A quick mending-leakage device for petroleum pipelines comprises: the device comprises an electric heating ring (0), an outer arc plate (1), an inner arc plate (2), a rectangular frame (3), a shell (4), a through hole (5), a T-shaped pipe (6), a discharge valve (7), a plastic particle hopper (8), a fixing plate (9), an outer hydraulic cylinder (10), a silicon rubber heating plate (11), a distribution box (12), a hydraulic oil pump (13), an inner hydraulic cylinder (14), a high-temperature-resistant sealing ring (15), a hydraulic oil pipeline (16) and a leakage stopping clamp (17); the method is characterized in that: the two outer hydraulic cylinders (10) are symmetrically arranged, the left ends of the two outer hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the fixed plate (9), the right ends of the two outer hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the middle of the outer arc plate (1), the left ends of the outer arc plate (1) are hinged to the two ends of the inner arc plate (2), the left sides of the two ends of the inner arc plate (2) are connected with the rectangular frame (3), and the left side of the rectangular frame (3) is connected with the right end of the shell (4); the T-shaped pipe (6) is arranged inside the rectangular frame (3), the left end of the T-shaped pipe is connected with the rectangular frame (3), the vertical part of the T-shaped pipe (6) penetrates through the through hole (5) of the rectangular frame (3) to be connected with the discharge valve (7) and the plastic particle hopper (8), the lower part of the plastic particle hopper (8) is provided with an electric heating ring (0), the outer part of the T-shaped pipe (6) is provided with a silicon rubber heating plate (11), and the inner part of the right end of the T-shaped pipe (6) is provided with a high-temperature resistant sealing ring (15); a distribution box (12), a hydraulic oil pump (13) and an inner hydraulic cylinder (14) are sequentially arranged in the shell (4) from left to right, and a piston of the inner hydraulic cylinder (14) penetrates through the rectangular frame (3) and is inserted into an inner cavity of a horizontal part of the T-shaped pipe (6); the plugging fixture (17) is inserted into the right end of the T-shaped pipe (6) through an injection molding nozzle (17-1).
2. The quick leak repairing device for the petroleum pipeline as recited in claim 1, wherein: the plastic particle hopper (8) is filled with plastic particles, and an end cover is installed at the top end opening of the plastic particle hopper (8).

The quick leak repairing device for the petroleum pipeline as recited in claim 1, wherein: the distribution box (12) is internally provided with a storage battery and an electric control element, the storage battery is electrically connected with the electric control element, and the electric control element is respectively electrically connected with a motor of the hydraulic oil pump (13), the electric heating ring (0) and the silicon rubber heating plate (11).

The quick leak repairing device for the petroleum pipeline as recited in claim 1, wherein: the hydraulic oil pump (13) is of a small structure, and the hydraulic oil pump (13) is respectively connected with the inner hydraulic cylinder (14) and the outer hydraulic cylinder (10) through a hydraulic oil pipeline (16).

The quick leak repairing device for the petroleum pipeline as recited in claim 1, wherein: the plugging fixture (17) is of a circular ring structure and is of a two-half structure, the middle parts of the plugging fixture are connected through a hinge shaft (17-0), a single-flow injection molding nozzle (17-1) is arranged on the outer side of the plugging fixture (17) on the lower part of the hinge shaft (17-0), a silica gel pad (17-2) is arranged on the inner side corresponding to the injection molding nozzle (17-1), two lugs (17-3) are arranged at the opening end of the injection molding nozzle, and the lugs (17-3) are connected through connecting bolts (17-4).
6. The quick leak repairing device for the petroleum pipeline as recited in claim 5, wherein: the silica gel pad (17-2) is of a soft silica gel circular ring structure, and the center of the silica gel pad is an injection molding cavity (17-2-0).
