The process management method for the heterogeneous integrated micro-system process library development platform provided by the embodiment of the invention can strengthen the full-flow standardized management of the research and development work of the heterogeneous integrated micro-system process library development platform, shorten the development period, reduce the development cost, improve the development quality and improve the development efficiency.
Based on the foregoing text, an embodiment of the present invention provides a process management method for a heterogeneous integrated microsystem process library development platform, and an embodiment of the present invention further provides a process management apparatus for a heterogeneous integrated microsystem process library development platform, as shown in fig. 2, including:
the first management module 100 is used for PDK development process management, and the PDK development process management is used for establishing an information tracing mechanism for different simulation links in simulation work to ensure data consistency and traceability;
the second management module 200 is used for data management of a PDK development process, and the PDK development process data management is used for providing a basic service function for data generated in the multi-physics collaborative modeling PDK development process of the micro system;
and the third management module 300 is used for PDK development comprehensive analysis and visualization management, and the PDK development comprehensive analysis and visualization management is used for performing structural processing, summarizing and visualization report generation on model information in a scheme during design scheme comprehensive evaluation.
Wherein the PDK development flow management may include: PDK development work request management and PDK development flow task management.
Wherein the PDK development process data management may include: data storage, data navigation, data retrieval, data lifecycle management, PDK development data locking, data tracking and pedigree, resource classification management, changes and notifications.
Wherein the PDK development comprehensive analysis and visualization management may include: model information structuring, model visualization, report management, scheme management, index management, discussion management and conversion service management.
It should be noted that the process management device of the heterogeneous integrated micro system process library development platform is a device corresponding to the process management method of the heterogeneous integrated micro system process library development platform in the foregoing embodiment, and all implementation means in the above method embodiments are applicable to the embodiment of the process management device of the heterogeneous integrated micro system process library development platform, and can achieve the same technical effect.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a process management apparatus for a heterogeneous integrated microsystem process library development platform, including: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor when executing the computer program implementing the steps of the process management method of the heterogeneous integrated microsystem process library development platform as described above.

Claims (9)

1. A process management method for a heterogeneous integrated microsystem process library development platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
PDK development process management is used for establishing an information tracing mechanism aiming at different simulation links in simulation work and ensuring the consistency and traceability of data;
the PDK development process data management is used for providing a basic service function for data generated in the multi-physics collaborative modeling PDK development process of the micro system;
and the PDK develops comprehensive analysis and visual management, and is used for performing structural processing, summarizing and visual report generation on model information in the scheme during comprehensive evaluation of the design scheme.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the PDK development flow management comprises: PDK development work request management and PDK development flow task management.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the PDK development process data management comprises: data storage, data navigation, data retrieval, data lifecycle management, PDK development data locking, data tracking and pedigree, resource classification management, changes and notifications.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the PDK development integrated analysis and visualization management comprises: model information structuring, model visualization, report management, scheme management, index management, discussion management and conversion service management.
5. A process management device of a heterogeneous integrated microsystem process library development platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the PDK development process management is used for establishing an information tracing mechanism aiming at different simulation links in simulation work to ensure the consistency and traceability of data;
the second management module is used for managing data in the PDK development process, and the PDK development process data management is used for providing a basic service function for data generated in the multi-physics collaborative modeling PDK development process of the micro system;
and the PDK development comprehensive analysis and visual management is used for carrying out structural processing, summarizing and visual report generation on model information in the scheme during design scheme comprehensive evaluation.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the PDK development flow management comprises: PDK development work request management and PDK development flow task management.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the PDK development process data management comprises: data storage, data navigation, data retrieval, data lifecycle management, PDK development data locking, data tracking and pedigree, resource classification management, changes and notifications.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the PDK development integrated analysis and visualization management comprises: model information structuring, model visualization, report management, scheme management, index management, discussion management and conversion service management.

A process management device of a heterogeneous integrated microsystem process library development platform is characterized by comprising the following steps: memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the process management method of the heterogeneous integrated microsystem process library development platform as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
