Abstract

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of film tearing equipment, in particular to a film tearing mechanism.
Background
With the development of electronic products, the film tearing requirements for different types of products are continuously increasing, such as films involved in three types of electronic products (abbreviated as 3C) of computers (computers), communication (Communication) and consumer electronics (Consumer Electronics).

For the purposes of making the objects, embodiments and advantages of the present application more apparent, an exemplary embodiment of the present application will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in which exemplary embodiments of the application are shown, it being understood that the exemplary embodiments described are merely some, but not all, of the examples of the application.
It should be noted that the brief description of the terminology in the present application is for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the embodiments described below only and is not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application. Unless otherwise indicated, these terms should be construed in their ordinary and customary meaning.
The terms "first," second, "" third and the like in the description and in the claims and in the above drawings are used for distinguishing between similar or similar objects or entities and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order, unless otherwise indicated. When the pneumatic or electric clamping jaw is used for tearing the film, damage such as scratch and the like appears on the surface of the electronic product. When the tearing hand is broken or the tearing hand is not clamped, the film tearing failure can be caused even the whole equipment is failed under the condition of loose clamping.
In order to reduce damage to electronic products during film tearing and improve the film tearing success rate, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the application provides a film tearing mechanism, which comprises an adsorption head 50, a clamping head 60, a clamping cylinder 40, an adsorption lifting cylinder 30, a turnover film tearing cylinder 20, a horizontal moving cylinder 10, a first connecting plate 70 and a second connecting plate 80.
The piston of the horizontal moving cylinder 10 is fixedly connected with a first plane of the first connecting plate 70, and the body of the overturning and film tearing cylinder 20 is fixedly connected with a second plane of the first connecting plate 70; the horizontal moving cylinder 10 drives the first connecting plate 70 and the overturning and film tearing cylinder 20 fixedly connected to the first connecting plate 70 to horizontally move.
The first connection plate 70 has a T-shaped cross section and is formed of the first plane and the second plane.
In some embodiments, a tripod may be provided between the first and second planes of the first connection plate 70 for improving the stability of the first connection plate.
In some embodiments, the above-described secure connection may be achieved by threaded nails, or by employing a secure connection means conventional in the art, although applicant does not intend to be unduly limited herein.
The overturning body of the overturning and tearing film cylinder 20 is fixedly connected with one side of the second connecting plate 80; the turnover film tearing cylinder 20 drives the second connecting plate 80 to rotate at a preset first angle.
In some embodiments, the flip body of the flip-flop film cylinder 20 is fixedly connected to the other side of the second connecting plate 80. The turnover film tearing cylinder 20 is used for driving the second connecting plate 80 to rotate, and further driving the adsorption head 50, the clamping head 60, the clamping cylinder 40 and the adsorption lifting cylinder 30 to rotate.
One side of the second connection plate 80 is also fixedly connected with the body of the clamping cylinder 40, and the other side of the second connection plate 80 is fixedly connected with the body of the adsorption lifting cylinder 30.
The adsorption head 50 is detachably connected with a piston of the adsorption lifting cylinder 30; the adsorption head 50 is also movably connected with the second connecting plate 80. The adsorption head 50 is driven by the adsorption lifting cylinder 30 to rotate at a preset second angle.
In some embodiments, the suction head 50 is detachably connected to the piston of the suction lift cylinder 30 by a connection.
In some embodiments, the second connection plate 80 has a first track through which the suction head 50 is movably connected with the second connection plate 80, and through which the suction head 50 is rotated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the second connection plate 80 has a first track 81 and a second track 82, and the suction head 50 is movably connected with the second connection plate 80 through the first track 81 and the second track 82 together, and the suction head 50 is rotated through the first track 81 and the second track 82; the first rail 81 may be longer than the second rail 82.
The first rail 81 and the second rail 82 may be formed by grooves or arc holes.
As shown in fig. 3, the suction head 50 may be a contoured suction head.
The surface of the adsorption head 50 contacting the film product (i.e., the adsorption portion 51) is made of an antistatic material, so as to reduce electrostatic interference with the film product during the adsorption process.
As shown in fig. 3, the suction portion 51 of the suction head 50 has a shape of a profile modeling structure, and suction of the film product is more accurately achieved by the profile modeling shape. The adsorption part 51 has air holes 52, and the adsorption of the film product is realized by the air holes 52.
In some embodiments, the air holes 52 may be one or more. When a plurality of air holes are formed, the air holes can be arranged according to the profiling shape, and stable adsorption force can be provided.
The film product can be a film, release paper and the like.
In some embodiments, the contoured configuration of one side of the suction head 50 may be semi-circular, or elongated, depending on the shape of the tear hand of the film product or the shape of the film product. Because the adsorption head 50 is detachably connected with the piston of the adsorption lifting cylinder 30 through the connecting piece, the adsorption heads 50 with different profiling structures can be replaced according to application requirements, and the application range of the film tearing mechanism is improved.
For example, after the adsorption head 50 with the profiling structure adsorbs the column film type product through the air hole 52, the adsorption lifting cylinder 30 moves to upwards turn over the adsorption head 50 for 30 degrees under the limitation of the first rail 81 and the second rail 82, so that the adsorption and lifting of the film type product are realized.
The piston of the clamping cylinder 40 is fixedly connected with the connecting part of the clamping head 60; the clamping cylinder 40 drives the clamping head 60 to move the clamping head 60 towards the adsorption head 50, so that the film product sucked up and rotated by a preset second angle is clamped.
As shown in fig. 2, the clamping head 60 may be a bevel clamping head.
In some embodiments, the clamping portion 61 of the clamping head 60 is at an oblique angle, and when the suction head 50 is driven by the suction lifting cylinder 30 to rotate at a preset second angle, the angle is the same as the oblique angle of the clamping portion 61, so that the clamping of the film product can be more accurately realized.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, one side of the clamping portion 61 has anti-slip patterns, which may be stripe-shaped or conventional in the art, and the applicant does not intend any limitation herein.
For example, after the adsorption head 50 with the profiling structure adsorbs the column film product through the air hole 52, the adsorption lifting cylinder 30 moves to enable the adsorption head 50 to turn upwards by 30 degrees under the limitation of the first rail 81 and the second rail 82, at this time, the lifting angle of the film product is the same as the bevel angle of the clamping part 61 of the clamping head 60, and the clamping head 60 is retracted through the clamping cylinder 40, so that the film product adsorbed on the adsorption head 50 is firmly clamped; tearing off of the film product is realized under the rotation of the overturning film tearing cylinder 20 and the movement of the horizontal movement cylinder 10.
In some embodiments, the film tearing mechanism further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the clamping cylinder, the adsorption lifting cylinder, the overturning film tearing cylinder and the horizontal moving cylinder; control over the clamping cylinder, the adsorption lifting cylinder, the overturning dyestripping cylinder and the horizontal movement cylinder is realized through a controller, and the controller is configured to:
controlling the piston of the horizontal moving cylinder to move horizontally, so as to drive the first connecting plate to move horizontally; and then drive the upset dyestripping cylinder horizontal migration on the fixed first connecting plate to and with upset body fixed connection's of upset dyestripping cylinder second connecting plate horizontal migration, and be connected with the second connecting plate and press from both sides tight cylinder, adsorb and mention the cylinder, adsorb head and press from both sides tight head horizontal migration.
