The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships are changed accordingly.
First, the integrated brake-by-wire system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the integrated brake-by-wire system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body module 10, a BDC module 20, an ATS module 30, an EHC module 40, and an IP module 50.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the main body module 10 is the core of the entire integrated brake-by-wire system, and is configured to recognize the primary and secondary drivers and the all-terrain mode, perform automatic switching of the brake pedal feeling mode, and implement memory. The BDC module 20, i.e., a body control unit, is connected to an input of the body module 10 and is configured to recognize a vehicle key and transmit a last recognized key ID signal to the body module 0. The ATS module 30, i.e., the off-road all-terrain function module, is connected to an input terminal of the main body module 10, and transmits a terrain mode signal to the main body module 10. The EHC module 40, i.e., the center screen, is bi-directionally coupled to the main body module 10 and configured to interact with the driver, who may select the primary and secondary driver and brake pedal feel modes by operating the touch interface 80. The IP module 50, i.e., a meter, is connected to the output end of the body module 10 and configured to display a brake pedal feel mode switching prompt.
Therefore, according to the integrated brake-by-wire system 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of realizing the multi-mode decoupling adjustment of the brake pedal feeling, the brake pedal feeling modes can be automatically switched according to the identification of the primary driver and the secondary driver and the all-terrain mode, so that the driving convenience and the comfort are improved.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, if the driver turns on the vehicle by bluetooth key, the integrated brake-by-wire system further includes a TBOX module 60.TBOX module 60, i.e., a telecommunications module, is connected to an input of BDC module 20 and is configured to issue a bluetooth key authentication signal to BDC module 20. Thus, the main body module 10 determines whether the driver or the passenger uses the vehicle this time by receiving the vehicle key identification signal and the bluetooth authentication signal. It is noted that the vehicle key 70 is used to unlock the vehicle and send a radio frequency signal to the BDC module 20. After the driver unlocks the vehicle, the BDC module 20 recognizes the key ID (representing the primary/secondary driver) by receiving the rf signal of the vehicle key 70 and transmits a vehicle key recognition signal to the main body module 10.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the main body module 10 obtains a driver recognition result signal according to the determination result and sends the driver recognition result signal to the EHC module 40, and the EHC module 40 displays the driver status as the primary driver or the secondary driver according to the driver recognition result signal.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the body module 10 stores brake pedal feel pattern data. Specifically, the main body module 10 selects a corresponding brake pedal feel mode memorized in the main body module 10 according to the driver recognition result signal and the terrain mode signal transmitted from the ATS module 30, automatically switches the brake pedal feel to the corresponding mode, and transmits the brake pedal feel mode state signal to the EHC module 40 and the IP module 50. The EHC module 40 updates the display upon receiving the brake pedal feel mode status signal. The IP module 50 receives the brake pedal feel mode status signal and then gives a text prompt to the driver.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a primary driver soft key 81 and a secondary driver soft key 82 are configured on an interface, i.e., a touch interface 80, of the EHC module 40, and a driver can click the primary driver soft key 81 or the secondary driver soft key 82 through touch to send a driver switching signal to the main body module 10. The main module 10 updates the driver state after receiving the driver switching signal, retrieves the memorized brake pedal feeling mode, and sends an updated brake pedal feeling mode state signal to the EHC module 40. The EHC module 40 updates the display upon receiving the updated brake pedal feel mode status signal. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the primary driver soft key 81 and the secondary driver soft key 82 are arranged side by side on the left side of the interface of the EHC module 40. The specific structure and operation principle of the soft key are not specifically described and limited herein, but are prior art.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the interface of the EHC module 40, that is, the right interface shown in fig. 1, is further configured with a brake pedal feel mode soft key (a comfort mode soft key 83, a standard mode soft key 84, a sport mode soft key 85, and a reset soft key 86 for resetting the brake pedal feel mode from top to bottom), and a driver can click the brake pedal feel mode soft key by touch to send a brake mode request signal to the main body module 10. The main body module 10 updates and memorizes the brake pedal feel mode and sends an updated brake pedal feel mode status signal to the EHC module 40. The EHC module 40 updates the display upon receiving the updated brake pedal feel mode status signal.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the all terrain modes in the ATS module 30 include nine terrain modes of sports, economy, comfort, snow, sand, ride-through, mud, rock, and wading. Specifically, the memory logic of the brake pedal feel mode is shown as 4 and is divided into three main categories: when the terrain mode is any one of movement or rock, the brake pedal feeling mode is a movement mode; when the terrain mode is any one of economy or crossing or muddy land or wading, the brake pedal feeling mode is a standard mode; when the terrain mode is either comfort or snow or sand, the brake pedal feel mode is a comfort mode.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the brake pedal feel patterns of the primary and secondary drivers are consistent in the memory logic of the brake pedal feel patterns for either of the terrain modes. The driver a and the driver B in fig. 4 respectively indicate the primary driver and the secondary driver.
In summary, according to the integrated brake-by-wire system 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of implementing the multi-mode decoupling adjustment of the brake pedal feel, the brake pedal feel modes can be automatically switched according to the identification of the primary and secondary drivers and the all-terrain mode, so as to improve the driving convenience and comfort; meanwhile, the brake pedal feeling mode can be memorized.
The vehicle according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes the integrated brake-by-wire system 100 according to the above-described embodiment, and since the integrated brake-by-wire system 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-described technical effects, the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention also has corresponding technical effects, i.e., has an advantage of improving driving convenience and comfort.
Other structures and operations of the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention will be understood and readily implemented by those skilled in the art, and thus will not be described in detail.
