For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described in conjunction with the embodiments, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Currently, if accidents (such as falling and acute diseases) occur in families and help is needed, the weak group can generally only take modes of making 120 calls, calling for help loudly, waiting for guardianship and the like, and sometimes needs to keep neighbors, nurses and the like to squat all the time. However, if the vulnerable group cannot make a call or call for help in case of accident, the rescue signal cannot be transmitted in time, so that the rescue time is missed. In addition, guardianship, neighbors, caregivers and other personnel often cannot be located at the side of the unexpected vulnerable group at any time, and timeliness of rescue is difficult to ensure. Based on the method and the system for home monitoring provided by the embodiment of the invention, the timely transmission of the rescue signal can be ensured when accidents occur in the weak groups in the home, so that the timeliness of rescue is improved.
For the sake of understanding the present embodiment, a detailed description is first given of a home monitoring method disclosed in the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, the alarm is worn on a subject in a home, and fig. 1 only shows a case where the subject wears the alarm on the neck or the hand, and the subject may also wear the alarm on other parts of the subject, which is not limited.
Referring to fig. 2, cameras (may be referred to as "home cameras") are installed in various areas of a home, respectively. Each camera is in communication connection with a terminal of at least one guardian corresponding to a household through a cloud platform, and the terminal receives video frame data collected by each camera through the cloud platform; each camera within a set distance threshold from the alarm has the ability to receive the alarm signal of the alarm. Fig. 2 only shows the situation that cameras are installed in restaurants, living rooms, guest rooms and kitchens respectively, in addition, cameras can be installed in other areas, the installation positions and the installation number of the cameras can be determined specifically according to actual needs, and the situation is not limited.
Based on this, an embodiment of the present invention provides a home monitoring method, as shown in fig. 3, which may include the following steps:
in step S302, the alarm sends an alarm signal when an alarm triggering event occurs.
The alarm triggering event may include at least one of: the monitored object actively operates the alarm, and the motion state of the appointed part of the alarm meets the preset condition.
As a possible implementation, the alarm is provided with an alarm button, and the monitored subject presses the alarm button to trigger the alarm to send an alarm signal.
As other possible embodiments, the alarm is provided with a safe area and a non-safe area, the alarm is provided with a ball, and if the ball moves to the non-safe area and the residence time in the non-safe area exceeds a preset time threshold (such as 30 seconds, 60 seconds and the like), the alarm is triggered to send an alarm signal; the positions of the safe area and the unsafe area can be specifically determined according to actual needs, and the safe area and the unsafe area are not limited. Taking fig. 1 as an example, the monitored object wears the alarm on the neck, the safety area is located at the bottom of the alarm, the unsafe area is located at the side part and the top of the alarm, if the monitored object falls down accidentally, the ball of the alarm moves to the side part or the top of the alarm (i.e. the unsafe area) and stays in the unsafe area until the stay time exceeds the preset time threshold, and the alarm is triggered to send an alarm signal.
Step S304, the target camera receiving the alarm signal sends alarm information corresponding to the alarm signal to a call center corresponding to the cloud platform through the cloud platform.
The target camera is a camera corresponding to the position of the monitored object. For example, in fig. 2, the target camera is the camera 2 closest to the alarm, after receiving the alarm signal sent by the alarm, the camera 2 generates alarm information carrying the mobile phone number of the guardian (i.e. the terminal contact mode of the guardian at this time), and sends the alarm information to the call center cooperating with the cloud platform through the cloud platform.
Step S306, the call center notifies the guardian of abnormal state of the monitored object according to the alarm information.
After receiving the alarm information, the call center firstly acquires the terminal contact information of the guardian in the alarm information, and then calls the terminal contact information of the guardian to inform the guardian of abnormal state of the monitored object. For example, after receiving the alarm information carrying the mobile phone number of the guardian, the call center first obtains the mobile phone number of the guardian in the alarm information, and then calls the mobile phone number to notify the guardian that the state of the monitored object is abnormal.
