In this embodiment, the flow rate of each filling opening 212 can be controlled by controlling the valve opening of the pressure regulating valve 221, and when a sudden power failure occurs during the operation of the apparatus, the pressure regulating valve 221 can be kept still, and at this time, the liquid superhydrophobic modified nano material can be normally filled into the filling bottle.

In this embodiment, the tension breaking assembly includes: a plurality of round tables 241; the circular truncated cones 241 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the floating plate 24, and each circular truncated cone 241 is arranged in an inverted manner.
In this embodiment, each circular truncated cone 241 can be inserted into the liquid superhydrophobic modified nano material to prevent the liquid surface from generating liquid tension and to puncture the froth.

In this embodiment, each filling tube 232 replaces a nozzle and a filling valve, and the liquid superhydrophobic modified nanomaterial basically does not remain in each filling tube 232, and is also very convenient to clean each filling tube 232.

In this embodiment, the negative pressure hood 25 isolates the negative pressure region in the inner cavity 211, and simultaneously moves the moving plate 231 to the second position when the liquid superhydrophobic modified nanomaterial in the inner cavity 211 is about to be used up or is used up, so as to recover the residual liquid superhydrophobic modified nanomaterial in the negative pressure region, thereby recycling resources and saving cost.

In conclusion, the bottle cap conveying device can stably convey the filling bottles, and the filling bottles can be accurately butted with the filling device, the bottle cap feeding device, the bottle cap deviation correcting device and the cap screwing device through improving the structure of the bottle body conveying device, meanwhile, the filling device cancels a nozzle and a valve, the risk of pollution of the super-hydrophobic modified nano material can be reduced, the posture of the bottle cap can be adjusted through the arrangement of the bottle cap deviation correcting device, and the bottle cap is accurately screwed into a bottle opening through the cap screwing device.

