Working principle: powder is put into the powder bin 5 and covered with the sealing cover 6 to prevent the powder from escaping from the top of the powder bin 5. The vibration baffle plate 7 is started and the powder is vibrated down in the discharging hopper 8. The air compressor 3 is started, high-pressure air enters the discharging hopper 8 along the air inlet pipe 4, then the powder is wrapped and clamped, passes through the discharging pipe 9, and finally is sprayed out at the position of the spraying opening 10. The diffusion area of the sprayed powder is slightly smaller than the whole plane of the die and finally falls back into the brick-shaped pit 13 under the constraint of air pressure, so that the indoor pollution caused by the powder is avoided.
The spraying time is connected with the running time of the brick making machine. The brick making machine is divided into feeding, vibration feeding, pressing, vibration compacting, demoulding and the like. The system of the center console 1 controls the first spraying to be performed before the brick making machine is fed and when no material exists in the brick type pit 13, so that the material is prevented from being adhered to the inner wall of the brick type pit 13; the second spraying is to spray powder onto the surface of the material after vibration feeding and before pressing of the brick making machine, so as to prevent the material from adhering to the brick making machine pressing head 12 on the brick making machine pressing plate 11. Each time the material is sprayed, the air compressor 3 is intermittently started for three times, and meanwhile, the vibration baffle plate 7 is also used for discharging three times, so that the powder can be ensured to uniformly cover the brick-type pit 13 or the surface of the material.
In the embodiment, the materials of the powder bin 5, the air inlet pipe 4, the discharging pipe 9, the material spraying port 10 and the sealing cover 6 are all common carbon steel materials; the diameter of the powder bin 5 is 500mm, the height is 1000mm, the diameter of the air inlet pipe 4 is DN20mm, the diameter of the discharging pipe 9 is DN35mm, the length of the fan-shaped tail end of the spraying port 10 is 200mm, and the height is 20mm. The air outlet of the air compressor 3 is connected with the air inlet pipe 4 by adopting a pressure-resistant rubber hose material, and the vibration baffle plate 7 is made of a high-strength steel plate material and a soft connecting spring. Through the device, powder and metal in the powder bin 5 are scoured and wear-resisting, and the loss is little, and on-the-spot noise is little, and the time is short, and no dust is escaped, and on-the-spot operation environment is good, and the manual work is only responsible for carrying out start-up, shut down or sudden trouble inspection.
