Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of terminal technologies, and in particular, to a voice call method, apparatus, and storage medium.
Background
With the development of communication technology, multimedia services based on an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) gradually enter people's working lives. For example, services such as voice over long-term evolution (VoLTE), Video Sharing (VS), push to talk over cellular (PoC), voice over IP (VoIP), and video over IP (V2 IP) are available.
When two terminal devices are deployed in the same IMS network, voice communication can be carried out between the terminal devices based on the IMS network. However, in some scenarios, a terminal device in a call may drop the call, which may result in the call being interrupted.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a voice call method, a voice call device and a storage medium, wherein a call drop is not executed when terminal equipment obtains information indicating a call drop event and can detect a voice packet of a voice service. Therefore, the terminal equipment can determine that the voice call can be normally executed when the voice packet of the voice service can be obtained, and continue to execute the voice service, so that the probability of executing the call drop after the terminal equipment receives the information indicating the call drop event is reduced, and the call experience of a user is improved.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a voice call method, which is applied to a terminal device. The method comprises the following steps: the terminal equipment executes voice service; the terminal equipment obtains information indicating a call drop event; when the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment continuously executes the voice service and does not execute the call drop. By the implementation mode, the probability of executing the call drop after the terminal equipment receives the information indicating the call drop event is reduced, and the call experience of the user is improved.
Optionally, the information indicating the call drop event includes a data radio bearer pending release list DRB-ToReleaseList message, a tracking area update reject TAU request message, or a detach request message.
Optionally, the terminal device obtains information indicating a call drop event; the method comprises the following steps: the terminal equipment is switched from the first cell to the second cell; the terminal equipment receives a DRB-ToReleaseList message from a base station of a second cell; the DRB-ToReleaseList message relates to the DRB of the voice service and the DRB of the IMS network.
Optionally, when the terminal device can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal device continues to execute the voice service, and before the call drop is not executed, the method includes: the terminal equipment is switched from the second cell to the first cell; the terminal equipment detects whether the voice service can receive the voice packet or not based on the first cell. Thus, the terminal device cannot perform voice call based on the second cell. After the terminal equipment is switched to the first cell, whether the voice call can be recovered after the cell switching can be determined according to the receiving condition of the voice packet of the voice service, so that the probability of call drop of the terminal equipment caused by the cell switching is reduced, and the call experience of a user is improved.
Optionally, before the terminal device detects whether the voice service can receive the voice packet based on the first cell, the method further includes: if the terminal equipment still cannot obtain the voice packet of the voice service based on the first cell, the terminal equipment is switched from the first cell to other cells until the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service in the switched cell or the switching times of the terminal equipment for executing cell switching reach a threshold value. Therefore, if the terminal equipment cannot recover the voice call when being switched to the first cell, the terminal equipment can be selected to reside in other cells and try to recover the voice call, the call drop probability of the terminal equipment caused by cell switching is reduced, and the call experience of a user is improved.
Optionally, after the terminal device receives the DRB-ToReleaseList message from the base station of the second cell, the method further includes: the terminal equipment pulls the second cell into a blacklist; and/or the terminal equipment reduces the signal quality parameter and/or the signal strength parameter when the base station of the second cell sends the measurement report of the signal. In this way, when the voice service cannot be executed for the second cell, the terminal device may stop staying on the second cell and prepare to camp on the first cell or another cell to resume the voice call.
Optionally, the terminal device obtains information indicating a call drop event; the method comprises the following steps: the terminal device receives a TAU reject message from the core network.
Optionally, when the terminal device can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal device continues to execute the voice service, and does not execute the drop call, including: the terminal equipment continuously detects the voice packet of the voice service; if the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment does not respond to the TAU reject message and continues to execute the voice service. Therefore, after receiving the TAU reject message, the terminal device does not respond to the TAU reject message, thereby reducing the probability of call drop caused by executing an attach operation flow and improving the call experience of a user.