Claims (7)
1. An intelligent production system of super-hydrophobic modified nano-materials is characterized by comprising:
the bottle body conveying device, the filling device, the bottle cap feeding device, the bottle cap deviation correcting device and the cap screwing device are arranged on the bottle body conveying device; wherein
The filling device, the bottle cap feeding device and the cap screwing device are positioned above the bottle body conveying device and are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the bottle body conveying device;
the bottle cap deviation correcting device is movably arranged on the cap screwing device;
the filling device fills the liquid super-hydrophobic modified nano material into the filling bottles conveyed by the bottle body conveying device;
the bottle cap feeding device sleeves the bottle cap on the bottle mouth of the filling bottle conveyed on the bottle body conveying device; and
the bottle cap deviation rectifying device levels the bottle cap sleeved at the bottle mouth of the filling bottle so that the cap screwing device screws the bottle cap into the bottle mouth of the filling bottle;
the spiral cover device includes: the cover rotating device comprises a cover rotating motor, a gear set, a first cover rotating connecting rod, a first cover rotating disc, a second cover rotating connecting rod and a second cover rotating disc;
the output shaft of the cap screwing motor is connected with a driving wheel of a gear set, two driven wheels of the gear set are respectively connected with a first cap screwing connecting rod and a second cap screwing connecting rod, and the first cap screwing disc and the second cap screwing disc are respectively arranged at the end part of the first cap screwing connecting rod and the end part of the second cap screwing connecting rod;
the cap screwing motor drives a driving wheel of the gear set to rotate so as to drive two driven wheels of the gear set to rotate, and further drive a first cap screwing disc on the first cap screwing connecting rod and a second cap screwing disc on the second cap screwing connecting rod to rotate;
the bottle cap passing through the space between the first cap screwing disc and the second cap screwing disc is screwed into the bottle mouth of the filling bottle;
bottle lid deviation correcting device includes: the device comprises a first deviation correcting disc and a second deviation correcting disc;
the first deviation correcting disc and the second deviation correcting disc are respectively positioned at the tops of the first rotary cover disc and the second rotary cover disc;
the bottom of the first deviation rectifying disc and the bottom of the second deviation rectifying disc contact the top of the bottle cap between the first cap screwing disc and the second cap screwing disc so as to level the bottle cap sleeved at the bottle mouth of the filling bottle;
the filling device includes: the device comprises a bin body, a pressure adjusting mechanism and a movable filling mechanism;
an inner cavity is formed in the bin body, and the pressure adjusting mechanism is communicated with the inner cavity;
the bottom of the bin body is provided with a plurality of filling ports communicated with the inner cavity, and the movable filling mechanism is movably arranged at the bottom of the bin body;
opening each fill port by the mobile filling mechanism when the mobile filling mechanism is moved to a first position;
when the pressure regulating mechanism guides air to be injected into the inner cavity, the liquid super-hydrophobic modified nano material in the inner cavity is injected into the movable filling mechanism through each filling opening, so that the movable filling mechanism fills the liquid super-hydrophobic modified nano material into corresponding filling bottles; and
when the pressure adjusting mechanism cuts off air injection into the inner cavity, the filling openings are blocked by external air pressure;
a first through hole is formed in the top of the bin body and communicated with the inner cavity;
the pressure adjustment mechanism includes: a pressure regulating valve;
the pressure regulating valve is connected with the first through hole;
when the pressure regulating valve is opened, the inner cavity is unsealed through the first through hole;
the liquid super-hydrophobic modified nano material in the inner cavity is injected into the movable filling mechanism through each filling opening, and the pressure regulating valve controls the flow of each filling opening by controlling the opening degree of the valve;
when the pressure regulating valve is closed, the inner cavity is in a sealed state;
a floating plate is arranged in the inner cavity and floats on the liquid surface of the liquid super-hydrophobic modified nano material in the inner cavity;
and a negative pressure is formed in the sealed cavity above the floating plate in the inner cavity, and the filling openings are blocked by external air pressure.
2. The intelligent production system of superhydrophobic modified nanomaterial of claim 1,
the bottle body conveying device comprises: a conveying belt and a limiting mechanism;
the limiting mechanisms are movably arranged on two sides of the conveying belt to limit the filling bottles conveyed on the conveying belt.
3. The intelligent production system of superhydrophobic modified nanomaterial of claim 2,
the stop gear includes: two limiting rods;
the two limiting rods are respectively and movably arranged on two sides of the conveying belt;
and the distance between the two limiting rods is matched with the width of the filling bottle.
4. The intelligent production system of superhydrophobic modified nanomaterial of claim 1,
the bottle lid loading attachment includes: vibrating the feeding disc and the feeding plate;
one end of the feeding plate is connected with the vibrating feeding disc, and the other end of the feeding plate is positioned above the bottle body conveying device;
the vibrating feeding disc feeds bottle caps into the feeding plate one by one so as to advance towards the bottle openings of the filling bottles conveyed on the bottle body conveying device along the feeding plate;
the bottle caps on the feeding plate fall to the bottle body conveying device one by one so that the corresponding bottle caps are sleeved on the bottle openings of the filling bottles.

the first spiral cover connecting rod is provided with a first upper rod part, a first coupler and a first lower rod part;
the second spiral cover connecting rod is provided with a second upper rod part, a second coupler and a second lower rod part;
the first upper rod part is connected with the first lower rod part through a first coupler;
the second upper rod part is connected with the second lower rod part through a second coupler;
the first cover screwing disc is movably arranged on the first lower rod part through a corresponding sleeve, and moves along the first lower rod part to adjust the height;
the second cover screwing disc is movably arranged on the second lower rod part through a corresponding sleeve, and moves along the second lower rod part to adjust the height.
6. The intelligent production system of superhydrophobic modified nanomaterial of claim 5,
the first lower rod part and the second lower rod part are movably arranged on the adjusting rod through a first sliding block and a second sliding block respectively so as to adjust the distance between the first spiral cover plate and the second spiral cover plate.
7. A method for preparing the intelligent production system of the superhydrophobic modified nano-material according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
filling the liquid super-hydrophobic modified nano material into a filling bottle conveyed by the bottle body conveying device through a filling device;
sleeving the bottle cap on the bottle mouth of the filling bottle conveyed on the bottle body conveying device through the bottle cap feeding device;
the bottle cap sleeved at the bottleneck of the filling bottle is leveled through the bottle cap deviation rectifying device, so that the cap screwing device can screw the bottle cap into the bottleneck of the filling bottle.
