the rotating shaft 5 drives the driving gear 14 to rotate and drives the driven gear 16 meshed with the driving gear 14 to rotate, the driven gear 16 accelerates to rotate because the number of teeth of the driving gear 14 is larger than that of teeth of the driven gear 16, the transmission shaft 15 is driven to rotate and the fan blades 17 are driven to rotate, so that external air enters the inner cavity 13 through the air inlet holes 18, air generated by the fan blades 17 is discharged from the air outlet holes 19, part of high-speed air flow blows to the fixed cutter 8, meanwhile, the trimming cutter 6 drives the movable cutter 9 to rotate and drives the vibrating rod 21 to rotate, the convex blocks 22 are attached to the convex strips 23 to rotate, the vibrating rod 21 vibrates, the movable cutter 9 shakes, branch chips clamped into the sawtooth grooves 10 shake loose, and the flowing air flow is matched to blow off the branch chips, so that the cleanliness of the fixed cutter 8 and the movable cutter 9 is improved; the inside of sleeve 7 is blown to the high-speed air current of another part, and simultaneously, pivot 5 rotates, drives arc push pedal 20 rotation for the rotatory slip of inner wall of fluff strip laminating sleeve 7, the cooperation air current that flows, the branch piece that will get into sleeve 7 inside is released, has reduced the influence of branch piece to pivot 5 rotation.

The inner ring of the movable cutter (9) and the outer ring of the fixed cutter (8) are respectively provided with a sawtooth groove (10), and the sawtooth grooves (10) at two sides are in sliding fit;
the outer wall of the movable cutter (9) is fixedly connected with a plurality of blades (11);
the inner ring of the sleeve (7) is fixedly connected with a plurality of insert seats (12) in a surrounding manner, an inner cavity (13) is formed between each insert seat (12) and the sleeve (7), the inner cavity (13) is communicated with the inside of the sleeve (7), a driving gear (14) is fixedly connected with one end outer ring of the rotating shaft (5) which is close to the cover plate (3), a transmission shaft (15) is rotatably arranged in the inner cavity (13), a driven gear (16) is fixedly connected with one end outer ring of the transmission shaft (15) which is close to the cover plate (3), the driving gear (14) is meshed with the driven gear (16), a fan blade (17) is fixedly connected with one end outer ring of the transmission shaft (15) which is far away from the cover plate (3), a plurality of air inlet holes (18) are formed in the top of one side of the inner cavity (13) which is far from the cover plate (3), a plurality of air outlet holes (19) are formed in the bottom of one side of the inner cavity (13), the top of the air outlet holes (19) are aligned with the fixed (8), and the bottom of the cutter holes (19) are communicated with the inside of the sleeve (7);