Optionally, after the terminal device continuously detects the voice packet of the voice service, the method further includes: and if the terminal equipment can not obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment responds to the TAU reject message and executes call drop. Therefore, when the terminal equipment cannot recover the voice service, the terminal equipment can continuously execute the attach operation process, thereby reducing the influence of the terminal equipment not responding to the TAU reject message on the attach operation.
Optionally, the terminal device obtains information indicating a call drop event; the method comprises the following steps: and the terminal equipment receives the detach request message from the core network.
Optionally, when the terminal device can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal device continues to execute the voice service, and does not execute the drop call, including: the terminal equipment continuously detects the voice packet of the voice service; and if the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment does not respond to the detach request message and continues to execute the voice service. Therefore, after receiving the detach request message, the terminal equipment can not respond to the detach request message, so that the probability of call drop caused by executing the detach operation process is reduced, and the call experience of a user is improved.
Optionally, after the terminal device performs continuous detection on the voice packet, the method further includes: and if the terminal equipment can not obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment responds to the detach request message and executes call drop. Therefore, when the terminal equipment cannot recover the voice service, the terminal equipment can continue to execute the detach operation process, and the influence of the terminal equipment not responding to the detach request message on the detach operation is reduced.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a voice call apparatus, where the voice call apparatus may be a terminal device, and may also be a chip or a chip system in the terminal device. The voice communicator may include a processing unit and a memory unit. The processing unit may be a processor and the storage unit may be a memory. The storage unit is configured to store an instruction, and the processing unit executes the instruction stored in the storage unit, so that the terminal device implements the voice call method described in the first aspect or any one of the possible implementation manners of the first aspect. The storage unit may be a storage unit (e.g., a register, a buffer, etc.) within the chip, or may be a storage unit (e.g., a read-only memory, a random access memory, etc.) located outside the chip within the terminal device.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, including: a memory for storing a computer program and a processor for executing the computer program to implement the method described in the first aspect or any one of the possible implementations of the first aspect.
In a fourth aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed, implement the first aspect or any of the possible implementation manners of the first aspect.

For example, services such as voice over long-term evolution (VoLTE), Video Sharing (VS), push to talk over cellular (PoC), voice over IP (VoIP), and video over IP (V2 IP) are available.
Two terminal devices are deployed in an IMS network, and voice communication can be carried out between the terminal devices based on the IMS network. However, in some scenarios, a terminal device in a call may drop the call, which may result in the call being interrupted.
For example, in some scenarios, a terminal device in a call may drop due to a cell handover bearer loss. For example, the terminal device is camped on cell a (e.g., PCI 390, RSRP at-96 dbm) and is in the middle of a call. The base station determines that the signal strength of a cell B (for example, PCI 313, RSRP is-92 dbm) is better than that of the cell A based on the data reported by the terminal equipment, and instructs the terminal equipment to switch the resident cell to the cell B. After the terminal device accesses the cell B, the voice call may be dropped (the high-resolution HD icon in the display interface of the terminal device may disappear).
For another example, in some scenarios, a user in a voice call enters a new TA, and the terminal device needs to register on the new TA to trigger a TAU procedure. If the TAU is rejected, the terminal device may resend an attach request (attach request) message to the core network. In other scenarios, when the network side does not allow the terminal device to access the network, a detach request (detach request) message may be sent to the terminal device. The process of performing attachment and detachment by the terminal device may result in call drop.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides a voice call method, where a terminal device executes a voice service; the terminal equipment obtains information indicating a call drop event; and when the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment continuously executes the voice service and does not execute the call drop. Therefore, the terminal equipment can determine that the voice call can be normally executed when the voice packet of the voice service can be obtained, and continue to execute the voice service, so that the call drop is reduced.
For example, the above embodiments show three possible scenarios that may cause call drop, and the following describes the flow of voice call in possible implementations with reference to fig. 3 to 5.
Fig. 3 is a flow of a voice call in a possible implementation, as shown in fig. 3, including:
s301, the terminal device resides in the first cell and executes voice service based on the first cell.
