Specifically, a part of the adjusting mechanism 200 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 110, and another part of the adjusting mechanism 200 extends out of the accommodating chamber 110. The fixed component 300 in the adjusting mechanism 200 is fixedly connected with the fixing belt, and the moving component 400 in the adjusting mechanism 200 is fixedly connected with the housing 100, that is, the housing 100 is connected with the fixing belt through the adjusting mechanism 200, and the housing 100 can move relative to the fixing belt under the adjustment of the adjusting mechanism 200; therefore, the mask attached to the outer wall of the rear shell of the housing 100 moves along with the movement of the housing 100, that is, the mask can move under the adjustment of the adjustment mechanism 200, so as to adjust the distance between the mask and the human face. More specifically, one of the fixed member 300 and the movable member 400 is provided with a rack 411, and the other is provided with a resilient latch 500, wherein the resilient latch 500 is engaged with the rack 411 and relatively moves. So, under the effect of elasticity latch 500 and rack 411, drive and remove subassembly 400 and fixed subassembly 300 relative movement to drive shell 100 and remove for the fixed band, and then realize the regulation of the distance between face guard and the people's face. Simultaneously, the cooperation of elasticity latch 500 and rack 411 can realize accurate relative displacement between the two to improve the accurate nature of relative movement between removal subassembly 400 and the fixed subassembly 300, improve the accurate nature of shell 100 relative fixed removal, and then realize the accurate regulation of the distance between face guard and the people's face. In addition, the adjustment precision of the distance between the face mask and the human face can be adjusted by adjusting the tooth-shaped distance between the elastic latch 500 and the rack 411.
According to one technical scheme of the invention, the shell 100, the face mask, the fixing belt and the adjusting mechanism 200 are arranged in the head-mounted display device, the face mask is attached to the outer wall of the shell 100, the fixing component 300 in the adjusting mechanism 200 is fixedly connected with the fixing belt, the moving component 400 in the adjusting mechanism 200 is fixedly connected with the shell 100, meanwhile, one of the fixing component 300 and the moving component 400 is provided with the rack 411, the other of the fixing component 300 and the moving component 400 is provided with the elastic latch 500, and the elastic latch 500 is matched with the rack 411 and can move relatively, so that the moving component 400 and the fixing component 300 are driven to move relatively, the shell 100 is driven to move relative to the fixing belt, and the adjustment of the distance between the face mask and a human face is realized. Compared with the mode that the distance between the mask of the head-mounted display device and the human face is adjusted by adopting detachable parts in the prior art, on one hand, the adjustment operability of the distance between the mask and the human face is stronger and the adjustment operation is more convenient through the matching of the elastic latch 500 and the rack 411; on the other hand, the setting of elasticity latch 500 and rack 411 can realize the accurate regulation of the distance between face guard and the people's face, has improved the regulation precision of the distance between face guard and the people's face to different users to the different demands of distance have been satisfied, thereby have improved the application range of wearing display device, have also improved the use travelling comfort of wearing display device. On the other hand, when the distance between the face mask and the face of a person is adjusted to a proper position, the elastic latch 500 is meshed with the rack 411, so that the rack 411 and the elastic latch 500 can be locked relatively, and the distance between the face mask and the face of the person can be fixed. On the other hand, when the elastic latch 500 and the rack 411 move relatively, the movement sound and the click feeling are generated, the mechanical property is stronger, the prompt is provided for the adjustment of the distance, and the comfort of the adjustment operation is improved. On the last hand, the adjustment precision of the distance between the mask and the face can be adjusted by adjusting the tooth-shaped distance between the elastic latch 500 and the rack 411, so that the requirements of different adjustment precisions can be met.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, further, the elastic latch 500 includes a fixing portion 510 and an engaging portion 520 connected to each other, the fixing assembly 300 includes the fixing plate 310, the elastic latch 500 is mounted on the fixing plate 310 through the fixing portion 510, the moving assembly 400 includes the moving plate 410, a rack 411 is disposed on the moving plate 410, the engaging portion 520 is engaged with the rack 411, and the rack 411 and the engaging portion 520 can move relatively under a force applied thereto, so that the moving plate 410 moves relative to the fixing plate 310.
