step S103, determining the qualification of the panel of the display according to all the comparison results.
In the method for detecting the display panel, firstly, under the condition that the panel of the display to be detected is in a bright screen state, a gray image of a display picture of the display to be detected and a plurality of standard templates are obtained, wherein the gray image comprises a plurality of areas to be detected, the areas to be detected correspond to the standard templates one by one, and the standard templates are gray images of areas with the same coordinates as the corresponding areas to be detected in the display picture of the qualified display when the panel of the qualified display is in the bright screen state; then, carrying out similarity comparison on the to-be-detected area and the corresponding standard template to obtain a plurality of comparison results, wherein the comparison results correspond to the to-be-detected area one by one; finally, the qualification of the panel of the display is determined according to all the comparison results. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a gray image of a panel of a display to be detected, reducing the data amount required to be processed in the image, comparing similarity of a standard template and a corresponding region to be detected to obtain a plurality of comparison results, namely performing similarity analysis on the region to be detected of the panel of the display to be detected and a region, which is in the same coordinate with the corresponding region to be detected, of a panel of a qualified display to obtain the similarity of the two regions, determining whether the region to be detected has a display defect according to the similarity of the two regions, determining whether the panel of the display is qualified according to all the comparison results, namely determining whether the panel of the display to be detected is qualified according to the detection results of the display defects of all the regions to be detected, and solving the problem that the accuracy of manually detecting the defects of the panel of the display in the prior art is low.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
In an optional embodiment of the application, in a case that a protection film is attached to a panel of the display to be detected, before similarity comparison is performed between the area to be detected and the corresponding standard template to obtain a plurality of comparison results, the method further includes: and determining that the protective film meets the requirement of the attaching standard. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the quality inspection of the panel of the display to be inspected includes two steps of appearance defect inspection and display defect inspection, the appearance defect inspection is to inspect whether the protective film of the panel of the display to be inspected meets the requirement of the attachment standard, the display defect inspection is performed after it is determined that the protective film of the panel of the display to be inspected meets the requirement of the attachment standard, and when it is determined that the protective film of the panel of the display to be inspected does not meet the requirement of the attachment standard, that is, it is determined that the protective film of the panel of the display to be inspected is partially attached, it is directly determined that the panel of the display to be inspected is unqualified, and it is determined that the display to be inspected is an unqualified piece.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the protection film includes a plurality of first edge lines, the panel of the display to be detected includes a plurality of second edge lines, the first edge lines and the second edge lines correspond to each other one by one, and determining that the protection film meets the requirement of the adhesion standard includes: acquiring the minimum distance between each first sideline and the corresponding second sideline, and acquiring the included angle between each first sideline and the corresponding second sideline; judging whether the minimum distance between each first sideline and the corresponding second sideline is within a preset distance threshold range or not, and judging whether the included angle between each first sideline and the corresponding second sideline is within a preset angle threshold range or not; and determining that the protective film meets the requirement of the laminating standard under the condition that the minimum distance between all the first sidelines and the corresponding second sidelines is within the preset distance threshold range and the included angles between all the first sidelines and the corresponding second sidelines are within the preset angle threshold range.