S302, the terminal equipment sends a measurement report to the base station of the first cell.
The terminal device may periodically measure the first cell and other cells, generate a measurement report, and send the measurement report to the base station of the first cell. The other cells may be a plurality of cells adjacent to the resident cell.
S303, the terminal equipment receives a cell switching instruction sent by the first cell.
The base station of the first cell may determine a cell suitable for the terminal device to camp on according to the measurement report, and when a second cell exists in other cells and the signal quality or signal parameter of the second cell is better than that of the first cell, the base station of the first cell may instruct the terminal device to switch to the second cell.
S304, the terminal equipment is switched to the second cell according to the cell switching indication.
S305, the terminal equipment receives a DRB to-be-released list (DRB-ToReleaseList) message issued by the second cell; the DRB-ToReleaseList message relates to the DRB of the voice service and the DRB of the IMS network.
The base station of the second cell may receive the reconfiguration message. The reconfiguration message may include a DRB-ToReleaseList message. The DRB pending release list message may relate to a DRB of the voice service and a DRB of the IMS network, for identifying the voice service and/or a bearer loss of the IMS. When the reconfiguration message received by the terminal device carries the DRB-ToReleaseList message, and the list (list) of the DRB-ToReleaseList message includes the DRB of the voice service and the DRB of the IMS network, the terminal device may perform step S306.
S306, the terminal equipment executes call drop.
After the bearer is lost, the terminal device cannot continue to receive the voice packet of the voice service. The terminal device may end the current voice service, resulting in a dropped call for the terminal device.
Fig. 4 is another flow of voice call in a possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4, including:
s401, the terminal equipment executes voice service.
S402, the terminal equipment sends a tracking area updating request message.
For example, when a user moves, the terminal device may move from one tracking area to a new tracking area, and at this time, the terminal device may send a tracking area update request (TAU request) message to the core network to trigger the TAU procedure.
S403, the terminal equipment receives the tracking area updating rejection message.
The core network can determine whether the terminal equipment performs TAU according to the TAU request message. If the terminal equipment does not meet the condition of the TAU, the core network sends a tracking area update reject (TAU reject) message to the terminal equipment to reject the TAU.
S404, the terminal equipment sends an attach request (attach request) message to the network side.
After TAU is rejected, the terminal equipment needs to be attached to the core network, and after the attachment is successful, the terminal equipment can establish connection with the core network. I.e. after the attachment is successful, the terminal device may use the core network to perform the actual service.
S405, the terminal equipment executes call drop.
The terminal equipment sends an attach request message to the core network and executes an attach operation process. At this time, the terminal device cannot perform a voice service using the core network, resulting in a drop of the voice call being performed.
Fig. 5 is a flow of another voice call in a possible implementation, as shown in fig. 5, including:
s501, the terminal equipment executes voice service.
S502, the terminal equipment receives the detach request message (detach request) and executes the detach process.
The core network can inform the terminal device that the terminal device is not allowed to enter the network, and then sends a detach request message to the terminal device. The terminal device may perform a detach procedure based on the detach request message.
S503, the terminal equipment executes call drop.
After the terminal device executes the detach process, the terminal device is disconnected from the core network, and the terminal device cannot continue to use the core network to perform voice service, resulting in a drop call of the executing voice call.
It can be understood that the first cell and the second cell in fig. 3 may be understood as a base station managing the first cell and a base station managing the second cell, and the terminal device performs information interaction with the core network through the base stations.
The foregoing embodiments provide several possible scenarios for a call drop of the terminal device in implementation, and the following describes the voice call method provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a voice call method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6:
s601, the terminal equipment executes voice service.
The voice service may be a voice service based on an IMS network, for example, the voice service may include a voice over long-term evolution (VoLTE) bearer, a new radio over air (VoNR), a voice over IP (VoIP), and the like. The terminal device is in a call state, and the terminal device of the embodiment of the application can be a terminal device of a calling terminal or a terminal device of a called terminal.
