When the adjustable mud flap 9 is pressed, a part of the force acting on the threaded seat 1-2 can be transferred to the frame 7 to reduce the weld stress and increase the reliability of the adjustable mud flap 9.

Claims (9)
1. An adjustable mud flap comprising:
a fastener;
the main mud tile blocking assembly is provided with at least 1 mounting hole;
the auxiliary mud-guard tile assembly is provided with at least 1 mounting hole, is connected with the main mud-guard tile assembly through the fastener and the mounting hole, and forms a mud-guard tile assembly with adjustable width together with the main mud-guard tile assembly;
the lifting mechanism is connected with the main mud-guard tile assembly;
the mud scraping plate is connected with the main mud flap assembly or the auxiliary mud flap assembly;
the fixed seat assembly is connected with the main mud-guard tile assembly and the lifting mechanism;
the main mud flap assembly includes:
a main mud-guard tile;
a first support plate connected with the main mud-guard tile, and having an angle between its extending direction and the main mud-guard tile, the first support plate
The first supporting plate is not relatively vertical to the mud-stopping tile;
the second support plate is connected with the main mud-blocking tile, an included angle exists between the extending direction of the second support plate and the main mud-blocking tile, and the second support plate is relatively vertical to the mud-blocking tile;
the first fixing plate is respectively connected with the ends of the main mud-guard tile, the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate;
the cross section size of one end, close to the first fixed plate, of the first supporting plate is larger than that of one end, close to the first fixed plate, of the second supporting plate, and when the excavator runs forwards, the first supporting plate scrapes off redundant soil on the inner side of the tire and is used for preventing the redundant soil from entering between the wheels and the frame;
and at least 1 mounting hole is formed in each of the first support plate and the second support plate.
2. An adjustable mud flap as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the main mud flap assembly further comprises a rib plate, and the rib plate is arranged on the main mud flap.
3. An adjustable mud flap as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the secondary mud flap assembly includes:
a secondary mud-guard tile;
the third support plate is provided with at least 1 mounting hole and is connected with the auxiliary mud-guard tile, and an included angle exists between the extending direction of the third support plate and the auxiliary mud-guard tile;
the fourth supporting plate is provided with at least 1 mounting hole and is connected with the auxiliary mud-guard tile, and an included angle exists between the extending direction of the fourth supporting plate and the auxiliary mud-guard tile;
the third supporting plate and the fourth supporting plate are respectively connected with the corresponding first supporting plate and second supporting plate in the main mud flap assembly through the fastening pieces and the mounting holes.
4. An adjustable mud flap as set forth in claim 3 wherein: the outer surfaces of the main mud-guard tile and the auxiliary mud-guard tile, which are far away from the tire, are provided with anti-skid patterns.
5. An adjustable mud flap as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the main mud flap tile and the auxiliary mud flap tile are provided with bending edges on two sides in the same direction, and when the mud flap tile is used, the bending edges of the main mud flap tile and the auxiliary mud flap tile are coupled together.
6. An adjustable mud flap as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the fixed seat assembly comprises a second fixed plate and a thread seat; the lifting mechanism comprises: the device comprises an adjusting bolt, a handle, a first fixing nut, a fixing bolt and a second fixing nut;
the first fixing plate is provided with a long round hole, and is connected with the round hole on the second fixing plate through a fastener;
the middle upper part of the adjusting bolt is provided with a circular ring, the circular ring is supported below the first fixing plate, and the part of the adjusting bolt above the circular ring passes through the first fixing plate and is in fit connection with the bottom of the handle;
the joint of the handle and the adjusting bolt is respectively provided with a through hole;
the fixed bolt respectively penetrates through the through holes in the handle and the adjusting bolt to be connected with the first fixed nut;
the part of the adjusting bolt, which is positioned below the circular ring, is provided with threads and is connected with the thread seat, and the height of the main mud-guard tile assembly is adjusted by controlling the screwing depth of the adjusting bolt in the thread seat;
the second fixing nut is connected to the adjusting bolt and is tightly attached to the threaded seat after being fastened.

An adjustable mud flap as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the mud scraping plate is of a selected structure, when the amount of mud to be scraped is larger than a set threshold value, the mud scraping plate is fixed on the first support plate or the third support plate through a fastener, and the mud scraping plate is close to the tire through the adjustable-width mud blocking tile assembly regulated by the lifting mechanism; when the vehicle normally runs forward, the mud scraping plate is overturned and installed, so that the mud scraping plate is attached to the mud guard tile assembly with adjustable width.
8. A tire-type excavator, comprising: a frame, a tyre and an adjustable mud flap as set forth in any one of claims 1-7;
the adjustable mud-guard tile is connected with the frame and is positioned on the outer side of the tire and used for cleaning redundant soil on the tire, so that the soil quantity between the tire and the frame is ensured to be less than a set threshold value.
9. The tire type excavator of claim 8 wherein the end of the screw seat in the seat assembly is connected to the frame.
