Description

TR (transmitter-receiver) component wave control module based on built-in ID (identity) code
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of phased array radars, and particularly relates to a TR component wave control module based on a built-in ID code.
Background
The TR (Transmitter and Receiver) component is the core of the phased array radar, and is widely applied to active phased array radars, and one active phased array radar front surface contains thousands of TR components. It is estimated that the TR component cost typically exceeds 50% of the total radar cost. The wave control module is an important component of the modern phased array radar TR component.
As shown in fig. 1, the conventional TR module generally includes a receiving circuit, a wave control code processing circuit, and a level converting and driving circuit. The input end of the receiving circuit is connected with a main control chip of the phased array radar wave control machine, and the output end of the receiving circuit is connected with the input end of the wave control code processing circuit; the input end of the level conversion and drive circuit is connected with the output end of the wave control code processing circuit, and the output end of the level conversion and drive circuit is connected with the radio frequency chip of the TR component. The wave control module receives the wave control code sent by the main control chip, analyzes signals for controlling microwave transmission and reception from the wave control code, and is used for driving the radio frequency chip after level conversion and signal amplification.
Currently, the internal and external structures of each TR module are identical. On the one hand, the method is convenient for mass production so as to reduce the cost; on the other hand, the parts are convenient to replace, and the universality is improved.
However, when thousands of TR elements are assembled on a radar front surface and then integrally debugged or actually operated, a failure occurs in an individual TR element, which is externally indicated by an abnormality in a microwave signal transmitted and received by a radar. At this time, the TR components are checked one by one to remove the fault. Because the internal and external structures of each TR component are completely the same and are difficult to distinguish from a far end, the TR components can only be disassembled from a radar front one by one at present, and a function and performance test is carried out independently to determine whether the working state is normal or not so as to find out the TR component with a fault and replace the TR component.
The conventional method for detecting the fault of the TR component of the radar front surface is extremely low in efficiency and cannot meet the requirement of quickly repairing battlefield equipment.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 2, the TR module based on the built-in ID code of the present invention includes a receiving circuit 1, a wave control code processing circuit 2, and a level converting and driving circuit 3.
The input end 21 of the wave control code processing circuit 2 is connected with the output end of the receiving circuit 1, and the output end 22 thereof is connected with the input end of the level conversion and drive circuit 3;
the input end of the receiving circuit 1 is used for being connected with the main control chip 4;
the output end of the level conversion and drive circuit 3 is used for connecting with the radio frequency chip 5.
The receiving circuit 1 is used for communicating with the main control chip 4 and receiving the wave control code sent by the main control chip 4; the signal communication form mainly includes SPI, I2C or UART.
And the wave control code processing circuit 2 is used for reading the wave control code from the receiving circuit 1, analyzing the wave control code and acquiring a processing mode of the radio frequency microwave signal.
The processing mode of the radio frequency microwave signal is divided into a receiving mode and a transmitting mode, and the amplitude and the phase of the microwave signal are processed to a certain extent according to the detection requirement of the whole radar signal.
The level conversion and driving circuit 3 is used for level conversion and signal amplification to drive the radio frequency chip 5.
Usually, the microwave rf chip works in a negative voltage mode, and the wave control code sent by the main control chip is a TTL signal. The signal for driving the microwave rf chip must be in a negative voltage form, so the beam control circuit of the present invention needs to convert the positive voltage TTL signal into a negative voltage driving signal with the same meaning. The module receives TTL signals of the wave control code processing circuit for correspondingly processing microwave signals, converts the TTL signals into negative voltage signals through the level conversion circuit, and further amplifies the converted negative voltage signals into electric signals capable of driving the radio frequency chip.
As an improvement to the prior art, as shown in fig. 2, the TR module with built-in ID code of the present invention further includes:
an ID code storage circuit 6 for storing the ID code of the present wave control module;
the ID code of the wave control module can be realized in a nonvolatile storage structure such as an aluminum fuse array, a polycrystalline fuse array and the like.
An ID code reading circuit 7 for reading an ID code from the ID code storage circuit 6 in accordance with an ID code reading instruction and transferring it to an ID code transmitting circuit 8.
And the ID code sending circuit 8 is used for sending the ID code of the wave control module to the main control chip.
The data input end 72 of the ID code reading circuit 7 is connected with the output end of the ID code storage circuit 6, the data output end 71 of the ID code reading circuit 7 is connected with the input end of the ID code transmitting circuit 8, and the instruction receiving end 73 of the ID code reading circuit 7 is connected with the ID code reading control output end 23 of the wave control code processing circuit 2. The output end of the ID code transmitting circuit 8 is connected to the ID code receiving end 42 of the main control chip 4.
At this time, the wave control code processing circuit 2 reads the wave control code from the receiving circuit 1, analyzes the wave control code, and obtains not only the processing mode of the radio frequency microwave signal but also the ID code reading instruction from the wave control code. So that the ID code reading circuit 7 code-reads an ID from the ID code storage circuit 6 in accordance with the ID code reading instruction, and transfers it to the ID code transmitting circuit 8.
Preferably, the ID code of the wave control module is implemented by an aluminum fuse array.
As shown in fig. 3, the wave control module ID code implemented by the aluminum fuse array includes:
the system comprises a plurality of paths of ID code lines connected in parallel between a power supply VDD and the ground, wherein each path of ID code line is formed by connecting a pull-up resistor Ri and a fuse FSi in series; the other end of the pull-up resistor Ri is connected with a power supply VDD, and the other end of the fuse FSi is grounded; the connection end of the pull-up resistor Ri and the fuse FSi is connected with the ID code output end of the circuit; i is an integer from 1 to n, and n is the code number of the wave control module ID.
When the fuse FSx is not blown, the ID code data is marked as logic low because the resistance value of the resistor Rx (usually set at 100K omega) is far greater than the resistance value of the fuse FS (usually less than 1 omega); when the fuse FS is blown, the resistance of the blown fuse reaches M Ω, which is much larger than the resistance (100K Ω) of the resistor R, so that the ID code data after the fuse is blown is recorded as logic high.
Due to the fact that the number of the TR components is large, in order to improve production efficiency and guarantee quality of finished products, the ID code of the wave control module is achieved by the following ID coding fuse array fusing method.
The ID code of the TR component wave control module based on the built-in ID code generally adopts the following fuse array fusing method. The method comprises the following steps:
(10) Testing parameters before fusing: testing chip parameters, and removing chips with unqualified parameters;
(20) Running a test code to burn a fuse: running test codes, when the digital channel corresponding to the fuse position to be burned is high voltage, a driver is used for driving a relay, the fuse corresponding to the code is switched on, and the fuse is burned;
(30) And (3) testing parameters after fusing: and testing the parameters of the chip after the fuse wire is burned, and if the parameters do not exceed the standard, the product is qualified.
The invention integrates the ID code of the wave control module into the only wave control module which is communicated with the array surface main control chip in the TR component, and can acquire the ID code of the wave control module, namely the ID code of the TR component at any time according to the requirement of the main control chip, thereby being convenient for positioning the TR component on line. And the TR component performance test is combined, so that the online detection of the TR component is convenient to realize, and the fault detection and removal efficiency of the TR component on the radar array surface is greatly improved.