S602, the terminal equipment obtains information indicating the call drop event.
The information indicating the call drop event may include a data radio bearer pending release list (Drb-ToReleaseList) message, a tracking area update reject TAU request message, or a detach request message. After the terminal device obtains the information indicating the call drop event, the terminal device may perform call drop processing.
S603, when the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment continuously executes the voice service and does not execute the call drop.
After the terminal equipment obtains the information indicating the call drop event, the terminal equipment can continuously detect whether the terminal equipment can receive the voice packet of the voice service; if the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment can normally talk. The terminal equipment can continue to execute the voice service and does not execute the call drop.
According to the voice call method provided by the embodiment of the application, the voice service is executed through the terminal equipment; the terminal equipment obtains information indicating a call drop event; and when the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment continuously executes the voice service and does not execute the call drop. Therefore, the terminal equipment can determine that the voice call can be normally executed when the voice packet of the voice service can be obtained, and continue to execute the voice service, so that the call drop is reduced.
A voice call method of the terminal device when the information indicating the call drop event is the Drb-ToReleaseList message will be described with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 shows a schematic flow chart of a voice call method provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7:
s701, the terminal equipment is switched from the first cell to the second cell.
When the terminal device resides in the first cell, the terminal device may periodically measure the signal strength parameters and/or the signal quality parameters of the first cell and other cells, and generate a measurement report (measurement report). The terminal device may send the measurement report to the base station of the first cell. If there is a cell with better signal quality parameter or signal strength parameter than the first cell in other cells, the cell can be used as the second cell, and the base station of the first cell can instruct the terminal device to switch from the first cell to the second cell. And the cell switching is successful, and the terminal equipment can reside on the second cell.
S702, the terminal device receives a data radio bearer pending release list message from the base station of the second cell.
The data radio bearer pending release list message may be used to indicate that the data radio bearer is in a released state, and may relate to a DRB of voice and a DRB of IMS. For example, the data radio bearer pending release list message may be a DRB-ToReleaseList message in a radio bearer configuration (radio bearer configuration) message.
The DRB-ToReleaseList message may include a plurality of messages relating to DRB-Identity identifying the DRB Identity. For example, the DRB-ToReleaseList 1 message may identify DRB-Identity 1, related to QCI9, QCI9 being a default bearer for LTE; the DRB-ToReleaseList 2 message may identify DRB-Identity 2, which is related to QCI5, QCI5 being a dedicated channel for IMS messages; the DRB-ToReleaseList 3 message may identify DRB-Identity 3 as being associated with QCI1, QCI1 being a voice traffic channel for VoLTE.
When the base station of the second cell cannot detect the bearer of the IMS and/or the bearer of the voice service, the base station of the second cell may send a DRB-ToReleaseList 2 message (QCI 5) and a DRB-ToReleaseList 3 message (QCI 1) to the terminal device. The terminal device may determine that the bearer of the IMS and/or the bearer of the voice service is lost after receiving the message.
It is to be understood that the interaction between the base station of the second cell and the IMS network is related to DRB, and the terminal device may perform the voice service when the QCI9, the QCI5 and the QCI1 are all turned on. The DRB of the voice service (QCI 1) and/or the DRB of the IMS (QCI 5) are lost and the terminal device is unable to establish voice communication with the IMS network. It should be noted that, at this time, the IMS network and the core network side do not delete the voice service and the IMS context of the terminal device. After the terminal device recovers the DRB of the voice service (QCI 1) and the DRB of the IMS (QCI 5), the terminal device may continue to perform the current voice service.
And S703, stopping residing on the second cell.
The base station of the second cell may cause the terminal device to drop the call due to the inability to establish the bearer of the IMS and/or the bearer of the voice service. The terminal device may stop camping on the second cell and find a new camping cell.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the stopping of the terminal device from camping on the second cell may include: the terminal equipment pulls the second cell into the blacklist.
