longitudinally arranged at the left side and the right side of the bottom of the ground parking space. The front ends of the bottom fixed guide rails 41 are connected by fixed traffic guiding ramps 81. The top and bottom of the fixed frame guide post 11 are rigidly connected by a fixed frame upper cross beam 121 and a fixed frame bottom cross beam 123 respectively. The structures are rigidly connected with each other to form a stable rigid support assembly and are fixedly connected to the ground foundation.
The pan carriage 2 of this embodiment is constructed as shown in fig. 17 and includes two pan carriage guide posts 21 having tops rigidly connected to each other by a pan carriage upper cross member 221 and a pan carriage middle cross member 222. The bottom of the translation frame guide post 21 is provided with a translation frame bottom wheel 24 which can move along the bottom fixed guide rail 41.
Referring to fig. 18, the synchronous longitudinal translation driving mechanism disposed on the bottom fixed guide rail 41 and the high fixed guide rail 42 is connected with and drives four translation frame translation driving connection positions 28, as shown in fig. 17, disposed on the upper and lower parts of the outer side of the translation frame guide post 21, so that the translation frame 2 is translated longitudinally along the whole of the bottom fixed guide rail 41 and the high fixed guide rail 42.
The synchronous longitudinal translation driving mechanism can refer to various existing transmission technologies, such as a rope chain + chain wheel or sheave transmission mechanism, a four-parallel-screw transmission mechanism, and a four-electric or hydraulic ejector rod + rope chain transmission mechanism. Fig. 18 shows a partial structure of the chain-driven translational-frame synchronous longitudinal translation driving mechanism 9 arranged in the steel groove outside the fixed frame guide post 11, and the rest linked transverse chain-driven parts of the mechanism are hidden in the structural cavities of the high-position fixed guide rail 42 and the bottom-position fixed guide rail 41. Under the action of the synchronous longitudinal translation driving mechanism 9, when the translation frame 2 translates, the second vehicle carrying board 32 can be always in a stable translation state.
Referring to fig. 19, when the guide post 21 of the translational frame moves to the front ends of the bottom fixed guide rail 41 and the high fixed guide rail 42, the second car carrying board 32 is wholly positioned in the transfer space. At this time, the second vehicle loading plate 32 starts to descend, and at the same time, the first vehicle loading plate 31 starts to ascend.
When the second car carrying board 32 is lowered to a position where the bottom surface is slightly higher than the top surface of the fixed driving guide ramp 81 and the first car carrying board 31 is raised to a height position of 2 meters from the ground, the translation frame 2 starts to translate backwards to the bottom as shown in fig. 20, and the up-down position exchange of the two car carrying boards is completed.
The embodiment does not use the self-balancing structure of the bottom longitudinal beam of the translation frame in the previous embodiment, but completely depends on the synchronous longitudinal translation driving mechanism 9 of the translation frame to keep the posture stability of the translation frame during translation, so that the road surface at the bottom of the transfer space does not need to be laid with a ground rail structure, the foundation construction process is simplified, the construction amount is reduced, and the requirement on the flatness of pavement in front is lowered.
As can be seen from the figure, the structure above the fixing frame of the embodiment is easy to add a sunshade so as to provide the functions of shading and keeping off the rain.
Example 5 is shown in fig. 21 to 26. The embodiment is a multi-unit row application mode suitable for large-scale ground warehouse environment.
Referring to fig. 21, the present embodiment also includes a fixing frame 1, a translation frame 2, a first vehicle carrying board 31 and a second vehicle carrying board 32.
Referring to fig. 22, the structure of the fixing frame 1 of one unit thereof includes longitudinal high-level fixed rails 42 hung on the left and right sides of the overhead parking space and the left and right sides of the overhead transfer space by fixing frame hanging beams 124. The top of the fixed frame guide post 11 is rigidly connected with the high-position fixed guide rail 42. The bottom of the fixed frame 1 is provided with a ground sinking pit 82 with the depth of several centimeters, and the size of the ground sinking pit 82 just accommodates a vehicle carrying plate which falls to the ground. When the first vehicle carrying plate 31 or the second vehicle carrying plate 32 enters the ground vehicle parking space and falls to the bottom, the first vehicle carrying plate or the second vehicle carrying plate sinks into the ground sinking pit 82, so that the wheel bearing surface of the vehicle carrying plate is flush with the road surface, and the vehicle carrying plate or the second vehicle carrying plate is connected into a continuous and smooth in-out lane.
The translational frame 2 is shown in fig. 23, and comprises two translational frame guide posts 21 on the left and right, wherein the top and middle parts of the translational frame guide posts 21 are rigidly connected by a translational frame upper cross beam 221 and a translational frame middle cross beam 222 respectively. The cross beam 222 in the pan carriage is about 2 meters from the ground. The tops of the two translation frame guide pillars 21 are respectively connected with the rear ends of the two translation frame high longitudinal beams 25. The front end and the rear end of the translational frame high longitudinal beam 25 are provided with translational frame high guide wheels 26.
