The working principle of the second fixing device and the second trigger mechanism is consistent with that of the first fixing device 6 and the first trigger mechanism 7.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the first front-rear interface mechanism includes a second driving mechanism 31, a third driving mechanism, and a plurality of transmission belts 331, and the plurality of transmission belts 331 are disposed on the top of the first track frame 1; the second driving mechanism 31 is used for driving the transmission belt 331 to rotate, and the third driving mechanism is used for driving the transmission belt 331 to perform lifting movement.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the first front-back connection mechanism further includes a second guide mechanism, the second guide mechanism is disposed at the top of the first rail frame 1, and the third driving mechanism is configured to drive the second guide mechanism to perform lifting motion.
In one embodiment, the second driving mechanism 31 includes a first driving motor and a second driving motor, and the transmission belts 331 include four belts, namely, a first transmission belt 331 and a second transmission belt 331 disposed on the left side of the first track frame 1, and a third transmission belt 331 and a fourth transmission belt 331 disposed on the right side of the first track frame 1; the first driving motor is respectively connected with the first transmission belt 331 and the third transmission belt 331, and the second driving motor is respectively connected with the second transmission belt 331 and the fourth transmission belt 331; the first driving motor and the second driving motor are respectively and fixedly connected with the first track frame 1 through motor fixing seats; the two transmission belts 331 are driven by one driving motor to work simultaneously, so that the working synchronization of the transmission belts 331 can be improved, and the moving stability of the first vehicle carrying plate is further improved; the second guide mechanism comprises a first guide wheel 34 and a second guide wheel; the first guide pulley 34 is disposed between the first transmission belt 331 and the second transmission belt 331, and the second guide pulley is disposed between the third transmission belt 331 and the fourth transmission belt 331; the third driving mechanism comprises two driving motors 321 and a plurality of worm and gear lifters 322, the worm and gear lifters 322 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the transmission belt 331 and the bottom of the second guiding mechanism, and the worm and gear lifters 322 are used for achieving lifting of the transmission belt 331 and the second guiding mechanism; one of the driving motors 321 is used as a power device for the first transmission belt 331, the second transmission belt 331 and the worm gear elevator 322 at the bottom of the first guide wheel 34; the other driving motor 321 is used as a power device for the third transmission belt 331, the fourth transmission belt 331 and the worm gear elevator 322 at the bottom of the second guide wheel.
In one embodiment, the driving belt 331 includes a sprocket 3311, a link plate 3312 and a first fixing seat 3313, and the first fixing seat 3313 is fixed on the track frame; the chain plate 3312 is rotatably disposed in the first fixing seat 3313, the second driving mechanism 31 is in transmission connection with the chain wheel 3311, the inner side of the chain plate 3312 is engaged with the chain wheel 3311, and the second driving mechanism 31 is in transmission connection with the first fixing seat 3313; when the driving belt 331 works, the second driving mechanism 31 drives the chain wheel 3311 to rotate, and the chain wheel 3311 drives the chain plate 3312 to rotate, so as to realize the back-and-forth movement of the second vehicle carrying plate.
The structure and the working principle of the second front-back connection mechanism are consistent with those of the first front-back connection mechanism.
According to the first front-back transfer mechanism provided by the application, when the first garage tower is full of vehicles, the second vehicle carrying plate needs to be moved to the first track frame 1 to carry the vehicles, and the second vehicle carrying plate needs to be returned to the second garage tower to park the vehicles; the third driving mechanism drives the transmission belt 331 and the second guide mechanism to rise, and drives the second vehicle carrying plate to rise in the process that the transmission belt 331 and the second guide mechanism move upwards, so that the second vehicle carrying plate is not in contact with the first track frame 1, the second vehicle carrying plate is prevented from scraping the first track frame 1 in the front and back moving process, the smoothness of the surface of the first track frame 1 is improved, and the smoothness of the second vehicle carrying plate in moving can be improved; when the third driving mechanism drives the second vehicle carrying plate to be lifted to a certain height; the second driving mechanism 31 drives the transmission belt 331 to rotate, the transmission belt 331 drives the second vehicle carrying board to move on the second track frame 2 to the rear along the first track frame 1, and the second front-rear connection mechanism on the second track frame 2 works synchronously to realize the movement of the second vehicle carrying board on the second track frame 2, so that the second vehicle carrying board can be parked right above the second track frame 2.