The blacklist is used for indicating that the terminal device is not allowed to reside on the blacklisted cell in the process of performing cell handover or reselection again. When the terminal device is handed over from the first Cell to the second Cell, the terminal device may store information of the first Cell and the second Cell, such as Physical Cell Identity (PCI). And the terminal equipment records the information of the second cell into the blacklist. When the terminal device performs the signal measurement process of cell switching again, the signal quality parameter and/or the signal strength parameter of the second cell are not measured, and/or the signal quality parameter and/or the signal strength parameter of the second cell are not included in the generated measurement report, so that the terminal device does not reside on the second cell.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the stopping of the terminal device from camping on the second cell may include: and when the terminal equipment sends the measurement report of the signal at the base station of the second cell, reducing the signal quality parameter and/or the signal strength parameter.
The terminal equipment can measure signals of the resident cell and other cells, obtain signal quality parameters and/or signal strength parameters and generate a measurement report. The terminal device may modify the signal quality parameter and/or the signal strength parameter of the second cell before sending the measurement report to the base station of the second cell. Illustratively, the terminal device may decrease the signal quality parameter and/or the signal strength parameter of the second cell. For example, the terminal device may subtract a certain threshold value from the signal quality parameter and/or the signal strength parameter of the second cell, obtain the signal quality parameter and/or the signal strength parameter of the second cell after being decreased, and generate a new measurement report. This reduces the priority of the second cell and reduces the terminal device's residence in the second cell. The threshold value can be set by self-definition, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the threshold value.
S704, the terminal equipment is switched from the second cell to the first cell.
The terminal device may stop camping on the second cell and switch from the second cell to the first cell after receiving the data radio bearer pending release list message. The first cell may be a cell in which the terminal device last resided when camping on the second cell; the first cell may also be a cell in which the terminal device camps a (a >1) times before camping on the second cell.
For example, the procedure of switching from the second cell to the first cell may be:
the terminal device may transmit an RRC connection reestablishment request (RRC connection request) message to the base station of the first cell.
The terminal device receives an RRC connection reestablishment (RRC connection reestablishment) message from the base station of the first cell.
The terminal device sends an RRC connection reestablishment complete message to the base station of the first cell.
The terminal device establishes communication with the base station of the first cell through RRC reestablishment, thereby camping on the first cell.
S705, the terminal device detects whether the voice service can receive the voice packet based on the first cell.
And the terminal equipment resides in the first cell again, and the terminal equipment can determine whether the voice service is recovered or not by detecting the voice packet of the voice service.
It should be noted that, for example, when the terminal device resides in the first cell, the base station of the first cell may send a DRB to add list (DRB-ToAddList) message to the terminal device, and the DRB-ToAddList message may be used to indicate that a DRB is added. When the base station of the first cell detects the bearer of the IMS and/or the bearer of the voice service, the base station of the first cell may send a DRB-ToAddList 2 message and a DRB-ToAddList 3 message to the terminal device. The QCI1 and QCI5 are turned back on and DRBs for voice services and DRBs for IMS are restored.
The terminal device may determine whether the DRB of the voice service and the DRB of the IMS are recovered by detecting a voice packet of the voice service when receiving the DRB-ToAddList 2 message and the DRB-ToAddList 3 message.
And S706, when the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment continuously executes the voice service and does not execute the call drop.
The terminal device can detect the voice packet of the voice service, which indicates that the terminal device can continue to execute the voice service based on the base station of the first cell. The terminal device does not perform call drop processing.
Optionally, after step S705, the method may further include:
and S707, if the terminal device still cannot obtain the voice packet of the voice service based on the first cell, the terminal device switches from the first cell to another cell until the terminal device can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service in the switched cell, or the number of times of switching the terminal device to perform cell switching reaches a threshold value.
And the terminal equipment resides in the first cell again, and if the terminal equipment still cannot obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment cannot recover the voice service based on the first cell. At this time, the terminal device may choose to switch to another cell and try to recover the voice service after camping on another cell.
