Abstract
The invention provides a construction method for improving the pouring quality of self-compacting concrete of a CL board wall, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a template; pouring concrete; carrying out an exhaust operation; carrying out plugging operation; continuously pouring concrete, and repeating the steps; and (5) removing the template and carrying out concrete curing. The invention effectively solves the problems of construction quality, increased cost and labor cost and potential safety hazard in the prior art, and eliminates bubbles generated in the process of pouring self-compacting concrete by reserving vent holes at corresponding positions of the formwork in the process of supporting the CL board wall formwork and then determining the pouring sequence and matching with an auxiliary vibrating method, and the vent holes are blocked and continuously poured by a device for blocking the reserved vent holes. The problem of CL siding wall surface crack and easy aversion is solved, reduce the secondary treatment construction, reduce expense and cost of labor improve construction quality and security.
