By way of example, and not limitation, acquiring vehicle data of a target vehicle is acquired by MES (manufacturing execution system, translated to: manufacturing execution system) software and the vehicle data may be maintained in the MES.
Specifically, after the vehicle data of the target vehicle is acquired, a material distribution request, such as an engine storage system, may be issued to each material storage system based on the vehicle data to gradually perform the mounting and manufacturing of the engine of the target vehicle after the engine distribution arrives.
Step S20, in the process of manufacturing the target vehicle according to the vehicle data, generating a VIN code of the target vehicle according to a preset VIN coding rule;
it should be noted that, the VIN code (i.e. the frame number) of the target vehicle is a unique code of the target vehicle, which has the functions of identification and verification, so that each target vehicle should be encoded according to a preset VIN code encoding rule, so that the VIN code of each target vehicle is different.
In order to correlate the VIN code with the main components (e.g., the power unit, the transmission, and the chassis) of the target vehicle, the embodiment proceeds to step S30.
Step S30, collecting an identification code of a driving device in the target vehicle, and associating the identification code of the driving device with a VIN code of the target vehicle to obtain the identification code associated with the VIN code;
by way of example and not limitation, an identification number of an engine of the target vehicle, i.e., an engine number, is collected by a collection device, and an association between the identification code of the driving device and the VIN code is established, so that the identification code associated with the VIN abuse can be obtained.
In other embodiments, when the target vehicle is an electric vehicle, including a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid electric vehicle, and an extended range electric vehicle, the identification code of the motor in the target vehicle, that is, the motor number of the motor, is obtained.
Those skilled in the art will readily understand that various kinds of onboard certificates need to be provided before the vehicle is manufactured and issued, and the content of the certificates of the various kinds of onboard certificates is different, and the sizes of the certificates are different, i.e. the standard requirements of the various kinds of onboard certificates are different.
When various onboard documents of the target vehicle need to be printed, the method shown in the embodiment proceeds to step S40.

For example, the vehicle-mounted certificate is a motor vehicle certificate, an initial image is first generated according to the motor vehicle certificate, the initial image is identified to determine label items in the motor vehicle certificate, including but not limited to a vehicle type label item, a displacement label item and a production date label item, entry items corresponding to all label items are extracted from vehicle data, and the vehicle type entry item, the displacement entry item and the production date entry item are mapped to corresponding positions of all label items, so that a certificate image corresponding to the vehicle-mounted certificate can be correspondingly generated.
In some alternative embodiments, the format of the document image includes, but is not limited to, JPG, PDF, etc., although the document image may also be enhanced to increase the image quality of the document image.
And step S50, according to the certificate images of all the vehicle-mounted certificates, sending a printing instruction for printing all the vehicle-mounted certificates to a preset printer, and collecting the certificate images to be uploaded to a server of a supervision unit.
The method comprises the steps that a preset printer is in communication connection with an MES, after certificate images of all vehicle-mounted certificates of a target vehicle are generated, a printing instruction for printing all the vehicle-mounted certificates is sent to the printer, and the printer can correspondingly print the vehicle-mounted certificates according to the certificate images of the vehicle-mounted certificates after receiving the printing instruction, so that all the vehicle-mounted certificates of the target vehicle are obtained through printing.