Illustratively, the terminal device may be handed over from the first cell to the third cell. The terminal equipment can determine a third cell with a good signal quality parameter and/or signal strength parameter according to the measurement report; the terminal equipment can also determine a third cell according to the cell switching indication sent by the base station.
After the terminal equipment resides in the third cell, the switching times N of the cell is added with 1, and the terminal equipment can detect whether the terminal equipment can receive the voice packet of the voice service. If the terminal equipment can obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment executes the voice service based on the third cell; if the terminal equipment can not obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment can try to continue switching to other cells. When the switching times N are less than or equal to M (M is a threshold value of the switching times), and the terminal equipment detects a voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment can restore the voice service and execute a voice call process; and when the Mth cell is switched and the terminal equipment still cannot detect the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment can execute a call drop process and inform the application layer of terminating the voice call.
According to the voice call method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the call drop is caused by cell switching, the DRB of the voice service and the DRB of the IMS are recovered by switching to the previously resided cell or other cells; the terminal device detects the reception of a voice packet of the voice service to determine whether the voice service is resumed. Therefore, the situation that the terminal equipment directly informs an upper layer to execute the call drop processing when the DRB of the voice service and the DRB of the IMS are lost is reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The following describes a voice call method of the terminal device when the information indicating the call drop event is the tracking area update reject TAU reject message with reference to fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a voice call method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8:
s801, the terminal device receives the TAU reject message from the core network.
The TAU reject message may be used to identify that the core network has rejected the terminal device for this TAU request. The TAU reject message may carry a cause value (cause), for example: cause #12, tracking area not allowed; cause #13, this tracking area is not allowed to roam; cause #14, which is not allowed to use Evolved Packet System (EPS) service in Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN); and cause #15, no suitable cell within the tracking area, etc. When the core network does not allow the TAU, the core network may issue a TAU reject message to the terminal device. The terminal device may receive the TAU reject message during the execution of the voice service.
It can be understood that, in a possible implementation, when receiving the TAU request message, the terminal device may request attachment from the core network according to the cause value, and send an attach request message. While during the execution of the attach operation, the terminal device cannot execute the voice service.
S802, the terminal device continuously detects the voice packet of the voice service.
The terminal equipment executes the voice service, and the terminal equipment can continuously send the voice packet of the voice service to the core network and receive the voice packet from the core network.
S803, if the terminal device can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal device does not respond to the TAU reject message, and continues to execute the voice service.
If the terminal device continuously obtains the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal device is executing the voice service. At this time, the terminal device receives the TAU reject message, and the terminal device may choose not to respond to the TAU reject message and continue to perform the voice service.
For example, in some embodiments, when receiving the TAU request message, the terminal device may ignore the TAU request message, and does not send an attach request message to the core network.
In other embodiments, the terminal device may delay performing the attach operation when receiving the TAU reject message. After the voice service is executed, the terminal equipment sends an attach request message to the core network.
It is understood that the terminal device does not respond to the TAU reject message may be understood as the terminal device does not perform an attach operation when receiving the TAU reject message. Illustratively, the TAU reject message may carry various cause values. Aiming at part of the reason values, the terminal equipment needs to execute an attach operation; for another part of cause, the terminal device may not perform attach operation. When the cause value received by the terminal device includes a cause value for executing an attach operation, the terminal device may process the cause value according to an operation flow of the cause value for which the attach operation is not required to be executed, so that the terminal device does not execute the attach operation. For example, when receiving the house # 9, the terminal device needs to perform an attach operation, and at this time, the terminal device may process the house # 9 according to a processing flow of the house #20 that does not need the attach operation. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific method by which the terminal device does not respond to the TAU reject message.
S804, if the terminal device cannot obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal device responds to the TAU reject message and performs call drop.
