The light stabilizer is one or more of 2- (3 ' -tert-butyl-2 ' -hydroxy-5 ' -methylphenyl) -5-chloro-benzotriazole or 2 ', 4 ' -di-tert-butylphenyl-3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoate.
The flame retardant is one or more of ammonium polyphosphate or tricresyl phosphate.
The wear-resisting agent is selected from one or more of silicone powder or polytetrafluoroethylene.
A preparation process of an antistatic and anticorrosive safety belt comprises the following steps:
s1, preprocessing: weighing the raw materials, carrying out melt processing and blending forming on the raw materials to prepare a blended yarn with the count of 20S as a warp yarn and a blended yarn with the count of 41S as a weft yarn;
s2, warping: warping the warp yarn in the step S1 on warping equipment with the linear speed of the warp yarn being 300-500 m/min;
s2, weaving: putting the warped warp yarns into a weaving machine, putting the weft yarns into a weft feeding device of the weaving machine, and weaving by the weaving machine to obtain a woven safety belt;
