the adsorption transfer mechanism (2) comprises a screw rod (22) penetrating through the cantilever (21) and matched with the cantilever, and a screw rod motor (23) connected with one end of the screw rod (22), and a screw rod seat (24) is matched with the screw rod (22);
the opening and closing box (3) is a hollow rectangular box body with an opening at the upper end, opening and closing plates (31) positioned at two sides of the opening and closing box (3) are connected with a shaft body of an opening and closing motor (32), and the opening and closing motor (32) is fixed with the other side of the opening and closing box (3);
A jacking cylinder (33) is arranged in the opening and closing box (3), the telescopic end of the jacking cylinder (33) is connected with a jacking plate (34), and the packaging box (4) is positioned on the jacking plate (34);
The packing box (4) is a hollow hard box body with an opening at the upper end, a flanging (41) is flexibly connected to the periphery of the box body, and a sealing plate (42) is matched with the box opening of the packing box (4); magnetic strips (43) are arranged on the periphery of the upper side surface of the sealing plate (42), and iron sheets (44) are arranged on the inner side surface of the flanging (41);
The packaging and sealing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
S1, boxing, namely placing different ceramic tiles into a packaging box (4), wherein the packaging box (4) is positioned on a conveying line, and transferring the packaging box (4) to the direction of an opening and closing box (3) through the conveying line; in the step, the flanges (41) on each side of the packing box (4) are positioned at the outer side of the packing box (4) and collapse downwards to form an inclined shape;
S2, opening the box, starting an opening and closing motor (32) on one side of the opening and closing box (3) close to the conveying line, and driving an opening and closing plate (31) on the side to outwards turn over to open the side; in this step, the jack cylinder (33) is in an extended state;
s3, feeding the box, wherein the packing box (4) moves on a conveying line and gradually enters the packing box (4) from the opening side of the opening and closing box (3), and the opening and closing box (3) is supported by a jacking plate (34); in the step, the opening at the upper end of the packing box (4) is higher than the box opening at the upper end of the opening and closing box (3);
s4, closing the box, and restarting an opening and closing motor (32) on the opened side of the opening and closing box (3) to drive an opening and closing plate (31) on the opened side to inwards overturn and close the opening and closing box (3); in the step, the flanges (41) on each side of the packing box (4) are positioned at the upper part of the upper end box opening of the opening and closing box (3);
S5, sealing the cover, and transferring the uppermost sealing plate (42) stacked on the outer side of the frame (1) into the packaging box (4) through the adsorption transfer mechanism (2);
S5-1, a screw motor (23) is started, a screw seat (24) is driven to move along a screw (22) to drive a cantilever (21) to move towards the outer side of the frame (1), and the suction cup (28) stops when being perpendicular to the upper part of a stacking sealing plate (42);

s5-4, starting the electric push rod (27), wherein the telescopic end of the electric push rod stretches to drive the sucker (28) to move downwards, when the sealing plate (42) descends to the opening of the packaging box (4), releasing the sealing plate (42) to enable the sealing plate (42) to cover the ceramic tiles in the packaging box (4), and then driving the sucker (28) to reset by the electric push rod (27);
S6, sealing, quickly retracting the telescopic end of the jacking cylinder (33), quickly descending the packaging box (4), and interfering the flanges (41) on each side of the packaging box (4) with the edges of the opening and closing box (3) to enable the flanges (41) to overturn towards the inner side of the packaging box (4); when the flanging (41) is in contact with the sealing plate (42), the magnetic strips (43) on the sealing plate (42) are adsorbed by the iron sheets (44) on the flanging (41), so that the packaging box (4) is sealed;
S7, transferring, namely starting an opening and closing motor (32) at the other side of the opening and closing box (3), driving an opening and closing plate (31) at the side to outwards turn over and open the side, and transferring the packaging box (4) from the side to the next process.
