Abstract

The invention provides an excitation device, which comprises a fixed block, a plurality of excitation coils, two water diversion blocks and a water guide pipe connected between the water diversion blocks and the fixed block, wherein the two water diversion blocks are arranged on two sides of the fixed block, the fixed block comprises a plurality of communication blocks arranged on two sides, a first flow passage connected with the excitation coils, a second flow passage communicated with the water guide pipe and a connecting flow passage connected with the first flow passage and the second flow passage are arranged on the communication blocks, the communication blocks are made of conductive materials, and two ends of the first flow passage are used for connecting the end parts of two different excitation coils. According to the excitation device, the water guide pipe is used for supplying water to the excitation coils, so that the cooling effect can be realized, and the cooling effect is good; the water guide pipe is exposed through the arrangement, so that the maintenance and the replacement are convenient.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an excitation device and an electric vibrating table.
Background
The water-cooling excitation comprises a plurality of layers of coils, adopts a structure of series conduction and parallel circulating water cooling, and the circulating water pipe has the functions of insulation and water supply and is integrally encapsulated by epoxy resin glue. When the exciting coil is electrified and then heated, and when the coil abnormally heats or the heat dissipation function of circulating water is abnormal, the problem that a water pipe is fused can occur. Because the water pipe is also encapsulated in the epoxy resin adhesive, the repair and excitation difficulty of the replacement water pipe is great.
In view of this, there is a need for improvements to existing excitation devices to address the above-described problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an excitation device to solve the problem of high repair difficulty of a water pipe of the existing excitation device.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an excitation device, which comprises a fixed block, a plurality of excitation coils, two water diversion blocks, and a water guide pipe connected between the water diversion blocks and the fixed block, wherein the two water diversion blocks are arranged at two sides of the fixed block, the fixed block comprises a plurality of communication blocks arranged at two sides, a first runner connected with the excitation coils, a second runner communicated with the water guide pipe, and a connecting runner connected with the first runner and the second runner are arranged on the communication blocks, the communication blocks are made of conductive materials, and two ends of the first runner are used for connecting the ends of two different excitation coils.
As a further improvement of the invention, the exciting device further comprises a plastic package for sealing a plurality of exciting coils.
As a further improvement of the invention, the water dividing block comprises a first part connected with the water guide pipe, and a second part used for connecting an external water source or a water pipe for water inlet or water discharge of the water guide pipe, wherein the second part is communicated with the first part.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the water guide pipe, the water diversion block, and the opening of the second flow passage are exposed from the plastic package.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the fixing block includes a support plate provided at a middle portion, and the communicating blocks are provided at both sides of the support plate.
As a further improvement of the invention, at least one holding groove is arranged on the supporting plate to fix at least one exciting coil.
As a further improvement of the invention, the communicating blocks at the two sides of the supporting plate are staggered along the height direction.

As a further improvement of the invention, the excitation device further comprises a lifting screw rod arranged in the plastic package, one end of the lifting screw rod is provided with a threaded hole, and the threaded hole is exposed from the plastic package.
The invention also provides an electric vibrating table which comprises magnetic steel, the exciting device arranged in the magnetic steel and a moving coil framework which is in plug-in fit with the magnetic steel.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: according to the excitation device, the water guide pipe is used for supplying water to the excitation coils, so that the cooling effect can be realized, and the cooling effect is good; the water guide pipe is exposed to the outer side of the plastic package through the arrangement, so that the plastic package is convenient to maintain and replace.

