技术领域
本发明涉及发光照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物及其生产方法。
背景技术
传统的编织绳是不能发光的一般只能加化学成分的夜光粉剂或者反光材料在光线很暗的地方使用,而有些编织带产品中嵌入了LED灯丝用来在光线很暗的地方使用,这种产品最大的问题是织带本身需要通电中间有LED灯芯片在使用中很容易拉扯造成灯的部分损坏从而失去使用效果。
光导纤维是由两层折射率不同的玻璃组成。内层为光内芯,直径在几微米至几十微米,外层的直径0.1~0.2mm。一般内芯玻璃的折射率比外层玻璃大1%。根据光的折射和全反射原理,当光线射到内芯和外层界面的角度大于产生全反射的临界角时,光线透不过界面,全部反射。现将光纤应用到绳带织物制备发光绳体等方向,仍有一定的发展空间。
结合上述问题,现需要一种会发光且能够自由弯曲不会影响发光效果的绳带织物及其生产方法,能够解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物及其生产方法,通过对现有绳带织物进行技术改造,解决了现缺乏能够自由弯曲且通体发光效果好的绳带织物的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明具体采用如下技术方案:
一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物,包括导光丝线、外部套管和编织绳,所述导光丝线和编织绳相互缠绕为一体,且所述导光丝线与编织绳外部还套设有外部套管,外部设置有LED光源模块,所述LED光源模块发光端与导光丝线相对设置。
优选的,所述导光丝线有三根,编织绳有四根,且所述导光丝线与编织绳通过螺旋状结构相互缠绕设置。
优选的,所述外部套管为柔性透明的pvc或硅胶、TPE材质,且所述外部套管外部设置有耐磨层。
优选的,所述耐磨层为透明橡胶。
优选的,所述编织绳由高强纤维丝和反光丝交叉编织而成,所述高强度纤维丝包括一种颜色或多种不同色彩的染色纤维丝螺旋缠绕编织而成。
优选的,所述外部套管内腔还设置有若干抗拉线,所述抗拉线为高强度PE丝线或钢丝。

S1,制备导光丝线,通过高纯度高透光性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚苯乙烯抽丝制得的纤维,外层包被含氟聚合物或有机硅聚合物制备高分子光导纤维;
S2,制备编织绳,通过绞线机绞合高强纤维丝和反光丝交叉编织,编织后高强纤维丝和反光丝通过涂刷热固粘胶粘接固定,制备编织绳备用;
S3,绞合线材,将若干导光丝线与编织绳相互间隔排列紧密排成一束,上绞线机绞合,制成螺旋状缠绕线;
S4,外被胶皮,在螺旋状缠绕线外表面通过挤塑机,挤塑pvc弹性体材料形成胶皮保护层,制得外部套管;
S5,透光检测,通过LED光源对准导光丝线,检测绳带织物后端部分是否发光;
S6,裁剪,包装,对合格透光产品按照设计尺寸进行裁剪,包装出厂。
优选的,在步骤S3绞合线材中,还混合设置有若干高强度PE丝线或钢丝的抗拉线,排列成一束后上绞线机绞合。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明做出来的流光编织绳,本身是不含LED灯丝的,它是通过外端发光射灯射入导光丝中从而达到光传输的效果的,这种设计产品安全造价成本低便于应用组合到多种日常用品中去,在一些光线很暗的空间,比如夜晚的户外等地方,通过这种流光绳加工的产品可以提醒远处的车辆及行人从而起到安全规避的作用。
2)本发明采用光纤作为导光丝线,通过高亮LED光源发光,光纤的特性得到充分的应用,利用光纤导光发光的特性,可以做成各种色彩的荧光光纤,作各种视觉艺术的展示,可以广泛应用于服饰,箱包,玩具,电子产品,宠物用品,体育器材,家居产品,装饰材料,且本发明在编织绳内掺杂有反光丝线,光照亮度更加显著,使用效果更好。
3)本发明线材在黑暗的环境或者夜晚,通过超亮LED光纤发光,达到光照效果,同时透明光纤缠绕编织绳的设计时尚无论白天还是晚上,打开和关闭发光功能时都能够作为绳体使用,且设计具有美感,使用方便。
4)本发明应用广泛,可以应用于服饰,箱包,玩具,电子产品,宠物用品,体育器材,家居产品,装饰材料。
5)本发明采用高分子光导纤维制作导光丝线的特点是能制大尺寸,大数值孔径的光导纤维,光源耦合效率高,挠曲性好,微弯曲不影响导光能力,配列、粘接容易,便于使用,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例来详细说明本发明的具体内容。
如图1-4所示,本实施例提供了一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物及其生产方法,包括导光丝线1、外部套管2和编织绳3,所述导光丝线1和编织绳3相互缠绕为一体,且所述导光丝线1与编织绳3外部还套设有外部套管2,外部设置有LED光源模块5,所述LED光源模块5发光端与导光丝线1相对设置。
进一步地,为了获得更好的光照效果,所述导光丝线1有三根,编织绳3有四根,且所述导光丝线1与编织绳3通过螺旋状结构相互缠绕设置。
进一步地,所述外部套管2为柔性透明pvc材质,且所述外部套管2外部设置有耐磨层。
进一步地,所述耐磨层为透明橡胶。耐磨层的设置能够大大提高线材的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述编织绳3由高强纤维丝和反光丝交叉编织而成,所述高强度纤维丝包括一种颜色或多种不同色彩的染色纤维丝螺旋缠绕编织而成。不同色彩编织绳3丰富绳体的造型外观,更加美观。
