This device can be supporting the centrifuge tube rack 20 of different specifications, also can be supporting the perforating device 40 of different specifications, can satisfy the sample requirement of the different centrifuging tubes of different experiments, still can support the perforating device 40 of different quantity, further improves sample efficiency.

the fixing frame is arranged above the base and the centrifuge tube rack, and fixing holes are formed in the fixing frame;
the punching device is erected on the fixing frame and penetrates through the fixing hole; perforating device includes spacing section of thick bamboo, connecting pipe, stopper, punching knife, presses the depression bar and presses the pressure piece, the connecting pipe is hollow structure, the connecting pipe runs through the fixed orifices, and connecting pipe one end with spacing section of thick bamboo links to each other, the other end with the stopper links to each other, be equipped with the via hole on the stopper, the via hole is located the fixed orifices top, spacing bobbin base portion opening, top are equipped with the perforation, press the depression bar to locate in the connecting pipe, and run through the via hole of stopper reaches the perforation of spacing section of thick bamboo, press down lever one end with punching knife links to each other, the other end with press the piece and link to each other, punching knife locates in the spacing section of thick bamboo, still the cover is equipped with the spring according to the depression bar periphery, the spring is located punch the piece with between the stopper, perhaps locate the sword with between the spacing section of thick bamboo.

8. A plant tissue sampling device according to claim 7 wherein a plurality of said U-shaped standing grooves and said centrifuge tube rack are also provided.
9. The plant tissue sampling device according to claim 1, wherein an elastic washer is provided inside the centrifugal tube placing hole.
10. The plant tissue sampling device of claim 1 wherein a positioning line is drawn on the centrifuge tube rack.