Specifically, for convenience of description, the moving direction of the moving plate 410 is taken as a longitudinal direction, the thickness direction of the moving plate 410 is taken as a height direction, and the width direction of the moving plate 410 is taken as a width direction. In the aspect of the present invention shown in the drawings, the sectional shape of the elastic latch 500 is similar to a "W" shape, and the elastic latch 500 includes a fixing portion 510 and an engaging portion 520. Along the length direction of the elastic latch 500, both ends of the elastic latch 500 are the fixing portions 510, that is, both ends of the elastic latch 500 are mounted on the fixing plate 310. Thus, the connection stability between the elastic latch 500 and the fixing plate 310 is facilitated, and the movement stability of the elastic latch 500 and the rack 411 during relative movement is also improved. Of course, the fixing portion 510 may be provided only at one end of the elastic latch 500. The engaging portion 520 is disposed at a middle portion of the elastic latch 500 along a length direction thereof, and the engaging portion 520 is bent up and down along a height direction. In the scheme shown in the figure of the invention, the meshing part 520 is provided with two meshing positions, so that the meshing stability between the meshing part 520 and the rack 411 is improved, and compared with the arrangement of a single meshing position, the meshing disengagement or meshing failure caused by the fact that the meshing part 520 and the rack 411 are not in place in the relative movement process or when the relative movement is suspended is avoided, further the relative displacement failure between the moving plate 410 and the fixed plate 310 is avoided, and further the failure of the precision adjustment of the distance between the face mask and the face is avoided. Of course, the engaging portion 520 may be provided with two or more engaging positions, and the two engaging positions are preferably provided in consideration of the stability of the engagement between the elastic latch 500 and the rack 411 and the smoothness of the relative movement.
When the distance between the face mask and the face of a person is adjusted, the shell 100 is pulled, and the shell 100 drives the moving plate 410 fixedly connected with the shell to move, so that the rack 411 on the moving plate 410 moves relative to the elastic latch 500 on the fixed plate 310, and the moving of the moving plate 410 and the fixed plate 310 is realized, so that the moving of the shell 100 relative to the fixed belt is realized, and the distance between the face mask and the face of the person is adjusted. When the mask is adjusted to a proper position, the rack 411 and the elastic latch 500 can be locked relatively by meshing the rack 411 and the elastic latch 500, so that the distance between the mask and the face can be fixed.
Of course, the rack 411 may be disposed on the fixed plate 310, and the elastic latch 500 may be mounted on the moving plate 410, so that the fixed plate 310 and the moving plate 410 may move relative to each other by the cooperation of the rack 411 and the elastic latch 500.
With reference to fig. 5, the elastic latch 500 is detachably connected to the fixing plate 310. Specifically, the fixing portion 510 of the resilient latch 500 may be provided with fixing holes, and the fixing plate 310 is also provided with fixing holes, and bolts pass through the fixing portion 510 and the fixing holes of the fixing plate 310, thereby mounting the resilient latch 500 on the fixing plate 310. Alternatively, the elastic latch 500 and the fixing plate 310 may be fixed by a snap-fit method or the like. The detachable connection of the elastic latch 500 and the fixing plate 310 facilitates the replacement of the elastic latch 500 when a fault occurs.
With reference to fig. 3 and fig. 5, further, the elastic latch 500 is installed at an end of the fixing plate 310 away from the fixing strap. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic latch 500 is installed on the fixed plate 310, and the moving plate 410 is provided with a rack 411 along its length direction, so that the rack 411 has the longest length range. The elastic latch 500 is installed at an end of the fixed plate 310 away from the fixed band, so that when the distance between the mask and the human face is located at the closest distance, the elastic latch 500 is engaged with the rack 411 at an end of the moving plate 410 away from the fixed band. When the distance between the face mask and the human face is farthest, the elastic latch 500 is meshed with the rack 411 at one end of the moving plate 410 close to the fixing belt. Like this, the adjustment range of the distance between face guard and the people's face is the whole length scope of rack 411, compares in locating fixed plate 310 along its length direction's one end with elasticity latch 500 for the distance adjustment range between face guard and the people's face is the biggest, thereby has improved wear display device's application scope.
