The upper end of the transmission sleeve 27 is connected with the lower press disc 24, a first spiral groove 272 extending along the axial direction of the installation shell 22 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the transmission sleeve 27, the first spiral groove 272 is communicated with the inner side of the transmission sleeve 27, and the rotation direction of the first spiral groove 272 extends counterclockwise and upwards along the axial direction of the transmission sleeve 27. The driving ring 26 is slidably sleeved on the driving sleeve 27, and a plurality of driving sliders 261 are arranged on the inner wall of the driving ring 26, wherein the number of the driving sliders 261 is multiple. The driving sliders 261 are fixed to the driving ring 26 at one end and extend inwards through the first spiral grooves 272 and are inserted into the driving grooves 283, each driving slider 261 can pass through the first spiral groove 272 and be inserted into one of the driving grooves 283, so that when the driving slider 261 slides along the first spiral groove 272, the driving ring 26 is driven to slide along the axial direction of the driving sleeve 27 and the medicine feeding tube 28 is driven to rotate, and when the driving slider 261 slides downwards in the first spiral groove 272, the driving ring 26 rotates downwards clockwise. Power spring 25 is mounted on drive sleeve 27 between lower pressure plate 24 and drive ring 26, and has an upper end connected to lower pressure plate 24 and a lower end connected to drive ring 26 for storing power of power spring 25 when drive ring 26 slides upward. The loading assembly 21 is slidably mounted up and down on the mounting housing 22 and is configured to slide the drive ring 26 up the drive sleeve 27 when slid upward to disengage the drive ring 26 when the drive ring 26 is slid upward to a predetermined value, thereby releasing the power spring 25.
When the ear canal medicine feeding device works, the medicine feeding tube 28 is inserted into the ear canal and is inserted into a part needing medicine feeding, the loading assembly 21 slides upwards along the mounting shell 22, and the loading assembly 21 slides upwards and drives the transmission ring 26 to slide upwards. Because lower pressure plate 24 cannot move upward, drive ring 26 compresses power spring 25 during the upward movement and rotation. When the loading assembly 21 lifts the driving ring 26 to the preset position, the power spring 25 is compressed and stored. When the driving ring 26 rises to a preset value, the loading assembly 21 is disengaged from the driving ring 26, and the power spring 25 releases the elastic force. The power storage spring 25 releases the elastic force to push the transmission ring 26 downwards, so that the transmission ring 26 rotates clockwise on the transmission sleeve 27 to slide downwards, and meanwhile, the power storage spring 25 pushes the lower pressure plate 24 upwards, so that the lower pressure plate 24 drives the transmission sleeve 27 to be incapable of sliding downwards. In the process of clockwise rotation of driving ring 26, drive the synchronous rotation of medicine loading pipe 28, and then make medicine 30 ground to be the powder on milling cutter 31, the position of need medicine loading in the ear canal is loaded with medicine.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a feeding spring 23 is disposed in the mounting housing 22, the feeding spring 23 is vertically disposed, the upper end of the feeding spring is connected to the top cover 32 of the mounting housing 22, and the lower end of the feeding spring is connected to the lower pressing plate 24. The feeding spring 23 is initially compressed, so that after the medicine 30 is ground to a certain length, the feeding spring 23 releases the elastic force to slide the lower platen 24 downward, so as to ensure that the grinding blade 31 grinds the medicine 30 next time.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the loading assembly 21 includes an inner sliding ring 212 and an outer sliding ring 211. A plurality of upper chamber grooves 223 are uniformly distributed on the circumferential wall of the mounting cylinder in the circumferential direction, the upper chamber grooves 223 are used for communicating the inside of the mounting shell 22, and the upper chamber grooves 223 are linear grooves and extend along the vertical direction of the mounting shell 22. The outer sliding sleeve 211 can be slidably fitted over the mounting case 22 up and down, and a plurality of fixing rods 214 are fixed to the inner wall thereof, and the fixing rods 214 are horizontally disposed. Each of the fixing rods 214 is slidably installed up and down in one upper bore groove 223. Interior sliding ring 212 level sets up in installation shell 22, and is located the outside of drive ring 26, but through dead lever 214 outer sliding sleeve 211 rigid coupling, is equipped with one-way transmission subassembly between interior sliding ring 212 and the drive ring 26 to when interior sliding ring 212 upwards slides, drive ring 26 and go up the removal, when interior sliding ring 212 drives drive ring 26 rebound to predetermineeing the position, make drive ring 26 and interior sliding ring 212 break away from each other, the top of interior sliding ring 212 displacement drive ring 26 this moment. Specifically, the outer sliding sleeve 211 slides upward to drive the inner sliding ring 212 to slide upward, and drive the transmission ring 26 to move upward. When the medicine 30 needs to be ground again, the unidirectional transmission assembly contracts when the inner sliding ring 212 slides downwards until the outer sliding ring 212 moves outside the transmission ring 26, and then the outer sliding sleeve 211 can slide upwards again.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, the unidirectional transmission assembly includes unidirectional sliding teeth 213 and unidirectional unlocking grooves 262, the number of the unidirectional sliding teeth 213 may be a spiral groove shape for the plurality of unidirectional unlocking grooves 262, and the unidirectional unlocking grooves 262 are disposed on the outer circumferential wall of the transmission ring 26, the unidirectional unlocking grooves 262 extend upwards spirally along the axial direction of the transmission shaft, and extend upwards counterclockwise, and openings are disposed at the upper ends of the unidirectional unlocking grooves 262. Specifically, each of the unidirectional pressing teeth 224 is in the shape of a ring tooth so as to contract inward when the unidirectional pressing teeth are pressed downward, and the spiral slider 242 and the unidirectional pressing teeth 224 cooperate to allow the lower platen 24 to move only downward.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lower pressing plate 24 and the transmission column sleeve are connected through the elastic telescopic rod 241, so that when the transmission sleeve 27 receives the upward thrust of the inner sliding ring 212, the elastic telescopic rod 241 contracts, and then the transmission sleeve 27 drives the medicine feeding tube 28 to move upward, a gap is kept between the medicine 30 and the powder grinding knife 31, so that when the transmission ring 26 drives the medicine feeding tube 28 to rotate upward, the medicine 30 and the powder grinding knife 31 are prevented from being rubbed.
