Abstract
The embodiment of the invention relates to a pesticide composition and application thereof, and relates to the field of pesticides, wherein active ingredients in the pesticide composition comprise fluxapyroxad, pyraclostrobin and prothioconazole, and the weight ratio of the fluxapyroxad to the pyraclostrobin to the prothioconazole is 1: (0.1-30): (0.1-30), optionally 1: (0.5-5): (0.5-5). The active ingredients of the fluxapyroxad, the pyraclostrobin and the prothioconazole in the pesticide composition are combined according to the proportion, so that the pesticide composition has more remarkable control effect, more diseases are overlapped in disease occurrence seasons, the control effect is obvious, the dosage can be reduced, the duration is long, the cost is reduced, the pollution of pesticide residues to the environment is reduced, and the generation of drug resistance of plant diseases can be delayed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a pesticide composition and application thereof.
Background
The fluxapyroxad is a carboxamide bactericide developed by Basoff company, has high efficiency, broad spectrum, long duration, systemic conductivity and the like, and the mechanism of the fluxapyroxad acts on hub succinic dehydrogenase for connecting oxidative phosphorylation and electron transfer in bacteria to cause tricarboxylic acid circulation disorder, prevent energy metabolism of the tricarboxylic acid circulation disorder, further inhibit germination of pathogenic bacteria spores and death of dental tubes and mycelia caused by growth of the dental tubes and mycelia, thereby achieving disease control.
Fluoxapyroxad is the trade name of the compound 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- (3 ',4',5' -trifluoro-biphenyl-2-yl) pyrazole-4-carboxamide,english trade name is Fluxapyroxad, molecular formula C 18 H 12 F 5 N 3 O, relative molecular weight 381.3, CAS number 907204-31-3, its structural formula is shown in formula (I):

1.3 data analysis
The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) of each compound agent is obtained by adopting an indoor toxicity measurement method (according to the Sun Yunpei method) through indoor toxicity measurement, and the synergy of the compound agent is judged by using the CTC value. CTCs significantly greater than 100 are synergistic effects, significantly less than 100 are antagonistic effects, and approaching 100 is additive effects. However, in the actual production process, once it is considered that the synergy is achieved when CTC is more than or equal to 120, the antagonism is achieved when CTC is less than or equal to 80, the additive effect is achieved when CTC is more than 80 and less than 120, and the remarkable synergy is achieved when CTC is more than or equal to 200.
