When the meter body 1 is connected, the power circuit of the electric appliance is inevitably cut off, so that the electric appliance cannot be supplied with power timely in the process of mounting the meter body 1, and the daily power demand cannot be met, in order to ensure the daily normal use power demand of the electric appliance, two copper rods 39 of an L-shaped structure are symmetrically arranged on the guide disc 36, two ends of each copper rod 39 of the L-shaped structure extend to the lower part of the guide disc 36 respectively, a copper connecting disc 35 positioned below the guide disc 36 is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the adjusting bar 32, the two copper rods 39 which are close to each other of the two guide discs 36 are connected, one copper rod 39 on one guide disc 36 is connected with a live wire terminal of the electric appliance, one copper rod 39 on the other guide disc 36 is connected with a live wire terminal of a power supply, when the copper connecting disc 35 adjusts the position upwards along with the adjusting disc 32, the two copper rods 39 abutting against the same guide disc 36 can be connected with the line of the live wire of the electric appliance.
Meanwhile, when one end of one copper external conductive column 34 is connected with a power supply zero line, the other copper external conductive column 34 is connected with a zero line wiring terminal of an electrical appliance, and the two copper external conductive columns 34 are connected through a conducting wire, so that the zero line of the electrical appliance is communicated, the circuit of the electrical appliance can be communicated in real time when the electrical appliance is not connected to the meter body 1, and the electrical appliance can be normally used.
The outer wall of the adjusting rod 32 is fixedly sleeved with a limiting disc 37 which is located in the adjusting cavity and above the guide disc 36, the outer wall of the adjusting rod 32 is sleeved with a spring 38 which is located between the limiting disc 37 and the guide disc 36, the limiting disc 37 is jacked up and pulled upwards in real time by the aid of elasticity of the spring 38, the adjusting rod 32 can be jacked up upwards in real time along the axial direction of the guide disc 36, and the copper connecting disc 35 is enabled to be butted with the end portions of two copper rods 39 on the same guide disc 36 in a state without external force.
On inserting the table body 1, the meeting pushes down the regulation pole 32, has just so disconnected the live wire circuit with electrical apparatus, simultaneously, inserts the zero line and the live wire terminal of table body 1 through the direction respectively in advance with electrical apparatus's zero line and live wire terminal, consequently as long as adjust the bottom contact copper of pole 33 of copper guidance on the pole 32 and make external conductive pillar 34 tip of copper, just can communicate the circuit with electrical apparatus once more.
When inserting the table body 1, when the electrical apparatus circuit is used in the quick disconnection, install table body 1 fast, resume simultaneously with the electrical apparatus circuit, avoid long-time outage with electrical apparatus, can't satisfy the user demand.
When the meter body 1 is not required to be connected, the circuit of the electrical appliance can be communicated by only ensuring that the copper connecting disc 35 is butted with the end parts of the two copper rods 39 on the same guide disc 36 by utilizing the elasticity of the spring 38, so that the use requirement of the electrical appliance is met.

In order to improve the electricity safety, two insulating rubber pads 21 for supporting the meter body 1 are fixedly arranged on the bottom end face inside the mounting groove of the base 2, and after the meter body 1 is fixed in the mounting groove, the bottom end face of the meter body 1 can be connected with an external conductor while the meter body 1 is supported by the insulating rubber pads 21, so that the electricity safety problem is caused after lines are connected in series and in parallel.