Referring to fig. 24 and 25, the translator 2 translates from between the parking space and the transfer space along the elevated stationary rail 42 by means of the translator elevated guide wheels 26. When the translation frame 2 translates, the bottom end of the guide post 21 of the translation frame is in a suspended state and is not in contact with the ground. Therefore, it is not necessary to lay the guide rails on the ground.
Because the length of the translational frame high longitudinal beam 25 is only about two meters, the length of the high fixed guide rail 42 in the air transfer space also only needs to be set to about two meters, and more ventilating duct installation heights can be set for the middle of the central traffic channel.
Because the height position of the middle cross beam 222 of the translation frame is lower than the overhead parking space and higher than the ground parking space, when the translation frame 2 is in translation operation, the middle cross beam 222 of the translation frame can avoid being rubbed and collided with the top of a vehicle type which is in accordance with the limited height on the bottom vehicle carrying board.
Referring to fig. 26, in a building space like an underground parking lot, three units may be combined side by side with each other as shown in the drawing, sharing a fixed frame hanger beam 124, and may be supported at the outermost side of the gang body by a high level fixed rail column 83. Of course, if the structure allows, the high-level fixed guide post 83 can also be attached to the building column of the underground parking garage.
In above-ground space applications, the multiple unit row combination shown in fig. 26 may also be used. Its important advantage does not need to lay ground track, and partial steel construction can share, has reduced project overall cost, has simplified ground foundation construction. The top steel structure is also more suitable for additionally arranging a low-cost shading shed.
Example 6 is shown in fig. 27 to 33. Referring to fig. 27, the present embodiment also includes a fixing frame 1, a translation frame 2, a first vehicle carrying board 31 and a second vehicle carrying board 32.
As shown in fig. 28, the structure of the fixing frame 1 is that bottom position fixing guide rails 41 are longitudinally arranged on the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the parking space, and are respectively and rigidly connected with the bottom ends of two left and right fixing frame guide posts 11. The front end beam 412 of the bottom fixed guide rail is connected with the end part of the bottom fixed guide rail 41.
The translational frame 2 is constructed as shown in fig. 29, and comprises a left translational frame guide post 21 and a right translational frame guide post 21, the top parts of which are connected by a translational frame upper cross beam 221, and the bottom ends of which are connected with the rear ends of two translational frame bottom longitudinal beams 23. The front end and the rear end of the bottom longitudinal beam 23 of the translational frame are provided with bottom wheels 24 of the translational frame.
Referring to fig. 30 and 32, the present embodiment is provided with a combination frame body including two bottom extension rails 51. The pan carriage 2 moves on the bottom extension rails 51 by the pan carriage bottom wheels 24, and the combined frame body including the two bottom extension rails 51 is moved back and forth by the 6 bottom fixed rail guide wheels 411 provided inside the bottom fixed rail 41 as shown in fig. 28.
The forward and backward translation power of the combined frame of the bottom extension rail 51 is provided by the translation frame synchronous longitudinal translation driving mechanism 9 as shown in fig. 28.
As shown in fig. 31, the structure of the combined frame of the bottom extension rails 51 is such that a speed-multiplying chain mechanism 55 formed of a closed-loop chain wound around the front and rear wheels is provided inside both of the right and left bottom extension rails 51. The front end of the combined frame body is provided with a running guide ramp 54 combined with the extension rail, and the rear end is provided with an extension rail combined frame rear cross beam 56 capable of receiving the driving force provided by the translation frame synchronous longitudinal translation driving mechanism 9.
Referring to fig. 33, the upper and lower ropes of the speed-multiplying rope chain mechanism 55 are respectively connected with the bottom longitudinal beam 23 of the translational frame and the bottom fixed guide rail 41 by nodes. Thus, when the device 2 instructs the translation frame 2 to move forward, the translation frame synchronous longitudinal translation driving mechanism 9 is connected to and drives the combined frame body of the bottom extension rail 51 to move forward, and drives the translation frame 2 to move forward at the speed multiplied by the bottom extension rail 51 under the action of the speed multiplication power of the speed multiplication rope chain mechanism 55. When the translation frame 2 moves to the transfer space, the front half of the combined frame body of the bottom extension rail 51 is in a suspended state and does not contact with the road surface.
The embodiment does not need to lay a track on the road surface, simplifies the construction amount of the site foundation, reduces the requirement on the flatness of the road surface, and is easier to install.
Example 7 is shown in fig. 34 to 39. Referring to fig. 34, the present embodiment also includes a fixing frame 1, a translation frame 2, a first vehicle carrying board 31 and a second vehicle carrying board 32.