The guardian receiving the call may take action, alarm, dial 120, etc., near the monitored subject. The guardian who receives the call can also use the terminal to receive the video frame data collected by the corresponding camera (especially the target camera) through the cloud platform so as to view the video frame data or provide the video frame data for police, hospitals and the like, thereby being beneficial to relevant personnel to formulate a targeted rescue strategy.
According to the home monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal of at least one guardian corresponding to a home can receive the video frame data acquired by each camera installed in different areas of the home through the cloud platform, an alarm worn on a monitored object in the home can send an alarm signal when an alarm trigger event occurs, a target camera receiving the alarm signal can send alarm information corresponding to the alarm signal to a call center corresponding to the cloud platform through the cloud platform, and the call center informs the guardian of abnormal state of the monitored object according to the alarm information. By adopting the technology, when accidents happen to the monitored object in the home, the corresponding camera can be triggered by the alarm to send alarm information to the call center through the cloud platform, and then the rescue signal is timely transmitted to the corresponding guardian through the call center, so that the timeliness of rescue is improved. In addition, the relevant guardianship personnel can acquire video frame data acquired by the corresponding cameras through the cloud platform to know the site situation around the monitored object, and accordingly, a targeted rescue strategy is formulated, so that the rescue effect is guaranteed.
On the basis of the home monitoring method, for convenience of operation, the method may further include the following operation modes: when an alarm triggering event occurs, detecting the signal intensity of an alarm signal received by each camera within a set distance threshold from the alarm; the alarm determines the camera with the largest signal intensity of the alarm signal received from the cameras within a set distance threshold as a target camera, and sends the alarm signal to the target camera through a wireless communication protocol.
The set distance threshold is generally related to the wireless communication protocol, and both may be determined by themselves according to actual needs, which is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the wireless communication protocol may specifically be 433, when an alarm trigger event occurs, the cameras 1 to 4 may all receive alarm signals sent by the alarm, the alarm may detect that each camera receives signal strength of the alarm signals, then determine the camera 2 with the greatest signal strength of the received alarm signals as a target camera, and send the alarm signals to the camera 2 through 433.
As one possible implementation, the above method may further include the following operation modes: when a guardian registers a cloud platform account number, the cloud platform allocates access rights of at least one camera including a target camera in the cameras for the cloud platform account number.
For example, the guardian registers the cloud platform account number with the own mobile phone number and other personal information (such as name, home address, work unit address, mailbox address, etc.), and the cloud platform obtains the cloud platform account number of the guardian bound with the mobile phone number and other personal information; because each camera has a respective equipment identifier (such as a unique machine code), in order to enable the guardian to access the camera through the cloud platform to acquire corresponding video frame data, a cloud platform account number registered by the guardian can be bound with the equipment identifier of each camera through the cloud platform, and the access authority of each camera is allocated to the cloud platform account number.
By adopting the operation mode, only the cloud platform with the camera access authority can access the camera through the cloud platform, so that the privacy of the monitored object is ensured not to be revealed to other people except the guardian, and the experience of the monitored object in the monitoring process is improved.
In addition, a corresponding archive can be established for the guardian through the cloud platform, the information of the archive can comprise names, home addresses, contact ways and the like, the archive is bound with a cloud platform account number registered by the guardian through the cloud platform, and then the association relationship among the archive of the guardian, the terminal contact way of the guardian and a camera of the home is established, so that the accurate formulation of a rescue strategy when the guardian has accidents is facilitated, and the rescue effect is ensured.
In order to further reduce the data processing amount of the cloud platform when the monitored object is unexpected, the access authority may include an access time limit and/or a timestamp of the occurrence of the alarm triggering event; based on this, the above method may further comprise the following operation modes: when a terminal of a guardian logs in a cloud platform account and accesses a target camera through the cloud platform, the cloud platform synchronously transmits target data corresponding to access time limit and/or time stamp in video frame data acquired by the target camera to the terminal.