进一步地,为了提高线材的抗拉性能,所述外部套管2内腔还设置有若干抗拉线4,所述抗拉线4为高强度PE丝线或钢丝。
进一步地,所述导光丝线1为高分子光导纤维,所述高分子光导纤维包括芯材和包皮鞘材。所述导光光纤的断面形状呈圆形。
进一步地,所述芯材为高纯度高透光性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚苯乙烯纤维,所述包皮鞘材为含氟聚合物或有机硅聚合物。
一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,制备导光丝线1,通过高纯度高透光性的聚苯乙烯抽丝制得的纤维,外层包被有机硅聚合物制备高分子光导纤维;
S2,制备编织绳3,通过绞线机绞合高强纤维丝和反光丝交叉编织,编织后高强纤维丝和反光丝通过涂刷热固粘胶粘接固定,制备编织绳3备用;
S3,绞合线材,将三根导光丝线1与四根编织绳3相互间隔排列紧密排成一束,上绞线机绞合,制成螺旋状缠绕线;
S4,外被胶皮,在螺旋状缠绕线外表面通过挤塑机,挤塑pvc弹性体材料形成胶皮保护层,制得外部套管2;
S5,透光检测,通过LED光源对准导光丝线1,检测绳带织物后端部分是否发光;
S6,裁剪,包装,对合格透光产品按照设计尺寸进行裁剪,包装出厂。
进一步地,在步骤S3绞合线材中,还混合设置有若干高强度PE丝线或钢丝的抗拉线4,排列成一束后上绞线机绞合。
外部设置的LED光源模块还设置有连接部6,所述导光丝线穿过该连接部6与LED光源模块的LED灯对接,对于需要多色发光的情形,每个LED灯分别通过套壳对接一根导光丝线,通过轮流开启和关闭三个LED灯,或启动LED灯不同的色彩效果,使三根导光丝线轮流发光或发不同光来实现不同的彩色效果,丰富使用体验。
本发明具有以下特征:

本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应作广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
Claims (9)
1.一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物,其特征在于,包括导光丝线、外部套管和编织绳,所述导光丝线和编织绳相互缠绕为一体,且所述导光丝线与编织绳外部还套设有外部套管,外部设置有LED光源模块,所述LED光源模块发光端与导光丝线相对设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物,其特征在于,所述导光丝线有三根,编织绳有四根,且所述导光丝线与编织绳通过螺旋状结构相互缠绕设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物,其特征在于,所述外部套管为柔性透明的pvc或硅胶、TPE材质,且所述外部套管外部设置有耐磨层,所述耐磨层为透明橡胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物,其特征在于,所述编织绳由高强纤维丝和反光丝交叉编织而成,所述高强度纤维丝包括一种颜色或多种不同色彩的染色纤维丝螺旋缠绕编织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物,其特征在于,所述外部套管内腔还设置有若干抗拉线,所述抗拉线为高强度PE丝线或钢丝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物,其特征在于, 所述导光丝线为高分子光导纤维,所述高分子光导纤维包括芯材和包皮鞘材。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物,其特征在于,所述芯材为高纯度高透光性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚苯乙烯纤维,所述包皮鞘材为含氟聚合物或有机硅聚合物。
8.一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,制备导光丝线,通过高纯度高透光性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚苯乙烯抽丝制得的纤维,外层包被含氟聚合物或有机硅聚合物制备高分子光导纤维;
S2,制备编织绳,通过绞线机绞合高强纤维丝和反光丝交叉编织,编织后高强纤维丝和反光丝通过涂刷热固粘胶粘接固定,制备编织绳备用;
S3,绞合线材,将若干导光丝线与编织绳相互间隔排列紧密排成一束,上绞线机绞合,制成螺旋状缠绕线;
S4,外被胶皮,在螺旋状缠绕线外表面通过挤塑机,挤塑弹性体材料形成胶皮保护层,制得外部套管;
S5,透光检测,通过LED光源对准导光丝线,检测绳带织物后端部分是否发光;
S6,裁剪,包装,对合格透光产品按照设计尺寸进行裁剪,包装出厂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种内含光纤丝缠绕的螺旋结构绳带织物的生产方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3绞合线材中,还混合设置有若干高强度PE丝线或钢丝的抗拉线,排列成一束后上绞线机绞合。
