Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the maintenance mechanism 4 includes a driving member 41, a blocking plate 43, a pulling rod 42, and a seal ring 44; the driving piece 41 is arranged on the outer wall of the oil tank 2, and the output end of the driving piece 41 extends inwards through the oil tank 2; the sealing ring 44 is arranged at the connection point of the driving piece 41 and the oil tank 2; the pulling rod 42 is in output transmission connection with the driving piece 41 and is positioned in the oil tank 2; the plug removing disc 43 is arranged on the pull rod 42 and is positioned in the oil delivery pipe of the oil tank 2; the driving piece 41 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the oil tank 2, the output end of the driving piece 41 extends to the inside of the oil tank 2, oil leakage can be avoided in the moving process of the output end of the driving piece 41 through sealing of the sealing ring 44, the driving piece 41 can be arranged as a driving element such as an oil cylinder, an electric push rod and the like, the pulling rod 42 is located in the oil tank 2 and fixedly connected to the output end of the driving piece 41, the blocking discharging disc 43 is fixedly connected to the pulling rod 42, when the output end of the driving piece 41 drives the pulling rod 42 to move the blocking discharging disc 43, the blocking discharging disc 43 can extend into an oil delivery pipe and block the oil delivery pipe, a large number of through holes are formed in the blocking discharging disc 43, oil is supplied and is freely conveyed, but blocking objects in lubricating oil are accumulated to enable the oil quantity to be reduced, and the blocking discharging disc 43 is pulled out from the oil delivery pipe through the driving piece 42 driven by the output end of the driving piece 41.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the tractor 1 operates, a steel wire rope is respectively hung on a counterweight and a lift car, the counterweight and the lift car are driven to lift by the transmission effect of the tractor 1, lubrication of all parts in the tractor 1 is provided by an oil tank 2, all parts in the tractor 1 are transmitted in real time by an infrared probe 31 of a detection mechanism 3, a thermal imaging mode can be switched to be simultaneously used for observing the thermal imaging outside the tractor 1, if the heat emitted by the tractor 1 is abnormal, a temperature sensor 33 is started, the temperature sensor 33 rewarms, the rewarming result confirms abnormality, a maintenance mechanism 4 can be started for maintenance, a noise sensor 34 detects a decibel value generated by the tractor 1, a specific decibel value higher than the decibel value is detected, the tractor 1 is abnormal, when the oil temperature is too high, the maintenance mechanism 4 is opened, the oil delivery pipe is blocked, normal oil delivery is impossible, the oil temperature in the oil tank 2 is too high, or when the noise is too high, the equipment is not lubricated due to the fact that the lubricating oil is not delivered timely, sharp noise can be generated when the equipment with insufficient lubrication runs, therefore, the pulling rod 42 is driven by the driving piece 41 of the maintenance mechanism 4 to move the blocking discharging disc 43 to be pulled out from the oil delivery pipe, the blocking object blocked on the oil delivery pipe is taken out by the blocking discharging disc 43, normal oil delivery in the oil tank 2 is ensured, but if the abnormal phenomenon still cannot be solved after the maintenance of the maintenance mechanism 4 is completed, the abnormal phenomenon is serious abnormal, and security personnel in the control room are notified to carry out manual maintenance through the signal transmitter 32.

Referring to fig. 5, the limiting block 36 is provided with an adjusting member 38, and the adjusting member 38 is slidably connected with the limiting rail 35 through the limiting block 36, and the infrared probe 31 is in transmission connection with the output end of the adjusting member 38; the adjusting piece 38 is fixedly connected to the limiting block 36, the adjusting piece 38 is divided into height adjustment and horizontal adjustment, and can be set to be combined by two electric push rods or combined by two cylinders, one electric push rod is connected with the output end of the other electric push rod, and the other electric push rod is horizontally arranged and vertically arranged and used for adjusting the detection direction of the infrared probe 31.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: if the detection mechanism 3 such as the infrared probe 31 is only installed at one position, the detected data only has the data of one angle of the traction machine 1, and the comparison effect is too single, so that the limiting block 36 and the limiting rail 35 are arranged, the detection mechanism 3 such as the infrared probe 31 can move along the limiting rail 35 through the pushing piece 37, and when the detection mechanism 3 such as the infrared probe 31 passes through the area or the position to be detected in the moving process, the height, the angle and the like of the detection mechanism 3 such as the infrared probe 31 can be adjusted by the adjusting piece 38, so that the detection mechanism 3 such as the infrared probe 31 can clearly and fully detect the surrounding environment of the traction machine 1, the normal operation of the traction machine 1 is ensured in real time, and if the abnormality occurs, security personnel in a monitoring room are informed in time to perform manual overhaul or maintenance work required after the maintenance failure of the maintenance mechanism 4.