Further, referring to fig. 9 to 12, the first left-right handover mechanism includes a sliding device and a fourth driving mechanism, and the fourth driving mechanism is fixedly disposed on the first track frame 1; the sliding device comprises a transmission mechanism, a second fixed seat 42, a sliding mechanism and a taking and placing mechanism 44; the second fixed seat 42 is fixedly arranged on the first track frame 1, a first rack 421 is arranged at the top of the second fixed seat 42, the sliding mechanism is arranged above the second fixed seat 42, the sliding mechanism comprises a plurality of first gears 4311, the first gears 4311 are arranged at the bottom of the sliding mechanism, and the first gears 4311 are connected with the first rack 421 in a matching manner; the transmission mechanism is respectively connected with the fourth driving mechanism and the sliding mechanism, the transmission mechanism is used for driving the sliding mechanism to horizontally move left and right relative to the second fixed seat 42, and when the sliding mechanism horizontally moves, the first gear 4311 rotates on the first rack 421; the pick-and-place mechanism 44 is arranged at the top of the sliding mechanism and used for picking and placing the first vehicle carrying plate.
Further, please refer to fig. 9 to 13, the sliding mechanism further includes a third rack 4315, the third rack 4315 is disposed at the bottom of the sliding mechanism, one or more sixth gears 422 are disposed in the second fixing seat 42, and the sixth gears 422 are rotatably disposed on the second fixing seat 42 and are connected to the third rack 4315 in a matching manner; the fourth driving mechanism comprises a main driving part 451 and a driven part, the driven part comprises a first mounting seat 4521 and a second gear 4522, the first mounting seat 4521 is fixedly connected with the first track frame 1, the second gear 4522 is rotatably arranged in the first mounting seat 4521, and the second gear 4522 is in transmission connection with the main driving part 451; the transmission mechanism comprises a first chain 4111, a plurality of third gears and a plurality of connecting shafts 4113, the first chain 4111 is connected with the second gear 4522 and the third gears respectively, the third gears and the sixth gear 422 are both arranged on the connecting shafts 4113, and two ends of the connecting shafts 4113 are rotatably connected with the second fixing seat 42 respectively; in one embodiment, the first mounting seat 4521 is bolted to the first rail mount 1, the connecting shaft 4113 is connected to the second fixing seat 42 through a bearing, and the second gear 4522 is rotatably connected to the first mounting seat 4521 through a rotating shaft and a bearing.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the main driving part 451 may include a speed reducer and a motor, the motor is in transmission connection with the speed reducer, and an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the second gear 4522; in one embodiment, the speed reducer and the motor are fixedly arranged on the first track frame 1 through a driving mounting seat, and the driving mounting seat is connected with the first track frame 1 through bolts.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the sliding mechanism includes a first sliding seat 431 and a second sliding seat 432, and the third rack 4315 and the first gear 4311 are respectively disposed at the bottom of the first sliding seat 431; the second sliding seat 432 is slidably disposed at the top of the first sliding seat 431, a second rack 4322 is disposed at the bottom of the second sliding seat 432, the first gear 4311 is connected with the second rack 4322 in a matching manner, and the pick-and-place mechanism 44 is disposed at the top of the second sliding seat 432; a positioning groove 4312 is formed in the top of the first sliding seat 431, a first positioning block 4313 is arranged in the positioning groove 4312, and a second positioning block is arranged on the inner wall of the second sliding seat 432; the first positioning block 4313 is matched with the second positioning block to prevent the second sliding seat 432 from falling off from the first sliding seat 431; when the second sliding seat 432 is displaced too much relative to the first sliding seat 431, the first positioning block 4313 abuts against the second positioning block, so that the sliding motion of the second sliding seat 432 is stopped; a first guide groove 4314 is formed in the outer side wall of the first sliding seat 431, and a second guide groove is formed in the inner side wall of the first sliding seat 431; a plurality of first guide blocks 4321 are arranged on the second sliding seat 432, and a plurality of second guide blocks are arranged on the second fixed seat 42; the first guide groove 4314 is in fit connection with the first guide block 4321, and the second guide groove is in fit connection with the second guide block; the first guide block 4321 is matched with the second guide block to clamp and limit the first sliding seat 431, so that the first sliding seat 431 is ensured to move horizontally left and right.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 12, two sides of the top of the second fixing seat 42 are respectively provided with a first rack 421, and two sides of the bottom of the first sliding seat 431 are respectively provided with a plurality of first gears 4311, so that the smoothness of the first sliding seat 431 during sliding can be improved; the sliding mechanism further comprises a plurality of seventh gears, the seventh gears correspond to the first gears 4311 one by one, the seventh gears are connected with the first gears 4311 through rotating shafts, and the rotating shafts are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the first sliding seat 431; two seventh gears positioned on the outer side are sleeved with a second chain 4112; the seventh gear is matched with the second chain 4112, so as to ensure that the first gear 4311 rotates synchronously, and further improve the smoothness of the first sliding seat 431 during sliding; in this embodiment, three first gears 4311 are respectively disposed on two sides of the bottom of the first sliding seat 431.