For example, in fig. 2, when a guardian registers a cloud platform account, the cloud platform allocates access rights of the cameras 1 to 4 to the cloud platform account, and when the guardian logs in the cloud platform account by using a mobile phone and accesses the camera 2 (i.e., the target camera at this time) through the cloud platform, the cloud platform synchronously transmits a real-time picture of the camera 2 and a cloud storage video within 24 hours after an alarm triggering event to the mobile phone used by the guardian, and the access time limit is within three days after the alarm triggering event.
As a possible implementation manner, the above step S304 (i.e. the target camera that receives the alarm signal generates the alarm information carrying the terminal contact information of the guardian, and sends the alarm information to the call center corresponding to the cloud platform through the cloud platform) may adopt the following operation manner: the target camera generates an alarm request carrying the equipment identifier of the target camera, and sends the alarm request to the cloud platform through an HTTP protocol; the cloud platform responds to the alarm request, generates alarm information and sends the alarm information to the call center through the MQTT protocol.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, after receiving the alarm signal, the camera 2 (i.e. the target camera at this time) generates an alarm request carrying the device identifier of the camera 2, and sends the alarm request to the cloud platform through the HTTP protocol; the cloud platform responds after receiving the alarm request, and inquires a cloud platform account number bound with the equipment identifier of the camera 2, so that the mobile phone number of the guardian bound with the cloud platform account number is obtained; and then the cloud platform generates alarm information carrying the mobile phone number of the guardian and sends the alarm information to the call center through the MQTT protocol. In addition, in order to facilitate the call center to distinguish the camera 2, the alarm information may also carry the device identifier of the camera 2, for example, the device identifier of the camera 2 is carried in the alarm information in the form of Topic.
As a possible implementation manner, the step S306 (i.e. the call center notifies the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object according to the alarm information) may be implemented in the following manner: the call center converts the alarm information into a corresponding call task; the calling object of the calling task is the terminal contact way of the guardian; and the call center distributes corresponding agents to execute the call task according to the ACD queue inserting rule through the online call system so as to inform the guardian of abnormal state of the monitored object.
The ACD enqueuing rule may specifically include: if the online calling system has a spare calling line, the priority queue-inserting access spare calling line is used for arranging the seat to execute the calling task corresponding to the alarm information; if no free calling line exists, one or more calling lines are accessed, the current calling task of the accessed calling line is interrupted (such as making a calling telephone of a common calling task enter busy tone), and the calling task corresponding to the alarm information is immediately arranged for executing by the seat; if all calling lines are used for executing the calling tasks corresponding to the alarm information, the calling lines are automatically transferred to other calling centers.
For convenience of description, the home monitoring method is described herein in a specific application scenario as follows:
in fig. 4, an alarm is worn on the neck of a person to be assisted (i.e., a monitored object in a home) who actively presses an alarm button of the alarm when an accident occurs; the alarm transmits an alarm signal to a home camera (namely a target camera) nearest to the alarm through 433 protocol; after receiving the alarm signal, the home camera reports alarm information to the cloud platform through an HTTP protocol, wherein the alarm information carries a unique machine code (namely, a device identifier) of the home camera and a mobile phone number (namely, a terminal contact mode of a guardian) of a parent; the cloud platform sends the alarm information to the cooperative call center through the MQTT protocol, so that the call center is notified; after receiving the alarm information, the call center converts the alarm information into a call task, calls the mobile phone number of the parent, and calls the parent through the online call system ACD for inserting team to customer service, so as to inform the parent of dangerous situations; after a parent receives an incoming call of a call center, an APP for providing a service corresponding to a cloud platform can be started by using a mobile phone to log in a cloud platform account, the APP can provide a number corresponding to each family camera with access rights, the parent can select the number corresponding to the family camera, so that the family camera is accessed through the cloud platform to check a real-time picture of the camera and a cloud storage video within 24 hours after the monitored object presses an alarm button, and the access time limit is within three days after the monitored object presses the alarm button; the relatives and friends can take measures, assist in alarming or dialing 120 nearby the concerned person, and can also keep video data when accidents happen to be provided for police or hospitals, so that the monitored object is ensured to receive rescue at the first time.
