(4) The ratio of the tobacco tar to the outer surface of the cigarette paper after smoking is as follows: and (3) normally smoking 100 cigarettes respectively by adopting a sheet type heating appliance and a smoking machine, and observing the proportion of the tobacco tar exuded to the outer surface of the cigarette paper after smoking.
(5) Moisture resistance: after the cigarettes are off-line, the moisture content of the cigarettes is detected according to YC/T28.8, the cigarettes are balanced for 7 days at the temperature of 22 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60%, the moisture content of the cigarettes is detected according to YC/T28.8, and the increase value of the moisture content of the corresponding cigarettes after the cigarettes are balanced for 7 days is calculated.
The test results are summarized in table 1.

Analysis table 1 shows that the air permeability of the impermeable aluminum foil cigarette paper is 0CU, essence and spice of the further formed cigarette is not exuded, the proportion of tobacco oil exuded to the outer surface of the cigarette paper after being sucked is within 1%, the water content increase value is within 0.9% in 5% of the cigarette of the conventional cigarette paper in the prior art (the aluminum foil layer is not arranged on the surface of the paper layer, and the comparison example 1), and the water content increase value is within 30% of the cigarette of the conventional cigarette paper in the prior art. The cigarette paper is not perforated, has air permeability of 0CU, has good moisture resistance, and does not need to be added with a combustion improver; the cigarette paper can prevent the essence and spice in the cigarette from permeating from the cigarette to the outer side of the cigarette paper, and the tobacco tar seepage amount of the formed cigarette is lower after smoking.
Comparing comparative example 1 to example 1, comparative example 1 performed less than example 1, demonstrating the better performance of the cigarette paper of the present invention.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated in detail by the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed methods, i.e. it is not meant that the present invention must rely on the above detailed methods for its implementation. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modifications of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, and the addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The anti-seepage aluminum foil paper is characterized by comprising a paper layer and an aluminum foil layer arranged on any side of the paper layer;
the anti-seepage aluminum foil cigarette paper comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight, based on 100% of the total mass of the anti-seepage aluminum foil cigarette paper:
the anti-seepage aluminum foil cigarette paper does not comprise a combustion improver, the aluminum wires form an aluminum foil layer, and the hemp pulp fibers, the filler and the papermaking auxiliary agent form a paper layer.
2. The impermeable aluminum foil wrapper according to claim 1, wherein the filler comprises light calcium carbonate;
preferably, the papermaking agent comprises any one of starch, modified starch or natural vegetable gum or a combination of at least two of the foregoing.
3. The anti-permeation aluminum foil paper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickness of the anti-permeation aluminum foil paper is 0.03-0.9 mm;
preferably, the thickness ratio of the paper layer to the aluminum foil layer is (2-25): 1.
4. The impermeable aluminum foil wrapper according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the impermeable aluminum foil wrapper has an air permeability of 0 CU.
5. The impermeable aluminum foil wrapper according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the basis weight of the paper layer is 20 to 200g/m 2 。
6. The impermeable aluminum foil paper according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the paper layer is provided with transverse threads, vertical threads, diagonal threads or is not embossed;
preferably, the aluminium foil layer is void free.
7. A method for preparing the anti-seepage aluminum foil cigarette paper as recited in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method for preparing the anti-seepage aluminum foil cigarette paper comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the hemp pulp fiber, the filler and the papermaking auxiliary agent according to the formula amount, and papermaking to form a paper layer;
(2) and arranging an aluminum foil layer on any side of the paper layer to obtain the anti-seepage aluminum foil paper.
8. The manufacturing method according to claim 7, wherein in the step (2), the aluminum foil layer is disposed by plating a molten aluminum wire on the surface of the paper layer by a transfer film surface aluminum plating process.
9. A heated cigarette is characterized in that the heated cigarette comprises a suction section, a cooling section and a cigarette core section which are connected in sequence;
the anti-seepage aluminum foil cigarette paper of any one of claims 1 to 6 is coated on the surfaces of the suction section, the cooling section and the cigarette core section;
preferably, the cigarette core section comprises cigarette core thin sheet wires and forming paper arranged on the surfaces of the cigarette core thin sheet wires, and the forming paper is in direct contact with the aluminum foil layer of the anti-seepage aluminum foil cigarette paper.
10. The heated cigarette rod of claim 9, wherein the heated cigarette rod is 40-50mm in length;
preferably, the circumference of the heated cigarette rod is 22-24 mm;
preferably, the smoking resistance of the heated cigarette is 300-1000 Pa.