The terminal device may affect voice traffic without responding to the TAU reject message. If the terminal device does not respond to the TAU reject message, which results in that the terminal device cannot obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal device may terminate the voice service, and perform an attach operation and call drop.
In the voice call method provided by the embodiment of the application, a TAU reject message from a core network is received; continuously detecting voice packets of the voice service; if the voice packet of the voice service can be continuously obtained, the TAU reject message is not responded, and the voice service is continuously executed; if the voice packet of the voice service is not available, responding to the TAU reject message, and executing the call drop. Therefore, the situation that the call is dropped due to the fact that the terminal equipment responds to the TAU reject message in the call can be reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Next, a voice call method of the terminal device when the information indicating the call drop event is the detach request message will be described with reference to fig. 9. Fig. 9 shows a schematic flow chart of a voice call method provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9:
s901, the terminal equipment receives a detach request message from a core network.
The detach request message may be used to inform the terminal device to perform detach. In the case of operator operation or maintenance, failure of re-authentication, failure of Mobility Management Entity (MME) to provide communication for the user, poor radio link quality, etc., the core network may not provide communication for the user. The core network can issue a detach request message to the terminal equipment. The terminal device may receive the detach request message during the execution of the voice service.
It can be understood that, in a possible implementation, when the terminal device receives the detach request message, the terminal device may perform the detach operation and send the detach accept message to the core network. And after receiving the detach accept message, the core network releases the network infinite resources allocated to the terminal equipment. The terminal device cannot continue to perform the voice service.
S902, the terminal device continuously detects the voice packet of the voice service.
The terminal equipment executes the voice service, and the terminal equipment can continuously send the voice packet of the voice service to the core network and receive the voice packet from the core network.
And S903, if the terminal equipment can continuously obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment does not respond to the detach request message and continues to execute the voice service.
If the terminal device continuously obtains the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal device is executing the voice service. At this time, the terminal device receives the detach request message, and the terminal device may choose not to respond to the detach request message and continue to execute the voice service.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, when receiving the detach request message, the terminal device may ignore the detach request message and does not send the detach accept message to the core network. In other embodiments, the terminal device may delay performing the detach operation when receiving the detach request message. And after the voice service is executed, the terminal equipment sends a detach accept message to the core network. The core network releases the network radio resources allocated to the terminal device.
It is understood that the terminal device does not respond to the detach request message may be understood as the terminal device does not perform the detach operation when receiving the detach request message. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific method for the terminal device not to respond to the detach request message.
And S904, if the terminal equipment can not obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment responds to the detach request message and executes call drop.
The terminal device may affect voice traffic without responding to the detach request message. If the terminal equipment does not respond to the detach request message, so that the terminal equipment cannot obtain the voice packet of the voice service, the terminal equipment can terminate the voice service, and execute detach operation and call drop.
The voice call method provided by the embodiment of the application receives the detach request message from the core network; continuously detecting voice packets of the voice service; if the voice packet of the voice service can be continuously obtained, the detach request message is not responded, and the voice service is continuously executed; and if the voice packet of the voice service cannot be obtained, responding to the detach request message and executing the call drop. Therefore, the condition that the terminal equipment is dropped in a call due to the fact that the terminal equipment responds to the detach request message can be reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Optionally, the voice call method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: after the terminal device successfully recovers the voice call link by executing the voice call method, the terminal device can record the call drop scene, and when the terminal device obtains the information indicating the call drop event again, the call drop of the subsequent voice call can be reduced according to scene identification. For example, taking the information indicating the call drop event as a DRB-ToReleaseList message as an example, when the terminal device cannot recover the voice call based on the second cell, the terminal device switches the camping cell to the first cell, and marks the second cell and the call drop scenario. When the subsequent terminal equipment executes voice call in the corresponding call drop scene, the terminal equipment does not perform cell switching to the second cell so as to reduce the probability of call drop.
The voice call method according to the embodiment of the present application has been described above, and a voice call apparatus that performs the voice call method according to the embodiment of the present application is described below.