The fixed frame 1 is configured as shown in fig. 35, and includes a longitudinal high-level fixed rail 42 located at the left and right sides of the overhead parking space and spaced from the ground by 2 meters. The rear end of the high-level fixed guide rail 42 is connected to the fixed frame guide post 11 together with the diagonal structure. The bottom of the fixed frame guide post 11 is rigidly connected with the rear end of the bottom fixed guide rail 41, and the front end of the bottom fixed guide rail 41 is connected with a fixed traveling guide ramp 81.
As shown in fig. 36, the horizontal movement frame 2 includes two horizontal movement frame high-level guide rails 27 spaced 2 meters from the ground, and the rear ends of the horizontal movement frame high-level guide rails 27 are connected to the horizontal movement frame guide posts 21 and provided with a diagonal structure. The front cross member 271 of the elevated translation guide is connected to the front end of the elevated translation guide 27. As can be seen from the figure, the upper part of the translation frame 2 is constructed to be suitable for additionally arranging a sunshade.
Referring to fig. 37, the present embodiment is provided with a high extension rail 52 capable of sliding longitudinally along the high stationary rail 42. The carriage elevated rail 27 slides longitudinally along the elevated extension rail 52. The high-position fixed guide rail 42, the high-position extension rail 52 and the translation frame high-position guide rail 27 guide each other, limit, slide and stretch, can use the multi-section telescopic rod technology of similar application environment in the prior art, and can continue to use the prior similar technology and use pulleys, guide wheels, slide blocks or even ball parts. When the translation frame 2 operates, the telescopic components can play a role in keeping the posture of the translation frame 2 stable, and the translation frame bottom wheels 24 and the bottom fixed guide rails 41 share the gravity of the translation frame body, the vehicle carrying plate and the vehicle body load.
Referring to fig. 38 and 39, when the translation frame 2 moves to the road surface transfer space, most of the structures of the translation frame 2 and the second vehicle carrying board 32 are in a suspended state and are not in contact with the ground. Therefore, it is not necessary to lay ground rails on the road surface. It is obvious that, in addition to the environment of the ground reservoir, the fixing frame 1 generally needs to be fixed on the ground base by using a connecting technique to prevent the overall overturning caused by the unbalanced center of gravity in the present embodiment and all the previous embodiments.
The vehicle carrying plate can also be a box-type storehouse body for parking vehicles or a box-type house with a personnel entrance and exit for other functions. Therefore, the combination of commercial small houses, small hotels and parking spaces can be realized, when needed, the houses or the parking spaces are lowered to the ground, and the functions of the parking spaces and the small houses are realized in one parking space area.
Obviously, the invention can also adopt a shorter vehicle carrying plate to realize the double-layer storage function of the bicycle and the motorcycle.

Claims (10)

1. Parking equipment based on carry out translation and lift to year sweep, characterized by:
comprises a parking space and a transfer space positioned at the front side of the parking space,
the parking space comprises a ground parking space and an overhead parking space positioned above the ground parking space,
the transfer space comprises a road surface transfer space and an aerial transfer space above the road surface transfer space,
comprises a fixed frame (1) positioned in a parking space,
comprising a translation carriage (2) which can translate longitudinally between a parking space and a transfer space,
the fixed frame (1) comprises a first vehicle carrying plate (31) which can be lifted,
the translation frame (2) comprises a second vehicle carrying plate (32) capable of lifting,
when the translation frame (2) is positioned in the transfer space, the first car carrying plate (31) can be lifted and shifted between the ground car storage space and the overhead car storage space by the lifting mechanism of the fixing frame (1),
when the first car carrying plate (31) is positioned in the ground car storing space, the second car carrying plate (32) can longitudinally translate and displace from the overhead car storing space to the overhead transfer space by the longitudinally translating translation frame (2),
when the first vehicle carrying board (31) is positioned in the overhead parking space, the second vehicle carrying board (32) can longitudinally translate and displace from the space between the ground parking space and the road surface transferring space by the longitudinally translating translation frame (2),

when the first vehicle carrying plate (31) or the second vehicle carrying plate (32) is located in the ground vehicle storage space and is lowered to the bottom position, the wheel bearing surface of the first vehicle carrying plate (31) or the second vehicle carrying plate (32) and the bottom road surface of the road surface transfer space form a continuous driving channel.
2. The parking device based on translation and lifting of a vehicle carrying board according to claim 1, wherein:
the translation frame (2) comprises translation frame guide posts (21) arranged on the left side and the right side, the second vehicle carrying plate (32) is positioned between the translation frame guide posts (21) on the left side and the right side,
the left side and the right side of the second vehicle carrying board (32) are rigidly connected with a second vehicle carrying board sliding column (321),
when the second vehicle carrying board (32) is lifted and displaced, the sliding column (321) of the second vehicle carrying board is guided by the guide column (21) of the translation frame,
when the translation frame (2) moves from the transfer space to the parking space and the translation frame guide posts (21) enter the parking space, the first vehicle carrying plate (31) is positioned between the left and right translation frame guide posts (21).
3. The parking facility based on the translation and lifting of the vehicle carrying board as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