The excitation device 1 comprises a fixed block 11, a plurality of excitation coils 12, two water diversion blocks 13, a water guide pipe 14 connected between the water diversion blocks 13 and the fixed block 11, a plastic package 15 for sealing the excitation coils 12, and a lifting screw 16 arranged in the plastic package 15.
The fixing block 11 includes a support plate 111 provided in the middle, and a plurality of communication blocks 112 provided at both sides of the support plate 111. The communicating blocks 112 are disposed at two sides of the supporting plate 111, and the communicating blocks 112 at two sides of the supporting plate 111 are staggered in the height direction.
The support plate 111 is provided with at least one receiving groove for fixing at least one exciting coil 12.
The communication block 112 is provided with a first flow passage 1121 connected to the exciting coil 12, a second flow passage 1122 connected to the water guide pipe 14, and a connection flow passage 1123 connecting the first flow passage 1121 and the second flow passage 1122.
The communicating block 112 is made of conductive material. Preferably, the copper alloy is prepared from copper with better conductivity.
The first flow passage 1121 is provided at both ends thereof for connecting the ends of two different exciting coils 12. That is, the exciting coils 12 accommodated in the accommodation groove are engaged with the first flow passage 1121 of the communication block 112, and the adjacent exciting coils 12 are electrically connected by welding with the communication block 112.
The communicating blocks 112 on two sides of the supporting plate 111 are arranged at intervals along the height direction, so that a plurality of exciting coils 12 can be connected in series through the communicating blocks 112, and further a plurality of exciting coils are electrically connected, and the ends of two adjacent layers of exciting coils 12 can be welded with the communicating blocks 112 after being inserted into the first flow passage 1121.
The second flow passage 1122 is used for being connected with the water guide pipe 14 to inject water or drain water, the water is communicated with the connecting flow passage 1123 through the second flow passage 1122, and then is communicated with the first flow passage 1121, so that the water can enter the exciting coil 12 through the first flow passage 1121, the effect of cooling the exciting coil 12 is achieved, or the water can be discharged from the exciting coil 12, the effect of discharging cooling water is achieved, and the cooling effect is better.
In this embodiment, the water may be distilled water, which has high damping and does not conduct current, and the current is conducted through the exciting coil 12. Of course, other non-conductive cooling fluids may be selected. Most of the exciting coils 12 are cooled by cooling liquid or distilled water, and the exciting coils 12 accommodated in the accommodating grooves only have the function of conducting electricity and do not need to be cooled.
In this embodiment, the communication block 112 extends along the radial direction of the exciting coil 12, so that the first flow passage 1121 is wrapped in the plastic package 15, and the second flow passage 1122 is disposed outside and the opening is exposed outside the plastic package 15.
Two water diversion blocks 13 are provided on both sides of the fixed block 11 in the circumferential direction of the exciting coil 12.
The water dividing block 13 includes a first portion 131 connected to the water guide pipe 14, and a second portion 132 connected to an external water source or pipe for water intake or drainage of the water guide pipe 14, wherein the second portion 132 communicates with the first portion 131.
Water is fed into or discharged from the second portion 132 and is communicated with the second flow passage 1122 on the communicating block 112 through the first portion 131.
The water guide pipe 14, the water diversion block 13, and the openings of the second flow channels 1122 are exposed from the molding 15.
In this embodiment, threaded portions are disposed at two ends of the water guide pipe 14, and threaded holes 161 are disposed at an opening of the second flow channel 1122 and in the water diversion block 13. In this embodiment, the water guide pipes 14 are all externally arranged, so that the water guide pipes 14 can be installed after the plastic package 15 is packaged, and the disassembly and the maintenance are convenient.
The plastic package 15 is made of epoxy resin.
One end of the lifting screw 16 is provided with a threaded hole 161, and the threaded hole 161 is exposed from the plastic package 15, so that the lifting of the excitation device 1 can be facilitated.
The method for installing the exciting device 1 of the present invention is as follows: inserting the ends of the plurality of exciting coils 12 into the first flow passages 1121 on the communicating block 112, and then welding; the exciting coil 12, the lifting screw 16 and the communication block 112 which is axially inwards are encapsulated by using a plastic encapsulation piece 15; the water guide pipe 14 is connected with the second through hole and the first part 131 of the water dividing block 13, and the second part 132 of the water dividing block 13 is externally connected with a water source.
In the electric vibration table 100 and the exciting device 1 of the present invention, the water guide pipe 14 is supplied with water into the plurality of exciting coils 12, thereby realizing a cooling effect and a good cooling effect; the water guide pipe 14 is exposed outside the plastic package 15, so that maintenance and replacement are facilitated.
