Abstract

Background
In the OTA iteration process of the intelligent networking vehicle software, numerous OTA controllers are needed. the OTA state analysis unit is used for acquiring vehicle information and OTA information and classifying and summarizing the acquired OTA information; the OTA information is also used for writing in the confirmed abnormal upgrading OTA information;

and fourthly, the system analyzes the abnormal logs in sequence according to the comparison rule of the abnormal logs, if the comparison rule is met, the abnormal information state is changed into confirmed state, and if the comparison rule is not met, the abnormal information state is still classified as unconfirmed abnormal. Repeating the third and fourth steps until all the abnormal information is confirmed.
Third, cloud OTA exception handling stage
For each exception category that has been validated, a solution is validated by the developer and added to the existing exception category. If the abnormity can be solved through OTA again, the updating packet can be uploaded to the abnormity processing unit again, and the upgrading packet is automatically pushed to the abnormal vehicle again through the acquired vehicle VIN code by the system; if the solution can not be solved through OTA, the system pushes the solution mail to the operation and maintenance personnel, and the operation and maintenance personnel contacts the owner of the vehicle to carry out offline processing.
Therefore, if the user who carries out OTA subsequently encounters the same problem, the user can be automatically identified by the existing abnormal category in the system and automatically processes the abnormal category. The system has learning ability, realizes the purpose of automatically analyzing and processing problems in the later period by manually maintaining the abnormal analysis processing rule in the earlier period, and reduces the labor cost and the OTA upgrading risk.