Referring to fig. 2, the difference between this embodiment and embodiments 1 and 2 is that the outer wall of the oil tank 2 is fixedly connected with a pressure sensor 5, the sensing end of the pressure sensor 5 penetrates through the oil tank 2, and is located inside the oil tank 2 for sensing, the top of the oil tank 2 is provided with an oil supplementing barrel 6, the oil supplementing barrel 6 can be detachably connected, if a mounting plate is arranged at the top of the oil tank 2, the oil supplementing barrel 6 is arranged on the mounting plate, the oil supplementing barrel 6 is connected with the oil tank 2 through a connecting pipe 8, an electronic valve 7 is arranged on the connecting pipe 8 for controlling the conveying of lubricating oil in the oil supplementing barrel 6, the electronic valve 7 regulates and controls the conveying of the lubricating oil through an electrical signal sent by the pressure sensor 5, and meanwhile, the conveying is also controlled and stopped through an electrical signal sent by the pressure sensor 5.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the storage capacity of the lubricating oil in the oil tank 2 is insufficient, the normal condition is that the filling is manually performed, but the filling is performed manually only after enough time, the filling cannot be performed frequently, and the oil quantity which cannot be performed timely is not performed, when the filling is performed, the oil level in the oil tank 2 is lower than the standard oil level, the oil pressure can be reduced, the oil quantity is reduced, the tooth surface of the internal gear of the traction machine 1 can be accelerated after the oil quantity is reduced, the service life of the internal gear is shortened and even damaged, the elevator is caused to run out, the safety is reduced, therefore, the emergency oil filling barrel 6 is arranged, the pressure sensor 5 can send an electric signal to the electronic valve 7 when the pressure sensor 5 detects that the oil level is insufficient, the lubricating oil in the oil filling barrel 6 is conveyed into the oil tank 2 for filling through the opening of the electronic valve 7, the oil quantity shortage in a short time to be prolonged, accidents can be avoided, and the running safety of the elevator is ensured.
Example 4
A traction type elevator maintenance method comprising the steps of:
s1, a detection mechanism 3 and a maintenance mechanism 4 are arranged on the surface of a traction machine 1 and are used for detecting the running condition and abnormal maintenance of the traction machine 1 at any time;
s2, setting a timing and periodically starting a detection mechanism 3 to operate, wherein an infrared probe 31 of the detection mechanism 3 can transmit real-time video to a monitoring room, and starting a thermal imaging system of the detection mechanism 3 at a timing to detect heat emitted by the operation of the traction machine 1 at a timing, so that the abnormal phenomenon can be timely detected;
s3, after the infrared probe 31 of the detection mechanism 3 is switched into thermal imaging, detecting whether the temperature of the oil tank 2 of the traction machine 1 is normal or not, and when the temperature is found to be abnormal, sending an electric signal to the temperature sensor 33 on the surface of the oil tank 2, and re-detecting the surface temperature of the oil tank 2 through the temperature sensor 33;
s4, after the temperature sensor 33 at the position of the oil tank 2 receives the electric signal sent by the infrared probe 31, the temperature sensor 33 is started and detects and determines the temperature of the outer wall of the oil tank 2;
s41, retesting the surface temperature of the oil tank 2 without abnormality, sending an electric signal to the infrared probe 31 and the monitoring room, and recovering normal operation;
s42, retesting the abnormal surface temperature of the oil tank 2, sending an electric signal to start the maintenance mechanism 4, wherein the abnormal oil tank 2 is that the oil tank 2 is blocked and cannot normally deliver oil, so that the oil temperature is increased, the driving piece 41 of the maintenance mechanism 4 drives the oil drain pan to take out the blockage in the oil delivery pipe, the oil delivery pipe normally delivers oil to restore the oil temperature, the temperature sensor 33 detects the normal surface temperature of the oil tank 2, and sends the electric signal to the infrared probe 31 and the monitoring room, so that the normal operation is restored;
s5, a noise sensor of the detection mechanism 3 detects noise generated in the operation process of the traction machine 1;
s51, if the noise detection is lower than or equal to the standard decibel, the traction machine 1 operates normally;
s52, after the noise is detected to be higher than the standard decibel for a period of time, an electric signal is sent to start the maintenance mechanism 4, the noise sent by the traction machine 1 is higher than the standard decibel, the oil tank 2 is blocked, the oil cannot be discharged normally, the gear is dried to give out abnormal sound, the driving piece 41 of the maintenance mechanism 4 drives the oil discharge disc to take out the blockage in the oil delivery pipe, the oil delivery pipe returns to normal oil delivery, and the gear of the traction machine 1 is lubricated to give out normal operation sound;
s6, detecting the oil quantity of the oil tank 2 through the pressure sensor 5, wherein when the oil quantity is insufficient, the oil pressure in the oil tank 2 is reduced, so that the oil quantity is reduced, and when the oil in the oil tank 2 cannot be timely replenished manually, the pressure sensor 5 can send out an electric signal to start the electronic valve 7, so that the oil replenishing barrel 6 can carry out emergency oil replenishing on the oil tank 2, and the oil replenishing signal is transmitted to a monitoring room to remind security personnel of the oil replenishing requirement;
and S7, after the detection is finished, the infrared probe 31 and the noise sensor 34 of the detection mechanism 3 are always started, and the thermal imaging of the infrared probe 31 is started periodically.