In one embodiment, the transmission mechanism includes two third gears and two connecting shafts 4113, and two sixth gears 422 are correspondingly disposed in the fixing seat; the two third gears and the second gear 4522 are distributed triangularly, that is, the first chain 4111 is triangularly tensioned, so that the stability and reliability of the transmission mechanism during operation can be improved.
Further, referring to fig. 9 to 13, the pick-and-place mechanism 44 includes a second mounting seat 441, a locking member 442, a limiting member 443 and a second restoring member 444, wherein the second mounting seat 441 and the limiting member 443 are fixedly disposed at the top of the sliding mechanism; the locking piece 442 is rotatably arranged in the second mounting seat 441, a through hole is formed in the second mounting seat 441, a limiting groove 4421 and a connecting groove 4423 are formed in the locking piece 442, and the connecting groove 4423 is used for realizing grabbing of a first vehicle carrying plate; two ends of the limiting groove 4421 are respectively provided with a limiting hole 4422, and the limiting piece 443 penetrates through the through hole to be connected with the limiting groove 4421 in a matching manner; the second resetting piece 444 is arranged in the second mounting seat 441 and is connected with the locking piece 442; in one embodiment, the second mounting seat 441 and the limiting member 443 are respectively bolted to the second sliding seat 432; the limiting member 443 is an electromagnet, the second restoring member 444 is a spring, and the spring is fixedly arranged in the second mounting seat 441 through a screw.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 13, the pick-and-place mechanism 44 includes two locking elements 442, two limiting elements 443 and two second restoring elements 444; a locking member 442 and a limiting member 443 are a set of pick-and-place components, and the two sets of pick-and-place components are oppositely disposed in the second mounting seat 441; a second restoring member 444 is respectively connected with the two limiting members 443; when the first vehicle carrying plate is taken and placed, the fixed shaft at the bottom of the first vehicle carrying plate simultaneously pushes the two oppositely arranged locking pieces 442 to rotate, the two locking pieces 442 are matched, the coating area of the fixed shaft can be increased, and the reliability of the grabbing action is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 9 to 13, the first left-right handover mechanism includes two sliding devices, and the two sliding devices are respectively fixed on the first track frame 1 and are respectively in transmission connection with the fourth driving mechanism; set up two displacement device, when carrying out snatching of first year sweep, two displacement device are connected with two fixed axles cooperation of first year sweep bottom respectively, realize two point push-and-pull, improve the reliability and the stationarity of the action of sliding.

In conclusion, the stereo garage provided by the application comprises a first track frame 1 positioned in a first garage tower and a second track frame 2 positioned in a second garage tower, and the rotation and the transfer of a first vehicle carrying plate or a second vehicle carrying plate can be realized through the matching work of a rotation mechanism 5, a first left-right transfer mechanism and a first front-rear transfer mechanism on the first track frame 1 and a second left-right transfer mechanism and a second front-rear transfer mechanism on the second track frame 2, so as to realize the parking of vehicles; the swing mechanism 5 rotates the vehicle carrying plate to a proper direction, the user does not need to back up and other operations, the user can take and place the vehicle conveniently, and the use experience of the user is improved.
