And then, the order information to be updated is sent to the target infusion device, so that the target infusion device performs update configuration according to the order information to be updated. In some embodiments, the order information to be updated may also be stored on the infusion control terminal, and is used for performing classification statistics according to the target object identifier, so that the medical staff can conveniently make the order information for a specific target object. In other embodiments, the order information to be updated may also be stored on the infusion control terminal and visually displayed by the display, so that the medical staff can view the order information.
It should be noted that the manner in which the target infusion device is determined in S560 and S590 and the order information to be updated is sent to the target infusion device is only an exemplary illustration, and the manner in which the target infusion device is determined is not limited in this embodiment. The target infusion device can be determined through other information except the target object identification, so that the purpose of issuing the information of the medical advice to be updated is achieved.
On the basis of the above example, an order correspondence may be established to update and perfect the database in the infusion control terminal, which may specifically be:
acquiring one or more of individual characteristics, diseases and medical histories corresponding to a target object; and establishing a corresponding relation between one or more of individual characteristics, diseases and medical history and the medical advice information to be updated.
The individual features may be basic attributes of the target object, such as: age, sex, etc. The disease may be a condition currently being treated by the target subject. The medical history may be a record of the target subject's historical disease conditions, etc., and may include family medical history, allergy history, etc.
Specifically, one or more of the individual characteristics, the disease and the medical history corresponding to the target object can be acquired, and after the medical order information to be updated is obtained, the corresponding relation between the one or more of the individual characteristics, the disease and the medical history and the medical order information to be updated is established, so that the information of the database in the infusion control terminal is updated, and a suggestion for subsequently updating other medical order information is provided.
Optionally, the order information to be updated may be issued to the target infusion device by:
generating a target authorization code according to the medical advice information to be updated; and sending the target authorization code to the target infusion equipment so that the target infusion equipment obtains the advice information to be updated according to the target authorization code and sets the target infusion equipment according to the advice information to be updated.
The target authorization code may be an authorization code corresponding to the to-be-updated medical advice information, and is used for authorizing updating of the medical advice information.
Specifically, after receiving the medical order information to be updated, the authorization code may be generated by using a preset code or a random number generation method according to the medical order information to be updated, and the generated authorization code is used as the target authorization code. And sending the target authorization code to the target infusion device corresponding to the target object identifier, so that the target infusion device can determine whether to enable the order information to be updated according to the target authorization code and adjust the infusion parameters.
On the basis of the above example, the authorization code may be checked in the infusion device to determine whether to use the order information to be updated, which may specifically be implemented by the following steps:
step one, receiving to-be-updated medical advice information sent by an infusion control end and a target authorization code corresponding to the to-be-updated medical advice information.
Specifically, after the target authorization code is generated in the infusion control terminal according to the medical advice information to be updated, the target authorization code and the medical advice information to be updated may be sent to the infusion device corresponding to the medical advice information to be updated. The infusion device can receive the order information to be updated and the target authorization code sent by the infusion control terminal for subsequent authorization code check and infusion parameter update.
And step two, when the authorization code to be checked input from the outside is received, the authorization code to be checked is checked with the target authorization code, and a checking result is determined.
The authorization code to be checked may be an authorization code input in the infusion device, and is used for checking to apply the order information to be updated. The check result may be a check pass or a check fail.
In particular, an authorization code to be checked may be entered on the infusion device, for example: the authorization code to be checked is entered via a touch screen, keys, etc. on the infusion device. When the infusion device receives the authorization code to be checked input from the outside, the authorization code to be checked can be compared with the target authorization code which is received and stored in advance, if the authorization code to be checked is the same as the target authorization code, the check result is that the check is passed, and if the authorization code to be checked is not the same as the target authorization code, the check result is that the check is not passed.
And step three, when the check result is that the check is passed, updating the infusion parameters according to the advice information to be updated.
Specifically, when the check result is that the check is passed, it may be determined that the order information needs to be updated, and in this case, the order information to be updated, which is received and stored in the infusion device in advance and corresponds to the authorization code to be checked, is called, and the infusion parameters of the infusion device are updated based on the order information to be updated, so as to complete the adjustment of the infusion device.
It should be noted that when the check result is that the check is not passed, the infusion device does not update the infusion parameters, i.e. uses the original infusion parameters.
It should also be noted that the infusion parameters in the infusion device are updated by way of authorization code checking, which facilitates determining whether to update the infusion parameters according to actual conditions, i.e. when the infusion parameters need to be updated, the authorization code to be checked is input again. Updating infusion parameters in the infusion device by way of authorization code checking can also improve reliability of order information change to avoid serious consequences caused by misoperation of the infusion device with wrong change.
Optionally, the infusion device may store a plurality of target authorization codes and the to-be-updated medical advice information corresponding to each target authorization code, and the to-be-updated medical advice information corresponding to which target authorization code is used may be determined by checking the authorization codes to avoid an infusion parameter update conflict.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the target medical advice information is acquired, the target infusion equipment is selected according to the preset mode, and the target medical advice information is sent to the target infusion equipment. Furthermore, by receiving the adjustment request information of the patient and/or the medical staff, acquiring a target object identifier corresponding to the adjustment request information, and infusion parameters and target detection information corresponding to the adjustment request information, and generating order information to be updated corresponding to the target object identifier according to the infusion parameters and the target detection information, and/or by receiving one or more of infusion parameter information, infusion parameter adjustment information and target detection information of the target infusion device corresponding to the target object identifier in a set interval, generating order information to be updated corresponding to the target object identifier according to one or more of the infusion parameter information, the infusion parameter adjustment information and the target detection information, and further, after the order information to be updated is generated, determining the target infusion device corresponding to the target object identifier according to the target object identifier, and sending the order information to be updated to the target infusion device, the problems that the infusion parameters in the infusion device need to be manually configured and are difficult to be timely changed are solved, the effects of infusion control end configuration and infusion parameter change are achieved, and the parameter configuration efficiency of the infusion device is improved.
