The preparation method of the electronic-grade glass fiber cloth 7767 comprises the following steps: s1: arranging, sizing, winding and warp-knitting the raw yarn to obtain a warp beam; s2: weaving the weaving shafts on a machine after orderly drafting to obtain glass fiber cloth; s3: and performing primary desizing and secondary desizing on the glass fiber cloth to obtain the electronic-grade glass fiber cloth 7767. The electronic-grade glass fiber cloth 7767 has high added value, and can well meet the related requirements of rapidly-developed electronic equipment.

Background
The electronic cloth is a general name of electronic grade glass fiber cloth used in the electronic industry, is an indispensable material for producing copper-clad plates, is also a special basic material for producing printed circuit boards, and has a wide downstream application range, wherein communication electronics, computers, consumer electronics and automotive electronics are four application fields with the highest proportion, the demand proportion respectively reaches 33.0%, 28.6%, 14.8% and 11.2%, and the total demand proportion reaches 87.6%. As a basic material for electronic devices, the characteristics of electronic cloth itself need to be more excellent, otherwise the requirements related to rapidly developing electronic devices cannot be satisfied.
The existing electronic cloth has 33 specifications, wherein the thinnest electronic cloth is called 104 cloth, and the thickness is only 0.028mm; the heaviest cloth is called 7652 cloth which can reach 252g/m 2 . The common electronic cloth in the electronic industry has three specifications, the maximum consumption is 7628 cloth, the thickness is 0.173mm, and the mass per unit area is 204.4g/m 2 (ii) a 2116 cloth with nominal thickness of 0.094mm and mass per unit area of 102g/m 2 (ii) a The less used one is 1080 cloth with nominal thickness of 0.053mm and unit area mass of 46.8g/m 2 。

The invention provides a preparation method of electronic-grade glass fiber cloth 7767, which comprises the following steps:
s1: arranging, sizing, winding and warp knitting are carried out on the raw yarn to obtain a beam;
s2: weaving the weaving shafts on a machine after orderly drafting to obtain glass fiber cloth;
s3: and performing primary desizing and secondary desizing on the glass fiber cloth to obtain electronic-grade glass fiber cloth 7767 (referred to as electronic cloth 7767).
The electronic grade glass fiber cloth 7767 of the present invention is an electronic cloth with the specification of G652X.
In the step S1, G37 raw yarn is adopted as raw yarn; further, the slurry concentration at the time of sizing was 4 to 5%.
In step S2, the warp density is controlled to be 23inch-27inch, the weft density is controlled to be 22inch-26inch, the width is 1125mm-1135mm, and the basis weight of the gray cloth is 260g/m 2 -270g/m 2 。
In the step S3, the temperature of the desizing furnace is controlled to be 390-410 ℃ during primary desizing; the temperature of the desizing furnace is controlled to be 400-420 ℃ during secondary desizing.
The invention also provides an electronic-grade glass fiber cloth 7767 prepared by the above preparation method.
The invention also provides application of the electronic-grade glass fiber cloth 7767 as an electronic-grade glass fiber cloth or a non-woven industrial cloth.
The electronic grade glass fiber cloth varieties with different specifications are developed, not only have the performances of other varieties, but also can meet the requirement of continuous development of the copper-clad plate, and the electronic cloth has high added value, is more energy-saving and more environment-friendly, and can well meet the related requirements of rapidly-developed electronic equipment.

3. Treatment of
