s1: the air flow enters a volute of an expansion impeller type fan which is composed of an upper shell (1) of the fan lamp and a lower shell (2) of the fan lamp through an air inlet grille (11) and flows into the expansion impeller blades (9) at uniformly distributed flow velocity;
s2: the expansion impeller fan accelerates and pressurizes the airflow through rotation and guides the airflow to a compartment formed by the circumferential air deflector (4);
s3: the compartments formed by every two circumferential air deflectors (4) enable the entering air flow to generate the processes of volume expansion, pressurization and speed reduction;
s4: after the volume expansion and the pressurization and speed reduction processes are finished, the airflow flows into the narrow air blowing opening (12), the narrow air blowing opening (12) accelerates and reduces the pressure of the airflow, and finally the airflow with high speed, large air blowing area and large air blowing depth is blown out of the air blowing opening (12).
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 and 8, the cylindrical structure of the lateral upper part of the fan lamp upper housing 1, the axial cross-sectional profile of which is a vertical line, is a structure in which the outer circumference of the upper surface horizontal circular structure extends vertically downward, and the extending height thereof is 20mm or more, so that the expanding impeller can achieve a sufficiently uniform air intake.
The fan lamp can effectively solve the problems of small three-dimensional wind receiving space, direct blowing, uneven wind receiving and large product size, adopts the expansion impeller as a working element of the fan lamp, the expansion impeller type fan can enable airflow to flow into the blades of the expansion impeller at the approximately uniformly distributed flow rate, the airflow flows to the compartment formed by the circumferential air deflectors after the expansion impeller rotates, accelerates and boosts the pressure, and the air flows to the compartment formed by the circumferential air deflectors after the volume is expanded and the process of boosting and then reducing the pressure is carried out in the compartment formed by every two circumferential air deflectors, so that the airflow has higher speed at the blowing port, and the effects of increasing the blowing area and the blowing depth can be realized; the expansion impeller has the special shape characteristic that the average diameter of the upper end surface is larger than that of the lower end surface, the shape characteristic can enable the impeller to achieve the effect that the inlet air almost tends to be uniform along the height direction of the blades, and the overall working capacity of the multi-wing centrifugal fan can be improved; the expanding impeller is provided with a shape characteristic which inclines 25 degrees outwards in the axial direction, and the shape characteristic can ensure that the gas flowing out of the expanding impeller directly flows to a compartment formed by the circumferential air deflectors without the condition that the flow direction of redundant gas is changed, so that the airflow blocking effect is reduced, and the efficiency of the fan is improved; the gas flowing out of the expansion impeller has obvious axial downward, circumferential and radial outward speeds, wherein the axial downward and radial speeds are favorable for expanding the blowing area and the blowing depth, the three-dimensional wind receiving space below the expansion impeller type fan lamp is improved, and the circumferential speed can drive the gas inside and outside the air ring to mutually convect, so that the wind receiving below the expansion impeller type fan lamp tends to be in a uniform state; the expanding impeller type fan lamp can effectively discipline gas within the range of the axial height of the impeller volute and enables the expanding impeller type fan lamp to have ideal wind speed and speed distribution within the limited scale range, so that the axial height of the expanding impeller type fan lamp and the radial width matched with the expanding impeller type fan lamp achieve the purpose of reducing the scale of the fan lamp.
Claims (10)
1. An expanding impeller fan light, comprising: comprises a hollow suspension rod (3), a round LED patch lamp (8), a fan lamp upper shell (1), a fan lamp lower shell (2), an expansion impeller type fan and a circumferential air deflector (4) which are arranged between the fan lamp upper shell (1) and the fan lamp lower shell (2), the hollow suspension rod (3) is connected with the top center of the upper shell (1) of the fan lamp, the LED surface-mounted lamp is overlapped with the axis of the expansion impeller type fan lamp, the circular LED surface-mounted lamp (8) is arranged at the center of the outer side of the lower shell (2) of the fan lamp, the upper shell (1) of the fan lamp and the lower shell (2) of the fan lamp form a volute of the expansion impeller type fan, the circumferential air deflectors (4) are uniformly arranged on the periphery in the volute of the expansion impeller type fan, and the air inlet grille (11) of the expansion impeller type fan lamp is arranged on the top end face of the upper shell (1) of the fan lamp;
the expansion impeller type fan comprises a blade upper portion wheel band (5), a wheel disc (6), a wheel cover (7), a motor (10) and an expansion impeller blade (9), the blade upper portion wheel band (5) is of a circular ring structure, the blade upper portion wheel band (5) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the upper end face of the expansion impeller blade (9), the wheel disc (6) comprises a top horizontal circular face and a circular truncated cone-shaped side face structure, the wheel cover (7) is of a circular truncated cone-shaped side face structure, the lower end of the expansion impeller blade (9) is uniformly distributed and fixedly connected to the upper end face of the wheel cover (7), the inner side of the wheel cover (7) is connected with the outer side of the wheel disc (6) through the horizontal circular ring structure, the motor (10) is located below the top horizontal circular face of the wheel disc (6), and is arranged right above the inner side of a lower shell (2) of a fan lamp.

