This example is different from example 1 only in that the pH adjusting agent in example 8 is 0.6 part of dimethylethanolamine and triethylamine is not contained, and the kinds of the remaining components, the contents of the components, and the preparation process are the same as those in example 1.

The comparative example is different from the example 1 only in that the viscosity of the aqueous acrylic emulsion adopted in the comparative example 1 is 2500-4000mpa.s, the solid content is 46-50%, and the types, the content and the preparation process of the other components are consistent with those of the example 1.

Second, performance test
Comparing the performances of the special environment-friendly water-based paint for the sewage well lid prepared in the above examples and comparative examples, wherein the performance test results are shown in tables 1-3, the tests on gloss, thermal storage stability, water resistance, salt water resistance, pencil hardness, adhesive force, impact strength, flexibility, drying time, neutral salt spray resistance and artificial aging resistance are all performed according to the national standard HG/T4758-2014, wherein the larger the gloss unit value is, the smoother the surface of the paint film is, and the better the gloss is; the VOC test was obtained from gas chromatography tests; the can opening taste is compared to the taste after opening of the finished lacquer.

As shown in tables 1-3, the viscosity and solid content of the aqueous acrylic emulsion adopted by the aqueous paint special for sewage drainage well covers prepared in the comparative example 1 are higher, the viscosity and solid content of the aqueous alkyd resin adopted by the aqueous paint special for sewage drainage well covers prepared in the comparative example 2 are higher, compared with the examples 1-10 of the XG-9021 type aqueous acrylic emulsion and the XG-818B type aqueous alkyd resin produced by the New constant Water optical New Material science and technology Limited company, the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the aqueous alkyd resin have specific viscosity and solid content, so that the XG-9021 type aqueous acrylic emulsion and the XG-818B type aqueous alkyd resin have good compatibility, and the prepared environment-friendly aqueous paint special for sewage drainage well covers has good gloss, thermal storage stability, water resistance, salt water resistance, hardness, adhesive force, impact strength, water resistance, and the like, The performances of neutral salt spray resistance, artificial aging resistance and the like are improved to different degrees, the VOC content is lower, the can opening taste is smaller, and the environmental protection requirement is better met.
As can be seen from comparison between the example 1 and the comparative examples 3 to 7 in tables 1 and 3, the comparative examples 3 and 4 using single talc powder or heavy calcium carbonate have poor water resistance, salt water resistance and neutral salt spray resistance and low hardness, and the aqueous paint for manhole covers prepared by using barium sulfate and composite ferrotitanium powder with good antirust performance in the comparative examples 5 to 7 has lower water resistance, salt water resistance and neutral salt spray resistance compared with the example 1, so that the talc powder, the heavy calcium carbonate and other components in the components have synergistic and synergistic effects, and the antirust and water-resistant performance of the paint is effectively improved.