Claims (8)
1. The traction type elevator maintenance equipment is characterized by comprising a detection mechanism (3) and a maintenance mechanism (4), wherein the detection mechanism (3) is arranged on the outer surface of a traction machine (1); the maintenance mechanism (4) is arranged on the outer wall of the oil tank (2), and the output end of the maintenance mechanism (4) is positioned in the oil tank (2); the detection mechanism (3) comprises an infrared probe (31) and a signal emitter (32); the infrared probe (31) is arranged on the surface of an installation wall body around the traction machine (1), and the output end of the infrared probe (31) is aligned to the positions of the traction machine (1) and the oil tank (2); the signal transmitter (32) is arranged inside the infrared probe (31); the maintenance mechanism (4) comprises a driving piece (41), a blocking removing disc (43), a pulling rod (42) and a sealing ring (44); the driving piece (41) is arranged on the outer wall of the oil tank (2), and the output end of the driving piece (41) extends inwards through the oil tank (2); the sealing ring (44) is arranged at the connection point of the driving piece (41) and the oil tank (2); the pulling rod (42) is in output transmission connection with the driving piece (41) and is positioned in the oil tank (2); the blocking removing disc (43) is arranged on the pulling rod (42) and is positioned in the oil delivery pipe of the oil tank (2).
2. A traction elevator maintenance apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the detection means (3) further comprises a temperature sensor (33); the temperature sensor (33) is arranged on the outer wall of the oil tank (2) of the traction machine (1).
3. The traction elevator maintenance apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the detection mechanism (3) further comprises a noise sensor (34); the noise sensor (34) is arranged on the side of the infrared probe (31).

The traction elevator maintenance apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the detection mechanism (3) further comprises a limit rail (35), a limit block (36) and a pusher shoe (37); the limiting rail (35) is arranged on an installation wall surface around the traction machine (1) and surrounds the traction machine (1), and the limiting block (36) is connected with the limiting rail (35) in a sliding manner; the pushing piece (37) is arranged on the limiting rail (35), and the output end of the pushing piece (37) acts on the limiting block (36); the infrared probe (31) is arranged on the limiting block (36).

The traction type elevator maintenance apparatus according to claim 4, wherein an adjusting member (38) is provided on the limiting block (36), the adjusting member (38) is slidably connected with the limiting rail (35) through the limiting block (36), and the infrared probe (31) is in transmission connection with an output end of the adjusting member (38).
6. The traction type elevator maintenance apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer wall of the oil tank (2) is provided with a pressure sensor (5), and the sensing end of the pressure sensor (5) is located inside the oil tank (2).

The traction type elevator maintenance equipment according to claim 1, wherein an oil supplementing barrel (6) is arranged at the top of the oil tank (2), a connecting pipe (8) for mutual communication is arranged between the oil supplementing barrel (6) and the oil tank (2), and an electronic valve (7) is arranged on the connecting pipe (8).

s1, a detection mechanism (3) and a maintenance mechanism (4) are arranged on the outer surface of a traction machine (1);
s2, transmitting video imaging of the detection mechanism (3) to a monitoring room in real time through a signal transmitter (32), starting the thermal imaging of an infrared probe (31) of the detection mechanism (3) periodically at regular time, and detecting whether the surface temperature of the traction machine (1) is abnormal;
s3, detecting whether the temperature of an oil tank (2) of the traction machine (1) is normal or not when an infrared probe (31) of the detection mechanism (3) is subjected to thermal imaging, and rewarming through a temperature sensor (33) when the temperature is found to be abnormal;
s4, detecting and determining the temperature of the outer wall of the oil tank (2) by a temperature sensor (33) at the position of the oil tank (2), and starting maintenance equipment for maintenance when abnormality occurs;
s41, retesting the surface temperature of the oil tank (2) without abnormality, and recovering normal operation;
s42, retesting the abnormal surface temperature of the oil tank (2), sending out an electric signal to start the maintenance mechanism (4), after the maintenance of the maintenance mechanism (4) is finished, sending out an electric signal to the infrared probe (31) and the monitoring room, and recovering the normal operation;
s5, detecting noise emitted by the running process of the traction machine (1) by a noise sensor of the detection mechanism (3);
s51, if the noise detection is lower than or equal to the standard decibel, the traction machine (1) operates normally;
s52, after the noise is detected to be higher than the standard decibel for a period of time, sending out an electric signal to start the maintenance mechanism (4), and after the maintenance of the maintenance mechanism (4) is finished, recovering the normal decibel by sound generated by the operation of the traction machine (1);
s6, detecting the oil quantity of the oil tank (2) through the pressure sensor (5), and when the oil level in the oil tank (2) is insufficient, manually replacing the oil tank in time, and carrying out emergency oil supplementing through the oil supplementing barrel (6);
s7, after the detection is finished, the detection mechanism (3) is periodically started.