The expanding impeller fan lamp of claim 1, wherein: the fan lamp upper portion casing (1) is of a multi-section structure, the upper surface of the fan lamp upper portion casing (1) is of a horizontal circular structure, the outer diameter of the horizontal circular structure is the same as the diameter of the middle portion of the radial width of the upper end face of the expansion impeller blade (9), the side face of the fan lamp upper portion casing (1) is of a three-section structure, the axial section outline of the three-section structure is arranged according to a vertical line, a transition circular arc and a curve from top to bottom, wherein the curve is an outward extending structure from top to bottom, the curve starts from a horizontal state and then extends downwards and outwards to form a smooth curve structure, the vertical line is the periphery of the upper surface horizontal circular structure and extends downwards vertically, the transition circular arc is the circular arc transition between the vertical line and the curve, and the axial height ratio of the vertical line, the transition circular arc and the curve is 3.8:1: 12.

The expanding impeller fan lamp of claim 1, wherein: the lower shell (2) of the fan lamp is of a three-section structure, the axial section profiles of the three-section structure are respectively a horizontal line, an outward inclined straight line and an arc, and the corresponding entities are respectively a horizontal circular structure, a truncated cone-shaped side structure and a circular ring-shaped structure, and the three-section structure specifically comprises the following components: the middle part of the lower shell (2) of the fan lamp is of a horizontal circular structure, the outer diameter of the horizontal circular structure is slightly larger than that of the wheel cover (7), the horizontal circular structure extends outwards to form a truncated cone-shaped side structure, the included angle between the generatrix of the truncated cone-shaped side structure and the horizontal plane is 5.4 degrees, the truncated cone-shaped side structure continues to extend outwards to form a circular ring-shaped structure, the axial section outline of the circular ring-shaped structure is an arc with the curvature radius of 3.7mm, and the axial height ratio of the circular ring-shaped structure to the truncated cone-shaped side structure is 1: 2.9.

The expanding impeller fan lamp of claim 1, wherein: the inlet diameters of the upper end face and the lower end face of each expansion impeller blade (9) are respectively 134mm and 100mm, the outlet diameters of the upper end face and the lower end face of each expansion impeller blade (9) are respectively 158.5mm and 124mm, any cross section profile of each expansion impeller blade (9) in the blade height direction is the same and is of a curved airfoil structure, the expansion impeller blades (9) are 36-45 in number, the maximum thickness is 3mm, the included angle between the blade height direction of each expansion impeller blade (9) and the axial direction of each expansion impeller type fan lamp is 25 degrees, and the blade height of each expansion impeller blade (9) is 40 mm.

The expanding impeller fan lamp of claim 1, wherein: the middle part of the horizontal circular structure at the top of the upper shell (1) of the fan lamp is provided with an air inlet grille (11), the structure of the air inlet grille (11) is composed of radial strip-shaped holes, and the air inlet grille (11) is arranged in the range of 82% of the outer diameter of the horizontal circular structure.
6. The expanding impeller fan lamp of claim 1, wherein: the shaft end of the motor (10) is fixedly connected with the horizontal circular surface at the top of the wheel disc (6) through a fastener.

s1: the air flow enters a volute of an expansion impeller type fan which is composed of an upper shell (1) of the fan lamp and a lower shell (2) of the fan lamp through an air inlet grille (11) and flows into the expansion impeller blades (9) at uniformly distributed flow velocity;
s2: the expansion impeller fan accelerates and pressurizes the airflow through rotation and guides the airflow to a compartment formed by the circumferential air deflector (4);
s3: the compartments formed by every two circumferential air deflectors (4) enable the entering air flow to generate the processes of volume expansion, pressurization and speed reduction;
s4: after the volume expansion and the pressurization and speed reduction processes are finished, the airflow flows into the narrow air blowing opening (12), the narrow air blowing opening (12) accelerates and reduces the pressure of the airflow, and finally the airflow with high speed, large air blowing area and large air blowing depth is blown out of the air blowing opening (12).
