The lower end of the gasket 3 is in contact with the upper surface of the plastic part 6, and the upper end of the gasket is in contact with the lower surface of the fixed support 7.
The shim 3 is free to rotate.
The thrust structure 1 is rectangular.
The external thread 4 is provided with an external thread and a nut 8 in threaded connection.

The thrust bolt 9 comprises a thrust structure 1, a cylinder 2, a gasket 3, external threads 4 and a guide structure 5.
The thrust structure 1, the cylinder 2, the external threads 4 and the guide structure 5 are formed in a cold heading mode; the lower end of the cylinder 2 is fixed with the thrust structure 1; the upper end of the cylinder 2 is fixed with the lower end of the external thread 4; the upper end of the external thread 4 is provided with a guide structure 5; a gasket 3 is arranged at the joint of the cylinder 2 and the external thread 4; the thrust structure 1 is in sliding fit with the groove of the plastic part 6; the thrust bolt 9 connects the fixing bracket 7 with the plastic part 6 by means of a nut 8.
Wherein the thrust structure 1 is rectangular.
The cylinder 2 is cylindrical and has a height H1. The cylinder 2 is limited to prevent the plastic part 6 from being damaged by clamping.
The gasket 3 is circular and can rotate freely, the lower end of the gasket is in contact with the upper surface of the plastic part 6, and the upper end of the gasket is in contact with the lower surface of the fixing support 7.
The external thread 4 is in threaded connection with a nut 8.
The guide structure 5 serves as a guide for adjusting the position of the fixing support 7.
The plastic part 6 is provided with a groove and can be matched with the sliding rod of the thrust structure 1, so that the fixed bracket 7 is driven to move; the groove thickness is H2.
When H2 is more than H1, the plastic part 6 has resistance against the sliding rod of the thrust bolt 9;
when H2 < H1, the plastic part 6 slides freely relative to the thrust bolt 9 without resistance.
The fixed support 7 is rectangular, is provided with a round hole and can penetrate through the external thread 4.
The nut 8 is used for tightly connecting the fixing bracket 7 with the plastic part 6.
Referring to fig. 4, the method of use of the present invention is as follows:
the fixing bracket 7 is slid back and forth into position in the groove of the plastic part 6 by the thrust structure 1, while the other degrees of freedom are limited. After reaching the proper position, the fixation is achieved by tightening the nut 8. Because the thrust structure is square, the thrust bolt 9 can not rotate, and meanwhile, the rotating shaft can not appear when the nut 8 is assembled. The fixed thrust bolt 9 is adjustable in one dimension with the plastic part 6.

The thrust bolt for fixing the plastic part is characterized in that a thrust bolt (9) is used for connecting a plastic part (6) and a fixing support (7) and comprises a thrust structure (1), a cylinder (2), a gasket (3), an external thread (4) and a guide structure (5); the thrust structure (1), the cylinder (2), the external thread (4) and the guide structure (5) are integrally formed; the lower end of the cylinder (2) is fixed with the thrust structure (1); the upper end of the cylinder (2) is fixed with the lower end of the external thread (4); the upper end of the external thread (4) is provided with a guide structure (5); a gasket (3) is arranged at the joint of the cylinder (2) and the external thread (4); the thrust structure (1) is in sliding fit with the groove of the plastic part (6); the thrust bolt (9) connects the fixed support (7) with the plastic part (6) through the nut (8).
2. The thrust bolt for fixing plastic parts according to claim 1, wherein the gasket (3) has a lower end contacting an upper surface of the plastic part (6) and an upper end contacting a lower surface of the fixing bracket (7).
3. Thrust bolt for the fixation of plastic parts, according to claim 1, characterized in that the washer (3) is freely rotatable.
4. Thrust bolt for fixing plastic parts, according to claim 1, characterized in that the thrust structure (1) is rectangular.
5. The thrust bolt for fixing plastic parts according to claim 1, wherein the external thread (4) is provided with an external thread for screwing with the nut (8).

A thrust bolt for fixing plastic parts according to claim 1, characterised in that the recess of the plastic part (6) has a thickness of H2 and the height of the cylinder is H1, so that when H2 > H1, the plastic part (6) has a resistance against the sliding rod of the thrust bolt (9); when H2 is less than H1, the plastic part (6) slides freely relative to the thrust bolt (9) without resistance.
