Further, a thread fixing member 1427 is disposed in the main body housing 11, the third transmission member 1423 is in threaded connection with the thread fixing member 1427, and when the third transmission member 1423 rotates, it can make a telescopic motion relative to the thread fixing member 1427 under the matching of threads.
Further, the second driving member 143 is a rubber member.
The first driving member 141 is an adjusting wheel made of plastic material, and partially extends out of the main body housing 11 for user adjustment.
